Our Pulte construction PM was great to work with but outside of that there was little positive that came from our build. I would not recommend Pulte and/or Holland Pools

Building with Pulte was just a great experience. The quality is incredible. The employees and trades were so helpful and friendly.

I will base my response base on the star categories. In terms of the quality of workmanship and materials, it could of been better. I understand that in the housing market, builders want to finish homes asap. However, quality should always be more important than quantity when trying to please your customers. With the inflation of homes, i felt that the price for my home was very acceptable. The trustworthy of Pulte was not bad, however, I get it, when the seller is buying the house, all resources are available to that potential customer. But once that customer actually buys the house, you are forgotten and replaced by another potential customer. Lastly, although there were many issues with my house, the responsiveness of the Pulte Homes was quick to acknowledge my concerns and were able to resolve those issues. I get it, Pulte is not a custom home builder but you are building new and the process of picking options was not smooth. Should use same checklist for everyone regardless of budget. Go over what’s included and what’s not. The materials for building the home were quality but the final fit and finish and what needed fixed was a hassle. Need to be more proactive to make sure everything is complete and up to standard without having the homeowner bring it to Pultes attention.

Cheap materials and poor craftsmanship for money paid

Only minor issues have been found so far (screws not fully screwed in, bent drawer tracks). Overall very happy with the home and excited to raise a family here.

Our home was finished on schedule and without any issues. We are very happy with everything we picked out.

The home was given to us impecable it was ready to move in clean and beautiful. The area is perfect close to major highways, shopping, and only 15 minutes from hospitals and downtown area. The choice of upgrades for the home are many are useful with gave us an opportunity to make the home comfortable and right for our needs. Thanks Pulte form building us a home for years to come.

Low quality, shoddy work in some areas, poor customer service, misinformation, rushed design center appointment that missed significant details, excuses rather than fixes. Very disappointing, should have gone with DRHorton across the street.

Overall Pulte has done an impressive work building our new home.

It is really important to identify and get things fixed before move-in. The biggest mistake I did during the home celebration was not paying attention to each and every detail as I was under the impression that any defect can be addressed later on due to a 12-month warranty. It has been 6 weeks since I moved and so many issues are coming up. The service team is really poor to address any issues.

Try to come to the community with a Realtor to represent you and help you in the process as some of the conversations with Sales are vague and will not go into details about what you could get in your home. Yes, they will go over pricing of additions but you'll discover the reality at the Design Center appointment and some more while your home is being built. Also hire an Inspector to do your phased home inspection as we had lots of flaws brought to them during the inspection reports during construction that we would not know about if we just hired an inspector for the before closing inspection. Have all your questions answered before signing the contract. This might not be an easy process with them but your Realtor will be your mediator. Good experience buying the house, everyone we worked with was very helpful.

We bought the house in September. We are so happy with the house and community. Mark is a top notch builder and great guy. He will look out for you even after the process is finished. Pulte should be honored to have a great builder like Mark. He is the best of the best!

The best buying and service experience I have had while home buying. Not sure how it could be better.

Pulte good on buying end. Needs continual follow up post purchase. Pulte staff very good.

Good home and professional staff

Construction manager promised to fix issues after signing on closing date. Blinds to be repaired, Never done. construction team was in a rush to close out house and never completed some work promised to us that would be done after we signed. To find out the last 2 construction managers quit and left Pulte. Never should have signed until work was complete. "WE LEARN FROM OUR MISTAKES'

Good people that work to build in quality and treat you with respect before, during and after the sale.

We love our house, the builder was very attentive to us during the entire process , only concern/complain is that there were a lot of small details inside the house, i know its very hard for the builder to keep everything perfect having several workers in and out but lot of details on the painting, on the base boards, on the walls, ceiling , tiles , etc , for the price , all of that should not be present. One thing worth to mention, is that the responsiveness when submitting a service request is very fast!
