Definitely not high standard compare to what you pay. Aims walls are not straight , and lots of thing you find out after final walk in. Poor quality. Not to mention the sales people ( at least ours on that time) that wasn’t clear about very important information about your lot we purchased , without showing us the real space and back yard we are getting - just let us add 30K more for ‘premium lot’ with worse shape of yard than regular lot. Major grade/drainage issues: Well, where to start this experience. •The day before closing and after a rain storm, our upper neighbor which did not have sod or grading, had erosion sweep into our yard and the builder had to frantically remove the erosion from our yard, place erosion barriers up and put new sod for us to close the next day. I highly would NOT recommend this builder. Paid for a home well over 400K$ and the home was not as expected. First, home has way too many issues with poor workmanship. We had been dealing with the company for over a month since we moved in with problems we encountered, but they took too long to address the issues. The walls are not painted correctly in the interior of the house and you can see the issues that they have two tone colors, doors are also damaged and are also two tone colors with a poor job of painters. I just want to start out by saying I was excited about my new home when I first started this process. I am very disappointed and traumatized by your company. First, problem was with your lender and I feel I was treated unfairly and scrutinized but the bigger issue was after I closed. The Pulte representative I worked with forgot to offer me a patio in the initial stages. Absent onsite team and Quality issues

This is the third home that I have had built end by far the worst quality. The on-site team is very unresponsive and when they do come for repairs they repair the issue and walk away with no known improvement in the work. Additionally, the ticket process doesn’t seem to work any better either. I put four tickets in over a week ago and I have heard nothing on 3 of the 4 issues. Honestly, I would not recommend Pulte for quality at all. Grant is known in the neighborhood for his lack of his response to homeowners once they move in.

Forever home gone wrong

I would never purchase another Pulte home due to our poor experience from start to present. We had a pleasant working experience with Wally and Kelly, however, the other individuals we’ve been in contact with haven’t cared about us or our needs to fix things and follow through. It’s been a horrendous experience that all of our friends and family are aware of and know to never buy a Pulte home. We now resent the experience so much and all that is still wrong with the home, we are not happy in it and want to sell.

Rushed house. Promised they would make it right. Have not fixed a single thing in over 90 days. Never should have signed for the house. Home owners shouldn't be pressured into signing papers on house until things are right. Pulte only seems to care about you until you close on your house, COVID is not an excuse. There are plenty of things to fix on the outside of the home.

Buying a home from Pulte has been a nightmare. Since the loan process in which the mortgage people where very rude and incompetent all the time to the builder with the completion of the home. Not only the list of things to fix before closing was not done by closing date as promised but it’s been more than a month and half since my closing and I am still fighting with them back and forth to get everything fixed and done. Numerous lies from sales person. Pulte mortgage tried to take our money saying we Had to buy mortgage points Common areas look horrible and neighborhood pool that was promised to be complete spring of 2020still not built or even started. All the retention ponds holding water so mosquitos are horrible. Can’t play outside with little one at all. Still waiting to get an issue with hood vent in kitchen resolved after pointing out 4 months ago before closing. Do not build with Pulte.

Cannot trust the quality of Pulte homes and the service

What i feel is there is no QC or oversight after the contractors working on different parts of the home and the owner is responsible to find out those in 1 hour of walk through. This should not be the case for brand new homes, the bath tub was damaged, sink had scratches, the cabinet doors are rattling, wood flooring is chipped and stripped, brand new garage door opener making more noise then my previous 20 year old house, the weather strip on the garage door opener is stripped. Purchase my home 43 days ago and i'm still waiting on maintenance issues to be completed. AT&T could not connect my internet because the holes they run the cables through are clogged up. Pulte has no urgency to fix issues once you have closed on your home. If things are not fixed or I am not contacted soon I will be making my 2nd BBB complaint. If I paid for a brand new home regardless the price I do not want to deal with issues right after closing.

I was the PM for essentially the entire project build. I was forced into the house saying if I didn’t close, I may not get the house for a while blaming COVID. The trades rushed to get the job complete and botched everything.
