Pulte BPC/Mudroom is very functional and serves as a second office on the first floor. The doorways upstairs are narrow and the air return vents above the bedrooms do not allow for privacy. Expected better workmanship overall for the price.

Pulte has been a great experience from the beginning of the process. I was always kept in the loop since the start of construction. The work site was always clean as the house was being built. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations along with the high quality appliances that were installed in the house. The few warranty issues that I had after move-in were all scheduled in a timely manner and taken care of with relative ease. I would highly recommend a Pulte built home to anybody in the market for a new house.

Richard, Dale and Paul have been excellent in meeting our needs and very professional and helpful. We appreciate them very much.

We had an amazing experience with Mark,Alex, Brennan, and Frenado. We would definitely recommend Plute to everyone. I enjoyed the home buying experience from start to finish. These guys had put 100% effort !! Customer service is awesome.

Some issues I noticed after I moved in. Defect on wood floor which will be fixed. Plumbing leak which’s they fixed. Cabinet doors not aligned. Some painting not done properly. Pulte has been very responsive. Hvac filter not easy to chamge

Read all of the material that you are provided and ask questions. Understand what changes can be made and what changes can not be made. Walk your property (lot) and be sure that it is a good fit for you. Enjoy your experience.

The experience with Pulte has been very good. From the iniial contact through closing the staff has been top notch.

The quality of the paint job, materials, bathrooms and just about everything was done sloppy. It’s sad because of the price we paid for the home. Then the gate at the entrance has been broken for months now.

We had a great experience so far with Pulte Homes! Zach and Autumn were fantastic to work with and responded quickly to any questions or issues we had both before and after closing.

Lot price was very reasonable compares to other builders. Our sales person was wonderful and communicated with us through out the 7 month building process. We moved in mid June, found 12 problems in the house after living there for over a month. Warranty group is great and responsive, but these issues should be avoid if the work were done it right at first place. My advice to new buyers is that they need to hire their own inspector before closing.

The Pulte building process is a well oiled machine that delivers a beautiful home.

Working with the onsite Pulte representatives was a tremendous help through the process. While Pulte is not a customized builder as we've had in the past, the onsite representatives were very responsive to our needs and accommodated us to the best of their ability. The communication was excellent throughout the process and our new home was delivered within the time frame they had given.

Hello, I was one of the first people to close on a smart home at Pulte and Georgia Power’s Altus at the Quarter development. Unfortunately, the high hopes I had for my new home were dealt a severe blow due to my horrible experience with closing on my new home. As an initial matter, I was pressured to close on the sale of my former home early so that I could close on my Pulte home on time. Therefore, I worked with my buyer to move up the closing date to May, as I was informed that my new home would be ready to close at the end of May. However, my Pulte closing date was pushed back by two weeks, into mid-June because of issues with obtaining a certificate of occupancy for my new home and last minute changes in the building plans. As a result, myself, my seven year old son and my mother were essentially homeless for this two week period, being forced to live out of a hotel room while Pulte sorted out these issues. Things ultimately got worse when a received a set closing date, but Pulte again had to push it back because it was not granted a certificate of occupancy in time. When a final closing date/time was rescheduled, it was done at the last minute - literally hours after the certificate of occupancy was finally issued. As a result of this last minute delay, my lender was unable to quickly turnaround, update the financing documents and fund the loan for that same afternoon (June 7, 2019). In truly disappointing and upsetting fashion, Pulte’s closing attorney refused to provide myself and my lender the additional hour that would be necessary to close on the 7th (they asked me and my broker to leave at 4 p.m. despite the fact that my lender let them know the funds were in the process of being transferred). As a result of this action, the closing was rescheduled for Monday June 10th and I was charged a daily per diem by Pulte for Friday and every day of that weekend, forcing me to pay over $1600 before they would provide my with keys to the home (this on top of the expenses I paid for temporary housing because of Pulte’s delays in closing the transaction). I reached out to Pulte’s sales team and management and received absolutely NO accommodation on this issue, in spite of the fact that myself and my family had been extremely accommodating to them in light of the closing delays and the certificate of occupancy issues. To say this was disappointing would be the ultimate understatement. I was essentially coerced into a situation where I could either pay this per diem or be left without the keys to my home, all due to delays which were no fault of my own. This completely poisoned my closing experience, and what was supposed to be a joyful time left me feeling taken advantage of. I did not complain about my need for a hotel and the other expenses I incurred as a result of Pulte’s delays. I have since learned that one of my neighbors who also had the same experience was reimbursed for her temporary housing expenses because of the same delays she faced (she resides next door in Lot 47). All together this was the worst closing experience I have ever had. I expected this to be my dream home, but it started out as a complete nightmare, and this issue has been ignored and completely unaddressed, with Pulte placing the blame on my Lender instead of acknowledging their role in this quagmire. If the team that assisted us with our home purchase is any reflection of this company than you are in good hands. Priscilla was our sales rep. She was AMAZING! We met her at a different subdivision but ended up purchasing in New Braunfels, and we begged to keep her. She was so sweet to my family and was super accommodating. She drove completely out of her way to meet with my family in New Braunfels to tell us about the home instead of pawning us off to someone else. If we ever reached out to her she was quick to get back to us. Matt, our project manager...I think that is his job title, was absolutely one of the best parts of the experience. Despite me telling him that it was not necessary to reach out to me every week, he did anyways. When we went through our house on the first walk-through, he was extremely thorough and patient with us. Not once when we asked for something to get adjusted did he even act like we were inconveniencing him. Most of the requests we had, he jumped on the same day. I would call him and felt like I blinked and he was knocking on our door to help. This was an amazing experience and truly believe Priscilla and Matt should be used as benchmarks for any company on how to treat a customer. Great folks to work with. Everyone does their best.

During our pre-drywall walk through our builder said, "This is a happy house." and it has continued to be. Sure there are a couple of things that still need to be addressed but I have never worked on a project that was perfect. We are very happy with the quality of the construction and the changes to the basic plan we selected. Our neighbors are complimentary and often wishing they had done the same. Now we are in the middle of adding our personal touches.

Pulte has done an outstanding job with our home and their communication. Starting with JJ Thomas, our Building Manager, who was responsive, knowledgeable, professional and honest, to Rebecca Beck in Customer Care, we have been pleased and satisfied to-date. The only reason why my rating above is not 5 stars, there are several outstanding issues that we are currently addressing, although we have confidence they will be handled to our satisfaction.

This is my 2nd Pulte home, regardless of any issues major or minor they always get taken care of.

Pulte is a great builder! Definitely recommend it if you are looking to buy a new house.

I was very pleased with the whole process altogether. The folks at Pulte that I worked are quite knowledgeable about what they are doing. Will recommend to anyone to use Pulte if considering building.

Not only they did their job professionally but they also are responsive and compassionate.
