It’s our first time building a home and buying a home. Pulte made it seem so easy and seamless in the beginning. This all changed once production started. We had 2 different realtors from Pulte and 3 different field/construction managers who oversaw our house. We were promised finishing dates and the BEST quality of work. What we received was lies, bad quality of work, and a delay of closing for over a year and an half. We’ve moved in now after being pushed to closed. Pulte is the absolute worst in customer service and construction. Problem after problem in my “new” home. I could’ve bought a 30 year old home and had less issues. Construction team does bare minimum, I don’t know how they pass inspections. I’m watching other homes around me get built and it’s unbelievable how many corners are cut. Buying this home is the biggest regret of my life, infested with ants that are biting my two year old constantly and Pulte says “there’s nothing we can do about it”. Sorry for the poor review but won't buy from Pulte again

No communication, no invitation to see work progress, no follow up. Despite 6 postponements in 2022, all of a sudden a mad rush to close before 12/31 at the cost of cutting corners, sloppy workmanship, unskilled labor. Attribute the lack of quality work to absence of supervision or sub contracting to lowest possible bidder. Things such as cracked tiles, then when replacing tiles, using wrong color grout. I was super excited when I first saw the house 12 months ago. But once I was in contract, the employees I worked with at the design center were curt, Zach with the financial department out of Colorado is why I didn’t do with Pulte, he was so rude, and after I closed, Pulte fired my point of contact and nearly 5 weeks later I get a response about setting up appointments to work on my punch list. We have a leak in our ceiling (now with two holes in it), flooring damaged, garage door seal / weather strip damage, interior doors not shutting properly and one whole side of our garage is not powered. Not what you expect when moving into a model when the Pulte sales team worked here every day and had to notice / see all this.

Terrible, construction was delayed and Pulte won’t confirm due date to protect themselves. Still no repair on the defects that was pointed out during the walk through inspection. Overall, the delay that Pulte caused has caused my interest rate to go up.

A completely dysfunctional and incompetent company. Poor management, lack of communications and lack of supervision amongst project managers and their subs and laborers. No quality of work, no craftsmanship and very low quality materials used. Nothing but lip service to the consumer.

Quality of the construction work is very poor. The house was not built at the luxury home standards. There was mess up in flooring, they dig the concrete in kitchen which left a lot of dust on all appliances and backsplash in kitchen. Painting work is very bad. I don't recommend Pulte homes.

I have purchased several new homes from national builders in FL and in other places. I have never in my life felt so betrayed and completely taken advantage of. In my opinion the quality of the home is terrible, I am embarrassed by it. Sales tells you what you want to hear. Construction promises the world and doesn't deliver then they deny it. Our house was delayed multiple times. When they finally turned it over to us it was dirty and had tons of issues. Quality is nowhere to be seen. It's like it was put together haphazardly by amateurs. Pulte keeps reassuring us things will be fixed but workers are either inexperienced or don't even show up or cause other issues. It’s been a challenging, traumatic and draining process. Don’t buy Pulte

Overall the experience was horrendous from the lack of communication from the sales office to the six different construction managers we had, to the quality of work, and the timeline in which we were guaranteed to close by (which was 9 months off). I would recommend to stay away from this builder overall. The best thing for them was the last construction manager that we got to work with but that eventually got moved to another community. Their lack of professionalism baffles me.

Was very disappointed with Pulte and the whole experience! Pulte mortgage was a joke, the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. PGP Title was the same and to add very inept and scary to think how many other mortgages are out there with major errors. After 1 month, NO ONE from Pulte has addressed any concerns OR the major screw ups in construction on my home. No one has even attempted to make anything right!!

Watching commercials went with Pulte but it is biggest mistake, i wont recommend Pulte for a new home. First Quality of work is very poor, went with their highest upgrades they offer but it doesnt look like the best. I already left a detailed experience review. Somebody was supposed to follow up, she called me once at the wrong time I scheduled a call with her at a good time for me, she never called at the schedule time and instead called two weeks later at the time I was at work again, I took her phone number to call her back. Called this person 3 times, left 3 voice messages to call me back. Never heard back from her. This sums up pretty much everything. Pulte is the worst builder, worst customer service and worst mortgage service!

They only started to be upfront after surveys were given. We were told originally that our building would be completed in about 8-10 months. It took almost 2 years. The only updates we received were when we reached out. The construction manager (second one that replaced the first one that left the company) was upfront and transparent initially but didn’t correct all the issues brought up at the walk through. Multiple issues with internet (took three weeks because of smashed pipes and needed an electrician that was never provided), tons of cosmetic issues (like an upside down stair rail), ...
