Not What they Use to Be in Henderson NV

We had issues from the get go with the Design Center to the Project Manager to Pulte Management. Every little thing was answered with "no, we can't do that", or "we're not a custom home builder." The Design Center was limited on some items and everything that was "included" was old school, old colors, or discontinued. There was one tile included for the floors and bathroom tile; it was beige. From there, everything was an upgrade. Lack of appropiate supervision throughout the building process. Several constructions issues associated with finishing work, plumbing problems( Such as pipes making noise), among other concerns.

There are a lot of little quality issues. I felt rushed through and not truly given a punch/quality walk through. Now have a safety issue and rather than discuss the issue with me people just showed up and in a poor attempt to fix without any notification the work was going to be preformed. I think communication has been horrible since we have closed.

We were told our house would have a door from the garage to the back door. It does not. When we asked they stated it was mark off of the plans we signed. Yes marked off AFTER we signed them. They have yet to really attempt to fix this. The workmanship in the house is lacking. There are foot prints in my driveway and metel rhubarb is showing through. They laid my drive way very inefficiently. We cant even get into the third car garage without driving over the sprinker that they set right at that corner. The other houses on the block have a much different angle for their drive way.

Pulte Mortgage was horrible to work with, Trish was the most miserable condescending person I have ever had to deal with. The Builder side of Pulte was great and the salesman Jeff was great to work with also and the construction manager Michael was very helpful and took care of any issues we had. We will recommend Pulte as a builder but do not use their mortgage company side at all.

Buying this home was So difficult using Pulte Mortgage. We have excellent credit, Zero Debt , a down payment of 34% of a the sales price, and all of our documents in order ( account statements, income statements etc). It would have seemed it should have been easy. It was so difficult, I sent all the documents requested then a different loan processor requested the same info again apparently did not look at the file first. This happened several times. Sale’s leadership is awful

It took 10 months to move into the house. They lost our paperwork. You get no response from sales leadership. There’s a lack of communication between leadership and their sales personnel. The general manager of the sales in Polo club could give a —— about the customers after she has the sales. You have to remember when you’re buying a Pulte home you’re not buying a custom home so there are flaws and deficiencies in the build. Would not recommend Pulte Mortgage company

Pulte mortgage was a nightmare to work with. They were very slow to respond and kept changing what they wanted/needed. I would NEVEr use Pulte mortgage again. Luckily my loan was already sold to a different bank so hopefully I never have to deal with them again. The townhouse itself is nice. I had a few minor issues after moving in that I ended up having to address on my own because I did not get a response back from the builder even though I emailed him multiple times.

My experience with this company was terrible, Tifanie was not doing her job, when it came to responding to emails. The company it self doesn't answer phone put will respond in email right after you call. Great House on the Inside. Builder Misled Buyers About Landscaping

When I signed my Purchase Agreement for my townhouse, I signed a document that stated Included Features and listed under Exterior it stated that I would receive a “Fully Sodded, Irrigated, Landscaped Yard.” Instead when they installed landscaping half of the front yard contained mulch with plants and the other half and the boulevard was filled in with rocks. Horrible experience buying this house. Mortgage and Insurance were absolutely horrible. I think the mortgage part is a complete scam. They took my 20% down payment and sold my mortgage before my first payment. Insurance is still sending me cancellation letter after issuing and canceling my I insurance before I even closed on my home.

I had a horrible experience with both Victoria in the sales office as well as Monica at Pulte mortgage. Victoria was rude and unhelpful and frequently used terms like “breach of contract” as a bully tactic. Monica at Pulte mortgage was often confused and had conflicting information, often calling me when she was trying to call another customer. Even at closing, she incorrectly told me my closing was on hold even though it had been given the clear to close because she had the wrong information. There are many issues with this home buying experience. First, before we went under contract we were told that the neighborhood would be only homes and that there were not going to be any townhomes built in the neighborhood. I moved in March and my house still dealing with plumbing issues.

The issue is with your subcontractors. The warranty people are great, the lady who sold the house and the project manager were excellent. but your plumbing people since we moved, are having issues. one of the bills I received from the plumbing was rude. I knew I had to pay it because that problem was not his fault at that time, but the bill stated that "he wasted his time finding a leak) ( 3 hours ). then after that other issues appeared that are plumbing. but today is May 6 and we still dealing with them.

I have bought 3 new homes in the last 15 years and by far this was the worse experience ever. Promises were made to have me rate high but then weren’t even attempted to be kept. A signed contract by Pulte and I was redone removing all incentives less than a week before buying the house (huge red flag). The microwave was broken, made a load sound when turned on, was replaced by a used microwave which is missing parts. Very expensive home, quality of structural is good, but experience leaves a lot to be desired.

Stephanie was our salesperson and her handling of our project left us deeply disappointed and feeling undervalued. She harped on the fact that we would be receiving timely and consistent weekly updates. She even stated that we could choose to be updated via phone call or email.
