The property has cheap quality, the ac is bad when I move in, the window is broken easily and repair speed is slow also a lot of other small issues.

We decided to buy a Pulte home because of the great reviews and design. We were able to see the progress of our home from the first step and speak to the builder and ask any questions we had. We especially love the warranties and the quality of the materials and workmanship. It was an easy process from start to finish. We're happy we chose Pulte!!

Our home building process was better than anticipated. The entire Pulte build team was responsive throughout the process. Very good quality and attention to detail. We love our new home! Thank you, Pulte!

This is our second Pulte house and Pulte will continue to be a top option for us if we ever need another house. We lived in our first home for 10 years and were very satisfied with the quality of the house. Our new home is even better! Pulte has been easy to work with and has followed through on everything promised throughout the process. The only issue we had was that our Project Manager was, at times, difficult to get in touch with due to how busy he was. Nice neighborhood

Everything was better than expected. Very pleased with the home.

The layout and execution are smart, efficient and well thought out. The sales staff are well informed, intelligent and responsive. The construction team is professional and inspires confidence.

Detail on workmanship; mainly the painting; was poor

Pulte builds homes quickly and the workmanship is very good, however, it is not excellent. In some cases, the workers did not clean up all of their glue, paint, and caulk residues, making move in more work than expected.

My salesperson (Adam) was the best! He kept in touch through all phases of the home building process and genuinely cares about making sure I am 100% satisfied with my home. The quality of my home is very nice. After i moved in, I opted to paint the interior with the colors I wanted and it made a positive difference. I can honestly that I had very little stress in building my home. They delivered 100% with friendly attitudes.

Ensure all walk through items are completed before sign.

Terrible customer service. Entire neighborhood in Blackrock is upset about the problems and multitude of issues they have had with their home. Beer bottles found in our attic left from their workers. Our entire flooring has to be re-done. Cabinets were putting In incorrectly. We have paint issues all over the home. Broken doors and selves in the bathroom closets and storage spaces. Broken doors that were not replaced. Incorrect placement of dual twin water heaters. Incorrect plumbing that was done and needed to have plumbers come and correct. Things as simple as having the toilet rolls placed to close together such that you cannot place toilet paper on them. Still has not been fixed....this is the building 101. The price of the homes are really expensive because of the location and the views. The quality of the work and the customer service response is less than standard and sub par at best! There's no lock provided for master bathroom by design! That is unbelievable and never heard of with any good builders. In spite of asking about this with Pulte the answer has been only 'NO' which doesn't sound good.

Pulte was prompt and did exactly what they said they would do. The design is nice and the value is great. Don’t try to change anything though. Two things I was not happy with was the alarm/low voltage sub contractor. You feel like you have no options and anything you do is marked up pretty well. I also feel like painting in general was sloppy. Painting around (and on) switches and towel bars, missing spots, etc. just looked rushed. Lots of caulk and it doesn’t have a nice finished look.

From the point of signing the contract to today this process has been amazing. The sales person kept in contact and the construction team answered my questions and kept me updated. The warranty department has already contacted me and stepped in to correct a small issue. I love my new home!

Approachable, proactive and very responsive Field Manager.

Had to ask several times for things to be fixed, appointment were missed and requests were overlooked.

This is the third home that I have had built. I was a little skeptical about building with Pulte, but their customer service was exceptional. they called on a regular bases letting me know where they were in the process. Now that I am in my new home, they have responded to every issue. Everything has been minor. I love my new home. It is everything I expected.

We purchased the Citrus Grove model and the floor plan is one of the best! The finishes are great and the service we received was exceptional. Great job!
