Pulte seems great on the surface, but the more 3rd party inspections we had and the longer we live in the house its very clear how bad of a job they did and covered parts up so you wouldn't notice. We had shelves falling over after 2 months of use, our garage drains towards the house, not out the garage door, doors hung wrong, tack strips poking through the carpet to the point they were drawing blood if stepped on, with no one offering to properly fix anything and just add more band aids over top. Some of my issues I pointed out during the buying process, was promised it would be fixed, promised it did get fixed then later I find out that none of that was true and its the exact same as it was before. All they care about now is money, not quality, or making good homes. Most of the contractors don't show any pride in their work, and its clear that instead of getting a slightly better contractor, Pulte just hopes you don't notice. Some things are done beautifully though, for example our tile work was done suburb. I hope in the next few years I can fix all the issues they have left me and have the home that I paid for. ... Roof leaked in bedroom. Painting could be better, missed spots and left big drips.

The basic home is very well contructed. The finish work is not quite as good. Not bad just not up to residential standards.

Overall, I am very happy with the home and the purchasing process. There are some very minor issues with the workmanship such as gaps, wood separating in certain areas, doors not closing easily, etc. Most of this stuff are cosmetic or easily fixable. We'll address these in our first warranty list. I took one star off from Responsiveness to issues is that there was a noticeable cosmetic defect in the outside of the house that we pointed out in the walk through, and that has not been addressed yet. Again, this will be listed in our warranty list.

The overall purchasing/ building of our Pulte Home was very positive. Everyone involved was very helpful. If you do have a larger vehicle, I'd recommend a three car garage so there is additional room in your garage. Everything about our home I absolutely love, except I wish my garage was larger or at least longer. Overall a nice first build experience. This is my third home and it is so nice to have everything NEW,

Rushed in the very beginning to give a rating on how pleased we were. After being here for a little over a month I can see why...

I feel this House was rushed to be built and closed on for financial gains. Numerous craftmanship and material issues, most that were addressed at walk through, have not been resolved. It is now two months past closing and we're still waiting for simple things to be repaired and or replaced. This was my first time purchasing a new home, and it has been far from a pleasant experience for me or my family.

This is my 3rd new house and the craftsmanship is disappointing, cheap materials, poor paint job, doors rub/warped. We have only been here a short time and now we are having appliance issues. The construction workers do not respect that someone is living here now, starting work before 7 am, parking in front of my house so guest can not, blocking my driveway. The supervisor was nice offering help after we moved in but he left with out introducing us to his replacement, abandoned us.

Overall home buying experience was excellent. Jane the sales person helped us all the way and made things easy. I would definitely recommend Pulte home to family and frinds

Cabinets and drawers should be inspected thoroughly. Some of my drawers were not properly fastened. Paint droplets are everywhere.

Have been many issues and I have given my feedback earlier with details. So do not want to repeat those - but I would not recommend any of my friends to buy from here. I think Pulte quality has deteriorated.

The field manager who helped in our building process was amazing. He ensured that everything was handled in a timely manner. We are very pleased with the house that we have purchased. the house is great and the neighborhood is welcoming. The responsiveness from our field manager Chadd has been outstanding.

Pulte was very helpful through the whole buying and building process. When I had questions, they did their best to get back to me as soon as possible. Matt, who oversaw the building process, was awesome. He was always quick with answers to our questions. I also liked that you get a lot for the starting price of your home - ie granite counter tops in the kitchen.

Pulte hires bad contractors who do bad jobs. They don't follow Field Manager's instructions. Field Managers are overloaded and they don't have enough bandwidth to monitor quality of work. Pulte's internal quality team does pathetic job and that's why they certify home with so many issues which homeowner need to point out. Before closing I had marked several items but those were not fixed so I accepted several flaws as it is, just to ensure no further delays in moving-in.

When we closed on our house and did our inspection we were told by our construction manager that we had 30 days to report any issues we found with house that may have been missed in our final walkthrough. Once we identified these issues however, the people in customer service/repairs did not want to fix things. They claimed that we may have damaged them when we moved in. So here we are with a damaged garage, bathtubs, roof tiles, stucco and cabinet. So disappointed with our "dream home."

Sales and construction staff were a pleasure to work with.

This was the first time we had a new house built and will definitely be the last. We had no idea what we were getting into. The day we put our deposit down we were instructed that we had to choose the plan we wanted that day. Next we were instructed to meet with the interior design team to pick out what we wanted inside the house. We were allotted only 3 hours to pick out everything from granite to cabinets , flooring and paint. I wished we were given more time as 3 hours is not near enough time to decide. Then 2 weeks before we closed there were several issues that needed to be corrected including the master bathroom tile, drywall and trim. After taking down the tile we were told the framing was off and that’s why the tile was uneven. We found that every time they would come in to fix something they would screw up something else. We feel like the cheap laborers they hire are careless and amateurs. We felt like it was a never ending process. I have to say they have been good about getting things fixed but why are we having to get alot of things fixed with a new house? We can understand a few things but not like this. If we had to do it all over again we would run the other way. ... More

Loan process not too difficult to meet if prospective buyer believes he/she can afford the price. Nice floor plan for one story home.

My new Pulte home is beautiful. The buying experience was friendly and easy. Pulte has been very responsive to any issues I have raised.

Purchase, closing and after care very professional and efficient.

From start to finish, the buying experience has been great. From the time they broke ground until handing me the keys to my new home, the Pulte team gave me weekly updates (more, as available) and they fulfilled all of their commitments. On any project as large as a house, there were a few minor issues (such as a 'regular' door lock versus an electronic lock installed) but they were all taken care of immediately. When I moved in, there were only 4 occupied homes on my block so there were lots of workers around. All were very friendly an took care to minimize the noise and disruption, making sure they didn't block my driveway, always giving a friendly "Good morning" to me. If/when I'm in the market for another home, I will definitely look at Pulte again. ... More
