On site construction manager was very helpful in explaining the home building process/detail and addressing our concerns. He shared the construction status every week. We had very pleasant experience through the entire home building process.

A lot of promises up front, but a disappointing process. Poor workmanship, little attention to detail, disrespect for the property. All inside doors poor quality, cheapest, not solid, they are hollow. Phone calls not returned. Front yard landscaping had collapsed area next to driveway on closing day, and they installed two trees that are inappropriate selections for the size of the yard. Wish I had shopped around more.

Purchased new Pulte model smart townhouse. No one would explain WI FI.

First time homeowner, had a very well detailed explanation of process. Dyanna helped us out with our so many questions! Home was completed ahead of schedule by 4 weeks! Thanks to Kris our field mgt. who kept us in the loop with construction. Even with our new set of questions. Overall, a great experience, never felt on our own, helpful and supportive team in all aspects! Thanks for everything!

Received a home with many issues. Toilets clogged, gutter clogged. Painting all over the floor. People seem to misguide and give wrong information. Why did Pulte think my Review is in appropriate? I am writing my true experience.

House closed on 9/30/2019 per Pulte request and we could not movie in until 11/10/2019. Pulte refuse to pay utilities fee and HOA fee for the month of October, 2019. We as customer have to pay the utilities bill and HOA fee for the entire month of October, 2019 even we could not move in. Today is 11/15/2019 still have lot of issues need to be fixed. I'm taking vacation from work and sitting in the house waiting for works to come to fix problems. I hope someone from Pulte can help us to resolve all the issues. Currently, I could not get warranty manager or the construction manager to reply my email or answer my call. ... More

The Pulte team made our home buying experience seamless. Home is we'll built. Minor follow up items were taken care of professionally and to our satisfaction. Would highly recommend Pulte as your home of choose.

We love our new home and would recommend Pulte to friends and family. The only issue that we've had is a bush in the front yard was dead on our final walk through and our builder said he would get a new one and that's yet to happen and it's been almost 2 months. Other than that we had a great experience.

Boulder should make sure that all cables are working. As I have lived there for almost 2 months with no Internet connection available. I’m not sure who’s responsible however cable was broken under the street and I am now waiting for a city approval to fix that issue.

Make sure you have the home builder do the walk through with you.

when i decide to up great some finish items,I end up paying three times more what its worth,It should not be like this!! also guest bathroom finished very poor.

My home was prepared on-time and on-budget. I have been pleased with my Pulte Home purchase. The unit is well-constructed and has a thoughtful layout.

We've been living in our home for about one month and can't get over how wonderful the house is. Our communications with the sales representative, the construction and design teams, the mortgage group, and customer support have all been courteous, responsive, respectful and helpful, and made our home purchase surprisingly easy.

We were rushed to close on a house that was not completely finished. We ended up not moving into our home for two weeks after the purchase so Pulte could fix numerous issues that needed to be redone of finished. Even after that, it took multiple weeks to get other issues resolved. Eventually, we were sick and tired of Pulte not finishing things correctly or in a timely way and decided that any minor issues we still have will be done by us with our own contractors of our choosing.

My new Pulte home is great. The builders were a pleasure to deal with.
