Working with the Pulte team, specifically Hanna (sales) Terran (CM) & Gianni (FM) has been an experience above expectation. We could not be any happier with the entire process from first visit to the model to now standing in our beautiful home writing this review. We 100% know we made the right choice going with Pulte for our new home and next chapter in our lives - Team Pulte is the best!

Our project construction manager was amazing. He kept us informed throughout the building process along with Hanna our sales consultant.

We came in buying a completed spec build. The sales rep Craig was great, gave us a great deal and very helpful along the way. The site manager Brian has been a wealth of knowledge and very responsive to small little things we noticed even after close. Overall great experience and we are enjoying the house!

The new home was a perfect design for our needs. It provided a bedroom and small living room for our daughter to live in.

The buying process was good and smooth. The associates and builder representatives are friendly and efficient. Everything went well without major blockers.

My experience as a first-time home buyer was amazing from the moment that I walked into the sales office! I was greeted by the sales agent Jacqueline and immediately felt comfortable zero pressure or sales tactics, didn't even consider looking at any other properties I chose the model on this property but Jacqueline did want me to see other homes on the property before I made my decision, I appreciated the fact that she took the time for that before just jumping on closing the sale of a higher priced unit. still chose the higher price and I love the home and property highly recommend Pulte Homes ... It was a great experience working with construction team.

Our first experience started with Stephen (sales), who greets you with a smile and a great personality. He was willing to stop what he was doing and allowed us to look at several different models many times on several different days to make our decision. He also worked with us the best possible deal. Definitely a great representative in the purchase of our home. Secondly, we have to acknowledge Joe (construction), who oversees all construction and details in the home. He also takes you on a tour of the exterior and interior of your home after your purchase to shows you all the pluses and features of your home. Joe has gone beyond and above what any normal person would do to make sure we were happy with the home during and after your move in. He is definitely an asset to Pulte Homes.
