Sales personnel were knowledgeable and friendly. The Project Manager was responsive and worked with us during the construction. Items noted during the walk through were addressed in a timely fashion. We are planning to send a small list of items to the Maintenance Department. We believe they will be as concerned and responsive as our Sales person and Project Manager were during the early stages.

A few months into our new Pulte home I have been satisfied. I was worried before beginning the process and it took considerable research and effort to gain my comfort to move forward. Throughout the process, I was over the shoulder of our construction manager. He was helpful and responsive and I am trying to get my friends and certain family members into the Pulte neighborhood.

Could not be happier with our new Pulte home! Superior fit and finish, and a solid builder warranty backed by an on-site team of construction professionals. One minor issue since we moved in and Pulte had it fixed within an hour of our call. Pulte excels in quality and live-ability!

The process was easy. The house is great! When issues came up, Pulte dealt with them quickly. They have continued to be supportive and responsive even after closing. Overall, highly recommend.

While the salesperson (David) and Erin (Project Manager) were both terrific, the overall experience in building a Pulte home was anything but. They are the definition of a tract builder that slaps up the houses in record time...workmanship is atrocious. But, the fact that we were told just a few days before closing that our home did not appraise is sickening. We didn't even do many upgrades (like countertops, flooring, fixtures) because the Pulte offerings were so outdated...can't even imagine how much more under the appraised value the home would have been with these items added to the sales price. Typically, if a home does not appraise, you either cancel the contract or bring the difference in $$$ to the table. We were not allowed out of the contract and had to take on a different loan product with PMI, which Pulte "graciously" paid for...probably because we decided to use them as a lender. Can't even imagine if we had used another lender and had to bring the dollars to the table. We were also told that appraisers were brought in from other parts of the state and were not familiar with the Carmel-Westfield market. Wow. The whole process from beginning to end was smooth thanks to the whole staff at Pulte.

From the first look at the model home in Sycamore Creek, through the building process, the finance process, and waking up this morning in my new home, I would enthusiastically and 110% recommend Pulte!

When I did the walk through I did realize there was so many issue with the house. I moved in and immediately found several poor workmanship problems that had to be fixed. The good thing thing is Pulte has a good warranty team/program.

If I had it to do over again. would not buy a Pulte Home.

Major plumbing issues causing flooding within the first 2 weeks and washer stopped working after 1 month. We know of 2 other homeowners with plumbing issues upon closing. Employees are friendly but company policies and procedures prevent adequate more customer service.

Pulte has a solid build process and communication as the home is being built. Quality and excellent home warranty as well.

Pulte committed to the date of closure but last minute fixes were real sloppy and they punted those to warranty where the homeowner needs to chase and get this down. Quality of the work until the last month was good but bad planning and negligence during closure needs to be addressed. Well prices might seem little high but can say its worth only after 5 years seeing how well the house has settled.

Great value for the money. Detailed finishing work not the finest.

Our new home is beautifully designed and many many things are just perfect! But there are also many little problems that are annoying and difficult to get resolved. Nothing is urgent anymore (the one urgent problem was fixed but only after a 10 day wait). The project manager is overwhelmed so there's no way that he could possibly address the issues. We hope that Pulte will respond within the first year of ownership so we can have the perfect home we dreamed of.

Everything went very smoothly - from purchase agreement to options selection to construction to closing to finished product. We are extremely pleased with our new home!

From when we first met Tom the service has been great. Tom went above and beyond to help us with getting approval while we sell our house and to help get our contingent offer extended while our house was still on the market. Eleonora was our loan agent and she was amazing. She keep me on track to have all the documents in so we didn't have any issues and she helped us make our whole experience so easy. Ryan our head builder was awesome. He took over our build half way through because our prior head builder left. Ryan came in half way through and did an amazing job. He keep us in the loop on everything that was going on with the build when he took it over and when it came down to closing. He has been so helpful to make sure we registered everything we needed to register to keep or extend warranties. Ryan explained everything with the house so it was so easy for us to understand. He made it feel like we were there for the hole build by explaining how everything works and how it was built. Everyone who helped us from the Pulte team through our whole experience, Specially as I said before Tom, Ryan, & Eleonora was amazing. They make the whole experience as I stated before so easy.
