Very disappointed in quality and functionality of this condo. Appliances are flimsy and stove is terrible. Both Whirlpool and Pulte should not be happy with that range. The bottom drawer falls out when you pull it open for starters. The tub does not seem to be a standard size but a bigger problem is that those tiny spaces for shower needs are absurd. Can't barely place a shampoo bottle let alone a full size soap on those. Did anyone try these out for function? The cabinetry is very mediocre but the need for organizers underneath sinks is hampered by the fact you can't put a pull out organizer due to the under the sink design. The toilet is certainly cheap as are the faucets and fixtures. I expected a bit better quality from Pulte. The selection of a tankless hot water heater is a poor choice. So we save on electricity while we waste huge amounts of water just to wash hands with hot water. I have no one above me yet, but I am scared to death that this construction only means a lot of noise overhead when someone does arrive. I might have been better off renting than buying something like this. I would find it hard to recommend Pulte. I suspect this does not meet your guidelines but is an opportunity for me to express to Pulte some things that were just not done right and perhaps Pulte should think about. Every person I spoke to or encountered from Pulte was top notch - Sales, Construction, Mortgage, Insurance, etc.

I’m very happy with the home Pulte built for me

We are happy with the house. However, the closing was delayed, which impacted our moving schedule, due to items identified in the initial walkthrough not being addressed on time. Pulte wouldn’t agree to customize anything, even when we just asked to not install items. As an example, the bar soap in the shower is the cheapest one you could find (in a $390k house) and they wouldn’t agree to not put it up. The communication was a struggle at times between agent-realtor-builder. For example, our first walkthrough was delayed by 2 hours due to lack of communication between Pulte agent and realtor. Lastly, we ended up with a nice house and the builder did address all the pending items before closing. He has even come out to address a minor issue after closing. ... More

Fine work. Enjoying the home

Work in detail is not good.

I absolutely love our new home, but am so not satisfied with the quality of the workmanship. Many items we noticed while our house was being built and brought it to the attention of the superintendent on more than one occasion. Nothing was corrected at that time and the trades continued working. When we did our first walk through these items once again brought to the attention of the superintendent. Still nothing corrected, and then another walk through. By this time the dry wall has been hung, kitchen counters are in and electrical and plumbing are all in and still the same issues have not been corrected. Electrical outlets covered with dry wall, the electrician not able to run the power full circle due to this. While I could overlook somethings, others I could not. Our $12,000 master shower, horrible workmanship and 6 corrections later we are still not able to shower in our master shower. Let's just say they would save money if they would do things right the first time or at the lease fix things right away rather than waiting until completion when they have to rip things apart. Seems like they're short handed and no one is watching, then the mad dash to finish on time. I'm bitter sweet with the experience and question if I'll ever do it again. ... More

Excellent home buying experience from beginning to the end. Very responsive, sensible and responsible staff from sales to field.

For the most part the build process went smooth. As with any build there were hiccups that were addressed in a timely manner. As of 07/01/2019 the build quality and craftsmanship still exceed most home builders in the Columbus market.

Good service and excellent construction

My husband and I were super excited about the purchase of our new home. The sales consultant we worked with seemed very credible at first, however, we soon discovered that most of the information she provided was just a sales pitch. She misinformed us about a few different items related to the structure of the home and the percentage owed based on the options chosen. This information was never discussed, however, it seemed as if there was always a cover up on her end whenever it was brought up. She promised the house would be 100% ready at the time of the final walk through, she couldn't have been more wrong. We spent more about an hour and a half pointing out imperfections and other issues with the house during the final walk through. Even after we closed, issues that were previously pointed out were not addressed. Here we are more than a month after closing and we are still dealing with issues that should have been done right the first time. The workmanship was very poor due to incompetent contractors hired by Pulte who don't do their job correctly the first time. ... More

Contractors were sloppy in finished work and Pulte doesn’t have an efficient means of checks and balances in place ensuring quality workmanship. It’s very disappointing given the money paid.

There were a few problems that came up during the build of our house. That's to be expected. Each time the problem was resolved so I came to trust the build team. We have been in the house a little over a month and are happy with how it turned out. There are a few pickups we have submitted for the 30 day warranty period. A representative is scheduled to come to the house to look into them next week. I am hoping we will get the same kind of response we got from the build team.

We picked Pulte homes because we could easily see they are built much better than all of the other builders we looked at.

The place is great to live. I wish there was a pool and recreational facilities for the tenants.

Waking true the home was ok , they tell me that everything that wasen done right they will come to fix it that was a month ago still waiting. The warranty Manager tell that he will contact us after 30 day is been 36 days still waiting. My advice don't close on the house in to you are not sure everything is done right.
