House Interior especially drywall is incredibly bend , there is not a single streight wall, the hight and length not matching at all, drywall not leveled at all, we have few sport where cealing drywall is incredibly bend , i gladly show that to inspection.... Then another issues with internet wiring , mot a single cable was woried properly, btw our neighbor had same issue with cable, so we had to hire it guy to revwire all house . From the street it looks amazing, after being in the house for a few months you find all the things not done or half done. - Paint on the outside stone (a lot) from when they painted the trim - Drywall tape coming off, multiple spots - They used broken base when doing the trim. - Bad caulking job everywhere - The dampeners in the attic were not even hooked up to power and are set to off. (WOW) - They used 1/4 round on the base in the main area of the house because they couldn't schedule the trim after the flooring was done, you do this when you screw up. - 3 doors didn't even latch when you shut them. - I'm still finding issues. ... It has been fantastic working with Pulte Homes to build my new house. They have a very good team which I have enjoyed working with from the beginning to end of my building project. I am kept well informed throughout the process and they deliver on timeline.

Excellent process from start to finish Responsive

We have been in our house for 6 weeks. The craftsmanship is not great and we can see some corners have been cut to get these house completed faster. Our major concern is the lot and grass. I have already called and requested part of my lawn be replaced since the grass never took and is now dead. We argued about the slope in the back and said it would be a problem and it is. They refused to address this issue and ignored my concerns. The carpet is not great and we paid for upgraded material but feel it is still sub par. The sales person did not provide all details of upgrades available and seemed scatter brained during the last few weeks of our build causing confusion for the foreman and our realtor. ... More

Overall the build went well. The project manager Paul was great to work with and kept the completion on schedule and delivered the completion on time and as promised. There were a few minor details that we have found after moving in that need attention or correction, but Pulte has been very proactive in getting the issues resolved. Overall a great experience.

Pulte lacks craftsmanship when it comes to being a national builder, possibly due to outsourcing the various build jobs to cheaper unknown contrators without proper quality checks in place. To be more specific, the drywall and brick work was noticeably degraded and imprecise. Drywalls were crooked, lumpy and off by few inches around every wall, post, pillar, ceiling and window area. Bricks were misaligned and chipped all over. Pulte windows seem to be of the cheapest quality. Others areas of the construction were acceptable. The upgrade options are heavily overpriced, almost 2-3 folds, when compared to what those items sell for in the market. Very disappointing

The Pulte home we just purchased is our fourth new home purchase and has been the most disappointing experience by far. Pulte is the exclusive builder in the area we purchased in. After numerous meetings with a sales agent we were not made aware of some key design options. One was very important and not explained thoroughly. The total costs for what I consider to be modest upgrades represented more than 50% of the base cost of the home/lot. An example of the lack of trustworthiness is on our cabinets. Spent $38K in upgrades and after closing we started to unpack and all of the 24" deep lower cabinets in the kitchen, laundry room and bathrooms had small 6" shelves. No shelves that were the full depth. This eliminates the ability to utilize the cabinet space. When approached about this concern we were told the come as is and these shelves will not be provided. This configuration was not disclosed during the options selection process. There are other examples I could provide. Regarding quality workmanship and materials. Our warranty repair list is at roughly 25 items. One example on this is the AC pad, simply walking around it to inspect it caused the pad/cement to crumble. When repair technicians have come out to fix warranty issues they don't speak english so its literally impossible to communicate. Repairs themselves have also not been up to par. One example of lack of responsiveness is our farmhouse kitchen sink. Upon final walk-through, we discovered a chip/crack which was clearly caused by someone dropping a tool in the sink. nearly 60 days later we still do not have a new sink or a repair done on it. We enjoyed picking the options for our house and the process of building it went very smoothly. I’ve heard it can be stressful but that wasn’t the case for us.

Definitely good value for the price... However, quality assurance (QA) of contractors' work need more oversight... Worth the money to hire home inspector before closing/moving in to spot the needed adjustments/work missed by QA/inspectors in order for the site manager to get rectified...

We loved the Pulte process for building our new construction home. Lamar in sales, Ari in the loan processing and Jim the project manager are amazing. Thank You for the responsiveness to any and all of our questions and your patience with us thru the process. We love our new house,

Minor issues with contractors/landscapers work and timeliness of getting in contact for repairs. Overall home building quality was good and no major issues after 30 days.

This is our first home and we are so happy we built with Pulte!!!
