Over all a good Experience

I purchased the Willow-brook model my dream home its awesome all the staff were wonderful ! you can't go wrong buying a home from pulte !

Please contact me for all the details. I can only say that after I signed my purchase agreement and paid my deposit everything was a down spiral. Multiple reasonable requests during construction ignored, complaints about quality ignored, I even had to vacuum clean the site myself to mitigate health problems to my asthmatic daughter. Late closing and promises to fix things next week every week ( we are 3 months after closing) that were either not fixed at all or the fixed were bad and are in line for the next round of fixes. I am very disappointed with the overall experience.

We ordered a kitchen upgrade and countertop upgrade. Job was done terrible and not professionally. My kitchen island is off level and crooked, my countertop looks used and "dirty" and my kitchen cabinets were full of stain spots that made the doors look dirty. Crown molding was not level, cabinet doors were also bendy and curved. Drawers were not adjusted. Granite backsplash was 1/4inch shorter than the countertop itself. My house looks as if it was built by a 5 year old. Carpet was not placed correctly and was not stretched all the way leaving holes between the wall and carpet. There is a big hole under the laminate in our floors. Rep came out to "fix it" but nothing changed. The floors in the home are terrible, when you walk on them, the whole house trembles. I can hear bottles of perfume rattling when I walk. The trim on the walls looks greasy when the holes were covered up. In one of my bedrooms there is a visible bump where two sheets of sheetrock come together. The spindles on the stairs are a different color. A lot of small details that make us very upset. Terrible job done. Quality is not worth the amount of money for this home. When we complain they all tell us "its normal and its standard". Would not recommend to anyone. Poor quality, finish and workmanship. Delayed and ineffective communication. Once they have your money they couldn't care less about the finished product they are selling. Same homes and floor plans adjacent to mine with same upgrades getting sold for much lesser than what I paid for. Very poor job, less than 2 months and paint is flaking off, drywall and wooden doors are chipping. Haphazard and untidy layout of townhomes in this phase. Nothing is finished. Have no idea why we are paying HOA. The only redeeming factors are location and floor plan. Otherwise please look at the numerous new construction available around here before buying in Pulte. ... I'm two months into owning my Home and I still have issues that have not been resolved. The house does look very nice as long as you don't look to close. When we first recieved our home most of our counter tops are dirty or have scraps all around the edges. Our stair way still has unpainted spots. they are small so its not the biggest deal but it shows a lack of attention to detail. Our Gas line for the heater was never even turned on! We had to find out the hard way that our heater didn't work by freezing in our home the first time it became cold out here. Our waps where not installed correctly, but they did get repaired quickly. There is a dip on the out side of our home where water just builds up and makes a small lake Not sure if that is gonna cause issues later. Our Garage door opener has still not been fixed despite them sending people to repair it three times now. In the end we made certain selections for our home that would make it hard pressed to be a ugly home. We may have just been unlucky but the dirty home in the beginning and there was also tons of trash in our back and front yard. Just seems like they didn't put in the effort you would expect for such an expensive home. I wouldn't recommend Pulte at this time. ... More

Little and sometimes no response from the building manager after the first month. No adequate heat during the cold season and cooling issues. Am told the air conditioners may be too small to cool home and not set properly to address zones. Mostly no response to texts message or calls. We were one of the last people to purchase a home at Tangerine Ridge and we feel that we have been treated poorly as the building contractors have left the neighborhood. The only truly positive experience we have had was our sales manager Charmaine. She deserves a raise and the rest deserve to pay that raise.

Pulte has not built our home to the expectations that Pulte has in the market. Our basement leaked and we had a contract come and fill it, but it's still unfinished, we moved the end of September and it's almost December but it has not been finished. I am surprised that there are no gutters on the side and the back of the house, Pulte has to do better than what is just expected of them. Overall, with garage door having an issue, crack on walls, poor quality paint every where, I am disappointed in the work and the quality of our home.

We were so excited to move into our new home, but all we’ve been doing is filling out work orders to have everything fixed. We are very disappointed.

We had some issues that were identified before we moved in and after. The issues were addressed very quickly. Our experience with the sales and project staff has been very pleasant.

Easy and transparent process working with Pulte. Everyone was helpful and helped me navigate the intricacies of building a new home.

I am very happy with my home. I am extremely grateful to the salesman and the builder. They made sure that all my needs we're met.

I found the overall finishing of the house not up to par. A lot of items that were basic and standard were missed. Seemed liked a rushed job to get the home completed. Although their customer service is good and responsive, seemed like the house was completed in a rushed manner and a lot of finishing and very obvious flaws were evident.

Quality and response are concerns and needs improvement.

Great house. Very responsive to issues. We bought the base-model house, but still strange that none of the rooms came with ceiling fans/overhead lights.

I have only been in for 2 months, but everything so far has been great.

Look of house out side is important as well as inside and sights have to be at list 60 x 130 better landscape in front and back of the home

Overall good experience and a well crafted home, however, the follow up on the inevitable punch list is frustrating and diminishes the joy of new home ownership.

We've had tons of issues caused by contractors taking shortcuts and spending more time hiding mistakes than fixing them. Every time we've reached out to Pulte, they've taken care of it and made it right. Just wished we didn't have to.

Home was purchased and I was assured that a Pulte person was in charge of making sure subcontractors did things right. Many items were caught on final walk through and it’s now two months later and still waiting for cabinets to be painted where there was clearly poor workmanship. Several other items took forever to address and was very obvious the painters and trades cared little as to the work they put in. At a price point way over 400000 you would think you could expect better. I would advise NOT to close until all is corrected. Two month and still waiting for painter on cabinets. Pulte failed to have their own walk through to catch everything and seems were hoping that buyer would miss most issues. This has NOT been a good experience. ... More

Pulte makes a great house that we really love that's energy efficient and a style we like. Responsiveness to emails and calls was great prior to closing. However, after about a week of living in the new house, we had a list of about 5 things needing fixed. After addressing these issues with the construction manager, there was no urgency or communication on when they would be fixed. After multiple contacts with him, it ultimately took going to the Pulte sales rep and having him crack the whip to get the construction manager to fix just one of the issues. And now its been almost a month and we still have 4 items outstanding we are needing fixed with no communication on when they will get done or any timeframe...just sending us in circles with a new construction manager with no solution. Before we moved into the house I was encouraged to fill out a survey leaving all 5 stars, so I did. But now I feel like I put the cart before the horse as responsiveness has dropped off since we closed. Unfortunately moving in from another state, I was unable to attend the walkthrough and had the realtor do it, so I was unaware of the issues prior to closing as she did not catch these things. Nails are poking through the siding. The gutters were installed improperly. My patio concrete was broken. My floors aren't level and need to be removed and replaced. My walls weren't sanded before being painted. There are zero smooth corners in the house. I have "orange peel" all over my walls and ceilings. My windows aren't hung level. There are very few 90 degree corners in my house. The trusses in my attic are covered in MOLD. My shower was installed with broken tiles and a shoddy repair was done, the entire shower needs to he ripped out and redone. My ducts werent attached to the vents and I have insulation blowing into the house. The shower doors were installed improperly and had to be replaced. I could list more issues from my two month old house but I'll wait and see if "it can be done better". ... More

We have had a very pleasant experience with Pulte. With any builder, there will be some bumps in the road along the way. We ran into a couple, and Pulte got everything resolved. We absolutely love our new home!
