Pulte Homes has provided a pretty good product. Located in the Sendero project of Veramendi in New Braunfels, Tx, it is a very expensive product. Pulte's contact personnel have been excellent to deal with. My only real disappointment is the dead tree in the center of the front yard. I have submitted numerous updates as to its declining condition, both to Pulte, and to the landscape contractor. I think I still may have reason to hope I am not being stuck with a dead tree.

The responsiveness, in some aspects, was difficult. For the amount of money you’re paying, you shouldn’t feel like you have to ask the same questions and keep following up to get answers.

Bad customer service. Bad finish’s on the house. Nothing lineup. And they promised to have an individual within the first month to take care of any issues and it’s has been a month an half and no response!!!! Be careful and check out all final touch’s especially your windows, (top and bottom not the exact measurement). Bad work over all.

Nice house but pricey for what you get.

My friends commented that it is a well built home. My questions were answered promptly and Builder kept me involved in the building process. It is a good value for the money But I felt that many things that should be standard in a Home were all optional resulting in increase in the price of the home, ended up spending more than I originally planned to spend.

Many times follow up of items leads to either request to wait till they find vendor or something they won’t know until you share pics. Commitment is commitment but what was told to me during sale was not that covered 100% also there was desperate rush to close house without listing what customer problem is

Construction manage was excellent

Every time we discovered a mis-communication or error during the construction phase, we were told there was nothing that could be done, or to hire an independent contractor after the house was completed. Not one accomodation that we requested was made (for example: a 2nd sink in the kids' bathroom or a washer/dryer hook up in the garage). When it was discovered that there was an error in the back yard layout and we had no way to get a wheel barrow through, the foreman promised us a 2nd gate to remedy the issue. Yet, he then told his managers that he never made that promise. Sandy and Chiristi were the only two employees who were people of their word and we could trust in this process. Upon completion, so many details were left unfinished. One minor example was we couldn't figure out why our outside lights didn't work. When we looked closer, there were no lightbulbs and the styrofoam packing was still inside the fixtures. Overall, we are going to be very happy in our hew home, but the sales pitch and exclamations about 5 star customer service and attention to detail, fall short on many levels. ... More

I am a widow with two children I am raising on my own. In order to lower my stress level, I chose to buy a new home thinking that I would have no worries. Since moving in 6 weeks ago, the basement has been torn up and replumbed, the water heater leaked, the furnace/thermostat needed replacement, the oven is leaking gas, front door needs to be repainted and 50% of the laminate flooring was improperly installed and will be torn up. I have gotten an unsatisfactory response from Pulte management. It seems as though the speed to finish the homes has greatly affected the quality.

Shannon our home counselor was wonderful. Field manager, Lloyd, did not respond to multiple requests to repairs items we discovered after moving in.

Pulte Homes made buying a home easy for me.

I am satisfied with job done by the company. I would like to have more lighting installed on the ceiling of the rooms. Also I would prefer different flooring on the balcony.

It’s been over a month that we moved and it’s nice, we’re enjoying the home. There’s no big issues. Couple of small issues fixed by the service team.

I am absolutely in love with my Pulte Home! It looks beautiful! Everything was completed in such a quick and timely manner. Everyone I encountered during the process of building my home has been amazing, so friendly, and very professional. I would highly recommend a Pulte Home to anyone!

Workmanship can be a little much better , making sure the tiles are aligned ,corners are sharp . So materials are also lower quality the sheet rock is so soft , that indentation are visible if u put a little pressure . structurally the house is well made .minor attention to details will go a long way

Still have painter and stock People coming to fix stuff

We love our new home and customer service were very helpful in every way from beginning to end and helped with all of our questions. Linda and Mike are professional and easy to work with.

We had our review and there were several items that needed to be fixed from when we first moved in. Pulte has already fixed 50% of the issues, and have also ordered the work orders to be resolved in one weeks time.

First and foremost, we love our new home! He provided great communication throughout the entire process and explained everything in detail. Even after we moved into our home he is still taking great care of us and has been extremely helpful with providing us with any additional resources we need. What makes all this even better is that our house was finished before the targeted completion date giving us plenty of time to settle in before the holidays! In closing, thank you Pulte team and most importantly thank you Shaun for taking such great care of us.

Trustworthiness is frequently surfacing due to how the Pulte Group responds to the homeowner once the property is turned over to the owner. This brief survey does not allow for specifics only general response(s). The longer that I own the home, the less Pulte is interested in my concerns, expectations or grievances. This is across the board from sales to repairs. Talking to other homeowners in my neighborhood, they have similar experiences also.

Pulte Homes was very professional. They may my first buying experience a total delight. I'd highly recommend their bundled services. We're very satisfied.
