First of all, overall new home buying experience with Pulte homes was awesome, made my life easy on each and every step of the process till I received the keys to the new home. Me being a new homeowner, I had a lot of clarification questions and the Pulte staff were patient and addressed all of them. The quality of the home has exceeded my expectation, the home was provided to me in immaculate condition, and I was provided maximum information while the construction was in progress as well, this made me understand about home itself. The Home was delivered to me on time as promised and loan process was simple and easy to understand. Pulte Homes has a great warranty plan so that the new home owners can be in peace. The building site manager is so knowledgeable, proactive and friendly which made me feel that the home was well taken care off before the handoff. The community Pulte representative who helped me in buying and selecting options for the home, did a awesome job and words cant explain how friendly, prompt she is, and quickly become family friends. Beautiful modern home in the most peaceful area! Pulte builds are customized to your taste, but you really can't make a wrong decision as every color scheme and design are flawless!

We lived in Illinois and loved Florida. We found a development that Pulte was building in South West Florida. The process took place in the middle of Covid and Supply Chain issues. Everyone on the Pulte team were all professionals. Throughout the process from the initial signing, design center, construction process, closing and post warranty work the Pulte team kept us updated on the progress and kept us informed. At closing the house was thoroughly cleaned and the construction manager had the majority of items completed from the punch list items before our walkthrough. Pulte was wonderful in the home buying experience! All the sales consultants and construction managers were very helpful and knowledgeable.

Just bought it, the house looks very modern and the basic furnishing inside is very comfortable. Community environmental protection and staff are also very good.

We received exceptional service from Pulte from start to finish, and beyond. There were no gimmicks in the initial contract phase, choosing our building plan and options/upgrades was a breeze, and we were kept apprised weekly of the build process. The service and contact far exceeded our expectations. The fit and finish of the build is very nice, and Pulte staff was readily available from the final walk-through and closing. We not only feel we chose an amazing builder but we also made some new friends at the company along the way, which is a nice bonus!

We have owned several homes, in different states, and this was the easiest buying experience we have ever had. People were open, helpful and I really felt they wanted us to know exactly what we were buying. Taking us on tours of the house while under construction and explaining how the home was constructed was simply wonderful. Great experience with Pulte.

We are so happy with our Pulti home! Derek and Angel were super responsive. Every question was answered quickly, every concern addressed right away. The construction site was kept clean. There were a few concerns we had (AC vent not centered in hallway) and Angel had the trades on site to address within days. When we asked something via text or email it was responded to with in 24 hours. Even when the questions were about mail delivery or community issues like water Presure- I was given and honest and respectful answer. Post closing We still see Angel and he asks how ever is. He even emailed me the paint colors so I could get touch up paint. We are so pleased with our home and would recommend Pulti as the best builder!!! ... More

Our construction manager Shane is the best !! He was at all times on top of all the construction and very courteous. With Shene we would buy again and again!!!

From the initial meeting with the sales team to the walkthrough with the construction manager. Everyone has been friendly and always had time for us. It’s particularly difficult with us living in England so communication is vital. This has always been excellent. The swift response from the construction manager since we closed had been great. The overall quality of the home is what we expected and certainly what we have seen in previous Pulte developments. Thankyou

We have been very pleased with our new Pulte home! Fabio was excellent and keeping us updated along the way and what next steps to expect. We are two months and now I am still loving everything about our new house. The quality of work exceeds our expectations! We were also happy with how the service was from Dan and helping us with our 30 day walk-through to fix any minor issues
