We really enjoy our home, but the warranty items that need to be addressed after moving in....have been a challenge. We've had appointments scheduled, where no one has showed up to work having to be redone. Really enjoy the community and area....the customer service could have improvements.

Overall we like the lay out and lot of the house. Craftsmanship of drywall, paint and ceiling is poor. Responsiveness is poor after closing. Lots of promises but slow response, if any, with follow through.

my home is beautiful and price was fair, my experience with my sales rep/agent was amazing "SHERI", she rocks, however the lending department is incompetent and have poor communication skills, does not respond in a timely manner.

Being this is our first hone there was certainly the normal stressers but Pulte made it as easy as possible for us. Upon moving in there were little odd end things that we noticed but we have already had most issues addressed and fixed and it’s only been a month in. We love the neighborhood and our home!!

The house is very nice and well-built. Mike and Chad did a wonderful job couldn’t be better.

The staff and crew at Pulte are kind and professional. Our field manager Ron was especially patient, responsive, and helpful.

Never recommend to any one. It has been a nightmare no updates, poor communication and very poor quality

Make sure to review the options list thoroughly at the beginning of signing the purchase agreement. You don’t have long to Add or delete options. Be aware you can’t make changes throughout the build process.

For the price we paid for this house it should have been completed. Like the concrete should have been sealed, the grout should have been sealed, the granite countertops should have been sealed, the garage should have been fully insulated and dry walled, the garage doors should have been insulated. I could go on and on. I would NOT recommend anyone to buying one of Pulte overpriced unfinished houses. Then after closing it took more than 30 days to get a approved Occupancy Certificate..... And should I talk about the lack of getting problems resolved in a timely manner......... no offense to Nick but I would never buy another or suggest anyone to buy a home from them. ... More

Sales process is good. Some of the subcontractors are in such a hurry the quality suffers. Overall great home for the money.

So many oversights during construction. Supervisor (Dom) made promises that never happened, lied about carpet pad being replaced after a second plumbing leak. He said he inspected the plumbing after each time the master tub was installed (4 times)Two days after our walk through none of the work on our punch-list was done and then all the blue tape that was used to mark deficiencies was taken down without any of the work being done. Made what should have been a happy time for us beyond stressful. Josh and Tony seemed to be the only people that cared about us and the quality of work but they didnt get involved till after Dom failed to come through. ... More

We were happy with everything by closing. Jimmy and Shane our building managers were top notch. Anything we were not happy with, they took care of.

Often they don't show up, or can't tell they fixed anything - the sub contractors really should leave a business card so we at least know they showed. So far taking weeks to secure repairs, takes a week to schedule, then realize they don't show, then need to follow with Pulte, send another request, and repeat cycle. Frustrating

There are so many issues ranging from poor construct to mortgage process.

Overall good. Attention to detail lacking. Urgency to get it handle needs improvement.

workmanship not worth the value for the price paid for the house, homeowner needs to do the work of the supervisor in order to get the job done, provided they have the time, or they will have nothing but issues.

It has been really smooth working with Pulte during the purchase. Everyone (sales, mortgage, title company, field manager...) we worked with was very good at answering our questions. Unfortunately our basement started leaking water several weeks after we moved in. Reported the problem to the warranty team 3 weeks ago, but still waiting for a response to schedule the repair.
