As a single homeowner, I was very impressed with the level of commitment with which I was treated. Not knowing much about home building or the process, my questions were answered quickly and in terminology that I could understand. No question was a "dumb question"! It was a wonderful feeling to go through the whole process knowing, without a doubt, that the Pulte team was with me every step of the way!

We had the best experience possible! From the very first moment we spoke to Trenton in the sales office, we knew we wanted a Pulte Home! Tyler, our Field Manager, was an absolute pleasure to work with. They both made the entire process effortless and enjoyable for us! We absolutely love our home!

So far so good, I am very satisfied with the way things are going in my new home, any problems that I had, since moving in, have been taken care of in a timely fashion. Your staff of Ray and Dave have been very attentive and Pulte should be honored to have them as employees.

When contacting customer care manager or office I’m always left feeling that I’m not important to them. Too much reliance on email communication and cell phone contacts should be mandatory. The basic tone is we’re here to help with issues but you’ll just have to wait until we get back with you and not how you would like (call) but how we like (email) especially when explicitly asking for a phone call when email is ineffective due to needing to discuss issue further.

The kitchen is great. Everything else is good but not as good quality as we were expecting with what we paid for it. It looks very nice at first glance, but once you move in you notice so many details that were missed (like bathroom counters half an inch away from the wall on one side, etc.). In the building process, a lot of nice and assuring words were said that did not necessarily always happen in the end.

From start with the salesman, to the final inspection with our home builders, everything was handled professionally. We are so happy with our new home.

Overall good experience building Pulte home.

I feel that some short cuts were taken. The sheet rock wasn’t good quality. The master bathroom shower is poorly built and the frame is of poor quality. The construction manager Sefano is extremely good in taking care of issue that he can.

Struggle to get repairs completed! When repairs are finally made, the repairs are shoddy and careless. Things go from bad to worse when trying to get things fixed under warranty.

I have had, among other issues, 5 issues with electrical wiring and switches. Some of these have tripped circuit breakers. I have zero confidence that the home is wired safely or correctly.

I should have been able to have a 5-Star experience if only I wouldn't have found discrepancies such as sheetrock tape coming through the paint in my dining room, screws that won't go all the way into the hinges in the master bedroom, water spouts that terminate at my front door entrance, and bath tubs that flooded. The worst part is that after weeks of having reported this, only the tubs were fixed because the Plumbing contractor has been more responsive than Pulte. Extremely dissatisfying experience and very disappointing that Pulte has not taken interest in fixing these problems with the enthusiasm and sense of urgency that they showed when taking my money. ... Everyday we are discovering a new issue with house. Its been only a month and nails are coming out, thermostat is not working, bell is not working. Its been a very bad experience.

The team we worked with was great.

Pulte homes have the best designs we’ve ever seen and their homes are all quality built. With their various developments they have homes designed and priced for every type of buyer. We’ve glad we bought with Pulte.

Ask all the questions you want, they respond in a timely manner and are very helpful.

I had my last walk through on November 21st and I closed on November 26th things that were supposed to be fixed 3 days after my last walkthrough and before getting my keys are still pending today 1/15/19 counter tops had to be replaced 2 times and during a replacement my other counter top got damaged. Contacting Juan the constitution manager is a joke.. never answers calls or messages and email replies take for ever he even blocked 2 of my phone numbers. How professional is that? I work in a place with over 2000 team members a lot of my coworkers ask me if I’m happy with my house and if I recommend it and the answer is a big NO! Same for family and friends. Biggest mistake was to purchase with Pulte after all the bad reviews I saw but I thought people were exaggerating. Communication with field manager and construction manager on a regular basis is the key to satisfaction. Respecting their responsibilities enhances transparency and trustworthiness. Truly, a partnership.

The issues started from almost the day we signed our contract and now 8 weeks since closing they still haven't fixed all the problems. I could go on and on but it's just not worth my time.

First, the good. The main employees you deal with are great people. They really are. But the line is pretty much drawn there because their hands are tied to corporate policy that’s not conducive to a quality product. Answers to questions and problems are “the labor force is terrible”, are not acceptable and should never be when buying a half million dollar home. Several subcontractors just flat out do not care about the quality of their work. I’m not sure why but it’s really none of the consumers concern. The end result though is a poor product. I really recommended pulte to everyone other there who is looking for new home. I had decent experience with Pulte Homes to getting new first new Home. Really happy with support/response from the staff out here, after I moved in! In all its really Worth your money what you are spending and what you are getting..
