Great experience all the way.

The worksites are not clean and cannot believe that areas that I am finding glue and messy painting and we paid extra for site finishing and not sure we received what we paid for. I have nails sticking out of doors and dents in utility doors along with chips and cracks in our granite countertops. We cannot believe how much silicone that we are having to clean up in the bathrooms. Just not the quality we were expecting for the price that we paid. This coming summer we have outside that need to be addressed. And we could not believe that on the garage walls they cleaned their caulk off on our walls...so we have that to look at too. Also they cleaned their caulk off on our siding which cannot be clean-off so we are having to wait to have the siding replaced. We have to believe that all of this is costing you more money...so why not slow down and treat these houses as your own versus slapping them up as fast as you can. Also we have to continue to have workmen come in and fix the issues and we are getting tired of this too. ... More

Poor Quality of workmanship & materials with expensive price tag.

It is a well built home. The appliances, especially the refrigerator and cooktop are terrible! No ice or water on outside of frig. Cooktop scratched after one use. Fingerprints everywhere! Frig to all bathroom faucets. They don’t tell you the pool does NOT come with a heater! $4,000 wrapped into a 30 year mtg would not be a big deal but huge expense when moving in. Doors are cheap,not solid

He wouldnt response to emails, texts or phone calls.

From a Builder Manager, Daryl has been great to work with. Some of the laborers could probably do a better job at treating the build as if it were their own home

Went thru a few site mgrs during the process. Had to repeat issues several times before corrective action was taken. However once they addressed the issue it was resolved satisfactorily.

From start to finish, we had a positive experience and we are very happy in n our new home. Would definitely recommend building with Pulte!

In general our experience in purchasing a Pulte home was very good. We feel the price we paid, including incentives, was a good overall value. We develop a good working relationship with our field manager and felt he was very responsive to our questions and comments

First building a home experience. There were no surprises and process exceeded expectations. From sales - Steve and Eric and construction- Robert there was a sense of professionalism and pride in their work that resulted in what I consider a quality home. Additionally the Pulte Mortgage process- Tammy reduced the stress and provided a very competitive rate.

The responsiveness to any and all inquiries was handled professionally and exceptionally well. The staff was very cordial and they were determined to make sure that issues were handled in the way we wanted and expected from such a company. This is our second Pulte home and we have come to appreciate their willingness to make sure that the building and buying process is a positive one and that we were comfortable every step of the way. I would be more than willing to recommend PUlte to anyone looking for a positive building experience and service after the sale.

People involved from sales to the building superintendent were knowledgeable and responsive. Good people to work with.

We love our house! There were a few minor cosmetic issues but any issues we had were responded to quickly. Our construction manager Sean Crittenden was great and explained things every step of the way.

I purchased the Willow-brook model my dream home its awesome all the staff were wonderful ! you can't go wrong buying a home from pulte !

Please contact me for all the details. I can only say that after I signed my purchase agreement and paid my deposit everything was a down spiral. Multiple reasonable requests during construction ignored, complaints about quality ignored, I even had to vacuum clean the site myself to mitigate health problems to my asthmatic daughter. Late closing and promises to fix things next week every week ( we are 3 months after closing) that were either not fixed at all or the fixed were bad and are in line for the next round of fixes. I am very disappointed with the overall experience.

We ordered a kitchen upgrade and countertop upgrade. Job was done terrible and not professionally. My kitchen island is off level and crooked, my countertop looks used and "dirty" and my kitchen cabinets were full of stain spots that made the doors look dirty. Crown molding was not level, cabinet doors were also bendy and curved. Drawers were not adjusted. Granite backsplash was 1/4inch shorter than the countertop itself. My house looks as if it was built by a 5 year old. Carpet was not placed correctly and was not stretched all the way leaving holes between the wall and carpet. There is a big hole under the laminate in our floors. Rep came out to "fix it" but nothing changed. The floors in the home are terrible, when you walk on them, the whole house trembles. I can hear bottles of perfume rattling when I walk. The trim on the walls looks greasy when the holes were covered up. In one of my bedrooms there is a visible bump where two sheets of sheetrock come together. The spindles on the stairs are a different color. A lot of small details that make us very upset. Terrible job done. Quality is not worth the amount of money for this home. When we complain they all tell us "its normal and its standard". Would not recommend to anyone. Poor quality, finish and workmanship. Delayed and ineffective communication. Once they have your money they couldn't care less about the finished product they are selling. Same homes and floor plans adjacent to mine with same upgrades getting sold for much lesser than what I paid for. Very poor job, less than 2 months and paint is flaking off, drywall and wooden doors are chipping. Haphazard and untidy layout of townhomes in this phase. Nothing is finished. Have no idea why we are paying HOA. The only redeeming factors are location and floor plan. Otherwise please look at the numerous new construction available around here before buying in Pulte. ... I'm two months into owning my Home and I still have issues that have not been resolved. The house does look very nice as long as you don't look to close. When we first recieved our home most of our counter tops are dirty or have scraps all around the edges. Our stair way still has unpainted spots. they are small so its not the biggest deal but it shows a lack of attention to detail. Our Gas line for the heater was never even turned on! We had to find out the hard way that our heater didn't work by freezing in our home the first time it became cold out here. Our waps where not installed correctly, but they did get repaired quickly. There is a dip on the out side of our home where water just builds up and makes a small lake Not sure if that is gonna cause issues later. Our Garage door opener has still not been fixed despite them sending people to repair it three times now. In the end we made certain selections for our home that would make it hard pressed to be a ugly home. We may have just been unlucky but the dirty home in the beginning and there was also tons of trash in our back and front yard. Just seems like they didn't put in the effort you would expect for such an expensive home. I wouldn't recommend Pulte at this time. ... More

Little and sometimes no response from the building manager after the first month. No adequate heat during the cold season and cooling issues. Am told the air conditioners may be too small to cool home and not set properly to address zones. Mostly no response to texts message or calls. We were one of the last people to purchase a home at Tangerine Ridge and we feel that we have been treated poorly as the building contractors have left the neighborhood. The only truly positive experience we have had was our sales manager Charmaine. She deserves a raise and the rest deserve to pay that raise.

Pulte has not built our home to the expectations that Pulte has in the market. Our basement leaked and we had a contract come and fill it, but it's still unfinished, we moved the end of September and it's almost December but it has not been finished. I am surprised that there are no gutters on the side and the back of the house, Pulte has to do better than what is just expected of them. Overall, with garage door having an issue, crack on walls, poor quality paint every where, I am disappointed in the work and the quality of our home.

We were so excited to move into our new home, but all we’ve been doing is filling out work orders to have everything fixed. We are very disappointed.
