Wish that builder would be more responsible.

The process was streamlined and easy to navigate from start to finish. Our building supervisor Jordan kept us up to speed and was very responsive to our questions and requests. Overall, a painfree process, and we love the house.

The sales and home delivery process was smooth. No delay on delivery dates. Quick response on the issue.

We moved into our new home in June 2019 in Garland, Texas. It's a nice neighborhood and is in a good location. The supportive staff has provided a quick response to issues so far. I would recommend Pulte who are in search of a new home.

I would ask to see the list of all model and features that you will add to the house paint, cabinets, flooring and other things that way you have ideal of what it will look like. Which cut down on changes.

Contractor was great. Small issues that were addressed well.

Construction team and sales representatives are very friendly from the beginning and give you detailed update each week during house building. They are very responsive to your questions and concerns. Visiting a design center is also joy and an interior designer gives you a good advice and allows even a second visit so that you can be sure of your choices.

We loved every one we work with

We were happy initially with the support from Pulte and also quite happy with the house when we recieved it. However on the day of closing we have a list of things not done and even after one month they are stlili pending. i can say its sad to see this kind of customer service post sale

This is our first time buying a home. We looked at a lot of builders and spent a good time researching different communities to really find that perfect home for our family. Pulte was the one that stood out. We knew right away that Pulte was the best choice for us. We had a good experience from the time we first looked at the model homes to the time we moved in! Wesley at the sales office was very nice, friendly and accommodating. We toured several times and Wesley was always welcoming. When the time that we decided that it’s time to start the process to buy our home, Robert Ballard, our loan specialist took care of everything. He worked his magic and made the loan process very convenient for us. We had a LOT of questions being a firs time home buyer and Robert was always available to address them all. We chose Pulte Mortgage for our loan and we are satisfied with the fairness of their pricing. The final walkthrough was done by Mark Rodenborn. He was amazing! You can really tell that he was passionate of what he was doing and you can sense that he has a lot of experience. He really managed the build very well. We are very satisfied with the build quality and attention to detail. Mark is the rockstar of the team! I would rate our overall experience as 5+ stars. I still call Mark to ask about different things about the house and he is always available and happy to help. It’s a pleasure seeing mark at the community since he has other homes to build. He always says Hi and generally a nice guy. We are thankful for a great experience and we are grateful that we chose Pulte. Its been over a month and we still haven't got a call from pulte about repairs as we were told we will receive a call. They are many issues in the house need to be fixed. No response from pulte yet.

Value for price paid for this area of Texas is tops.

Some details of lot layouts and community buildout were not shared prior to purchase as most would expect. Parts of the community with excellent retention of shade trees and landscaping, other areas not. Overall an OK experience at the Oakfield price point with minor issues post-move in. Paint quality is absolute builder grade and some of the recessed light fixtures were not well installed. Paint will mark easily forcing repainting after movers. The houses go together quickly. A very nice kitchen (which had 3 separate upgrades by us) but the wall between the pantry (a nice feature) and the garage, is apparently not insulated because the pantry gets amazingly warm in the summertime. Some framing issues with corners not being close to square, not a huge issue, but a real quality issue from our perspective. Ask lots of questions... ... More

Pulte warranty department never answers the phone, and when you leave a message they don't call back. I called them on Wednesday June 19, 2019 and today is July 1, 2019 and I still haven't received a call.

Very unhappy with the quality of work, poor workmanship Have put in request for repairs and fixing of faults noted, more than 4 weeks and no progress

This is the second home my wife and I have constructed in Indiana and the fifth home owned. Overall, there has been a lack of quality control and attention to detail during the construction process. Following are examples - Dishwasher was either defective or installed incorrectly. The result was the soaking of the subfloor of the kitchen. The level of damage required a water restoration company to come to the house to remedy. The process is ongoing and may require disassembly of the cabinets. Landscapers have cracked sidewalk and driveway while operating a bulldozer. In the building process, after drywall installed, workers punched a hole through the wall to run an extension cord. The steel I Beam running the length of the basement has construction mud caked in multiple spots. Pulte process appears as we will fix on the backside rather than quality control on the frontside before the owner closes on the house. We are loving everything about our new home and neighborhood. The high quality of the home stood out to us compared with other homes we looked at. They made the whole home-buying process super easy from beginning to end.

There were a few deficiencies in the home and the builder was quick to address these issues. The community is still under construction and as items present themselves they are quickly ratified without complaint. The attention to detail is much appreciated.

1. Sales person have NO sales experience and ZERO Knowledge home sales or options. 2. Sales person is very arrogant, NOT trustworthy, fabulist, her ultimate goal is MAKE MONEY in sales NOT providing accurate information. Lot of options were missed during the final selection process. This is very evident including- Pulte staff agrees with these comments. 3. Even though I had a realtor, in the final sales documents sales person did not include the realtor. 4. The Options were selected based on Model, but blu prints were developed completely different. ALL SURPRISES. 5. Does not provide option list for a selected home. Need to make separate trip for every question. 6. Sales person Sends threatening emails, this is unacceptable. 7. The first meeting with Field Manager, sales person ask for signing paper work from customer, then you add the text. Basically it a forgery. 8. The Model home and the blue prints are different, sales person or field manager cannot able to support to have chandelier as per the Model. 9. The substandard material - like lumber, windows, doors, baseboards, cabinets, appliances and several more. 10. The paint is a Joke, when you rub the wall, one can see the drywall. 11. Workmanship- the windows are crooked. Lots of squeaky floors, basement was flooded for several days, the floor is discolored. Adjacent Model Model next to my home is an example, due to that reason the basement is getting painted in grey. The entry had lot of scratches during the building process, the field manager should fix them. 13. Cutting the corners every aspect, did not clean and power wash the basement. 14. Bathrooms spout were broken. 15. The Whirlpool microwave and oven stopped functioning on the Day one after move in. 16. Cabinets upgrade -2 option material quality is worst. 17. Poor workmanship quality. 18. Option prices are very high with Substandard material. 19. Beware of sales person forgery practice. ... More

Pulte has been a good builder to work with overall. The seller Victoria was friendly however I think she could pay a bit more attention to detail when dealing with clients requests. Brittany from the design center was very helpful answering questions and providing suggestions for improvements throughout the house. Jim was superb taking ownership and addressing all items from the final walkdown in a timely manner, going above and beyond to assure I was a happy customer.

Pulte did an excellent job building our home for a great price. The staff was responsive and easy to work with.

From our initial walk through all the way to our closing, Everyone at Pulte made the home buying and building process fun and smooth! I cannot day enough good things about this experience!
