Our experience building with Pulte was painless. Every project has its issues, but the professionalism with how they were dealt with was very much appreciated.

Our home is stunning, and we couldn’t be happier! There were some fixes that needed to be made after move in, and they have fixed them promptly and efficiently! Customer service is very responsive and helpful!

Bought my investment property with Pulte homes and really had a clean and seamless process for closing and handover.

I recently bought a Pulte Home in Windsor at Westside and I´m so happy with the quality of the home and the professionalism and service from Pulte. They have responded quickly to my questions and even came to my home when I couldn´t figure out something very simple:) I highly recommend Pulte homes.

We are so pleased with our home. The finished outcome of our home is all we expected. Great customer service all around with Pulte. Communication was great throughout all our home building process.

Overall I happy with the experience with minor issues.

Pulte Homes was easy to work with and very quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had along the way! They sent weekly updates on the progress of the house which was something I looked forward to each week!

Lots of punch list and pick up items were not completed prior to closing and now after closing post 6 weeks they are still not even started. The design center should have had better pricing for the consumer to compare and contrast, and should have had more options. The side yard set backs are terrible and need to enhance the community property better.

Quality issues continue 6 weeks after closing

We really enjoyed the process of building with Pulte. The Sales team was great in assisting us with our upgrade choices and answered all questions we had. We also had an equal experience with the Construction Manager, he answered every question timely and to our satisfaction. We also used Pulte Mortgage and had the best team assisting us with our loan. All around great experience and would build with them again.

I would definitely recommend this builder...they were responsive from sales to building completion. I never felt alone through my home buying process.

With so many bad reviews out there with no home builders, it can be a daunting task to pick the right one. Luckily for my family, we chose correctly. From the initial interaction with Brian in the sales office to the Pulte Mortgage team, then to final closing and corrections with Grant, all was handled professionally and efficiently. Yes, there were some issues with closing and after but Pulte stood behind their home and came out to make corrections even after closing. I highly recommend Pulte Auburn Hills.

Pulte builders worked hard and diligently on completing my home. All problems that arise after the move in, were addressed in a timely manner. Tips for potential new home buyers is to make sure you notice everything in your home before closing. Overall, I think that Pulte did an amazing job on my new home. I really love it.

tile fell off front of house only 33 days. The General Contractor told me I have to get with insurance company for the damage. ONE TILE fell off in middle of roof! We are not happy. Insurance adjuster told me it was about a 15 minute job for $100 and our deductible is $1000. I asked GC if he has a person who could get and replace same tile. Have not heard back from Don about this. All other items have been taken care of-to be fair.

I closed at the end of July - but moved in at the end of August- I relayed a number of problems- no drainage holes for irrigation, foot prints in cement walkway, hot water heater tripping circuit breaker every day, no lock on courtyard gate, shower doors only open in, and now after rain last night - a leak in the roof of my garage - I am disappointed with the lack of response

Working with Alex and Emily was good. At the end they had many contracts I felt we got lost in the shuffle. For the most part, we are pleased with our new house.

Our family is so happy with the quality, design and beauty of our new home. The process was clear and interactive. The Pulte team was amazing to work with. Flexible options were key to our home fitting our needs and wants. We are so happy and will always recommend Pulte!

ask them fix all the problem before u closing that may be better

Overall very happy with our new home. Had a few hiccups along the way, but the Pulte team fixed most of the issues we had during construction.

Look good before you buy

Excellent customer service. Beautiful home. Minor paint issues, etc. taken care of promptly.

We love our home. Working through several final details/issues has been sucessfull so far, I never give 5 star ratings on anything as a rule, this is sure close ;) Built a house prior to this, which was a nightmare, what a difference, in a good way, this time.

The overall build process was good, but we were severely rushed through the close process. We were asked to sign off on items that weren’t fixed in order to not delay our close. We were promised multiple times that the remaining items would be fixed immediately. But we’re over a month post close and most of these items remain open. Multiple times we’re been told they were coming by to fix then nobody shows up.

This new community is amazing. The sales associate Zorinel was fantastic to work with as she answered all of our questions. The field manager Mark is awesome! He explained step by step of the construction process. Overall, we are very happy with the outcome and are so glad we chose to live here.

We love our new home. I've built a new home before, but the process with Pulte was much easier. The team answered all our questions and even anticipated most of them. All were friendly and helpful.
