This is the second time we've built and we had no idea what we were missing until we came to Pulte. The service that Dana and Larry provided was incredible. Between the two of them, we were constantly involved and informed about the process and what to expect. Our questions were always answered in a timely manner and we felt like we were a part of the process. There were no curve balls or unexpected issues. Now that we're in the house (earlier than expected) we have had zero issues. We plan to be in this house forever, but if not, we will look to Pulte again.

My wife and I recently purchased a brand new Pulte home in Avery Square in Naples Florida. The home has been constructed with excellent materials and followed with construction craftsmanship and Expertise. We did have a few minor follow-up items after moving in. Pulte responded quickly to resolve our issues to our complete satisfaction. Lastly, Our homes energy efficient utilities and systems have resulted in very favorable utility costs.

So far we don’t have any big issues with the house. Only minor issues. The only thing bothers us is that the drywall material seems to be not the best quality, it’s super difficult to paint on our wall ( we bought the best quality SW paint), and some areas the wall is not super straight, or you can easily see studs. Except these few issues, we are super happy with the house, we like the floor plan, we like all the closet space, we like the people we work with (super responsive and helpful). I already recommended pulte to a few of my friends looking for new homes.

Over all we are very happy with the experience of building with Pulte. I would definitely do it again! We love our new home.

not the only 1 the shower water goes cold on.

We are extremely dissatisfied with Party. There are numerous, five pages of items that were supposed to be fixed prior to move in. There were only a couple things fixed prior to distribution. We have been fixed, we have made schedule changes to be home a few of the items are addressed instead of all, wasting our time. Paint and drywall disgusting completely unacceptable.

The process to buy was nice and friendly. So far, my house is perfect!!

Chose to pick a ground-up construction choosing my own options. All was fine during design process. Not many options or customizable IMO. The build process was a full-time job that I was not expecting. I was there 3-4x a week spending 30-45mins each visit to ensure the structural portion was built correctly. Pointed out many issues and received a ton of push back from the Field Manager. At one point, had to contact the Field Manager's Boss to get resolved. They will make changes to the floor plan without informing you and also take shortcuts throughout the build-out. Luckily for me, there were two other houses with the same floor plan being built at the same time that I could compare to and point out to the Field Manager. Timing of the complete build was on-time. Quality of the build is a 6 out of 10. I would rate it a 4 out of 10 had I not been persistent on having them fix issues such as paint drips, poor alignment of switches and canned lights, uneven entry ways, sloppy grouting, and sloppy staining of handrails that bled onto paint. Had to delay closing date cause they were rushing to finish the touch ups, but were still sloppy. Overall, I'm satisfied with the house as it was completed to the "best of their ability". Very pleased with our Field Manager, he really paid attention to detail!

Lots of back and forth getting what we were promised. Still working outstanding issues.

Lots of little issues within the home & trying to get the field manager back to have the items fixed have been a challenge. Of course now I’m just told to email the “warranty dept”.

Pulte offers a very nice home building experience. They have several models to choose from and the quality of work is very good. Just be sure to review all the options before you sign your contract so that you can tailor your home to your liking. These are not custom built homes but you have many options to choose from and can build your dream house at a very affordable price.

Construction supervisor very attentive during building progress.

Too many decisions made for the customer, not by the customer. Mirrored floor plans create windows facing neighbors windows. Electric switches & conjoining lightening fixtures aren’t conducive to clients lifestyle. No rear porch option available. Would appreciate concrete driveway option and finished interior of garage. Should avoid nails in drywall as nail pops are visible. Hold subcontractors accountable for quality workmanship and to follow blueprints.

My wife and I purchased at Downtown Flats in Gaithersburg. We are very happy with our decision and are pleased with the work Pulte did in creating our building and condominium unit.

I am grateful for the Sales staff and Construction manager who kept me in the loop on a consistent basis. It was great seeing my home be built with such care.

The quality of the workmanship and problems/issues within the first two months of moving in is beyond acceptable. Over 40 errors in the home build at the closing walkthrough. Construction Manager refuses to communicate about fixing the problems at 8 weeks into my 12-month warranty. Our kitchen ceiling has had two roof leaks within 8 weeks of living in the home.

I highly recommend working with a smaller, more localized builder or purchasing an existing home and working with a contractor you can pay more attention to detail with along the way in order to customize. Overall, we like our home because we chose the neighborhood over the floor plans to begin with, but we are also willing and able enough to fix the mistakes made by the builder on our own and with the help of [capable] contractors. Based on the quality of work, we are glad we passed on several builder upgrades so that we can have them installed by true professionals.

Do not like front end garage, gives home a tacky look. Mail boxes should be in front of homes. Not in central location like a apartment complex. Some of us seniors may be able to walk to mailboxes or do not to get in cars to get mail.

You will be spending a lot of your time fighting to get repairs completed! They will complete them but you have to fight to get them completed.

Close date was pushed out 6 months. Sewage backups in brand new home ceiling drywall cut out carpets n padding removed. Pre close punch list still outstanding 2 months later. Lack out concern from builder builder.

You submit issues and the response you get from the trades is “not sure what’s happening” or “ it’s the standard” even if the workmanship is poor it’s still the “Standard” Evie

Made a list of repairs with Builders during walk through 2 months ago which they promised to fix but have only fixed one MINOR issue. There is very little communication. Once you close with Pulte, they forget all about you. The warranty department is no better. They set up appointments and when service arrives, the repair man doesnt repair the issue that the appointment was for.

We had a few issues but they were addressed in a timely manner. The team seemed genuinely concerned with our satisfaction. Wasn't thrilled with the Pulte Title experience, but on the builder side and the management of the construction, we were satisfied. Would indeed do it again, knowing what we know now.
