Pretty good experience overall, wish some of the quality of the build was better but not bad

I was blown away by the experience we had buying our home in Olmsted. The sales agent was so friendly, helpful and personable. She helped me make sure I was getting the right home and was *not* pushing anything on us. When we arrived at the decision to buy she worked with us and made us happy about the end result. And then there was the builder. The builder was so helpful and responsive and still is, even after closing. Both have gone above and beyond my highest level of expectations going into this. NO BUYERS REMORSE AT ALL! Thank you Pulte!!

Hi, I already completed the survey for our actual home. I think we were a different model then what's listed in this survey. I completed it and then a month later this came and hasn't stopped notifications to complete it. We are still waiting for some items and overall things are fine. Please don't send any more surveys.

I would like thank T.V. for her excellent customer service! I had planned to purchase a different home. After viewing my current home, spending time with her touring the home and enjoying her warm personality, I was sold. My experience with Pulte could not have been any better. John took his time to cover every single thing in my home. Cori made me feel like we had known each other for years! I recommend Pulte Homes to everyone! All around we’ve had a great experience with Pulte. There’s been a few hiccups along the way, but there has been a lot of transparency and communication to get things back on track. Our timeline was excellent and we’re very impressed with the quality of our home.

We purchased our home very close to the peak of the market during major labor shortages and supply chain issues. So there were many unforeseen delays. Despite that, I still have a very positive experience with our Pulte home purchase. Our Construction Manager Zach kept us updated every week, and did everything he could to get us into our home as soon as possible. And where I was very impressed is his post sale support. It’s easy to miss little things during your walk through, and the home does settle causing things to shift. But Zach has been amazing with helping us resolve issues as they popped up. Great experience from inquiry to closing. Everyone communicated constantly, always giving us updates. Answered both through email and texts if we have questions and would even reach out by phone to make sure everything was clear and that we’re on the same page. Love our home and (fingers crossed) had no issues so far.

I had a great experience in purchasing a new construction townhouse in Stuart FL. They kept me informed along the process so we had time to sell our current home to purchase our new home. After we moved in they were responsive to my small requests and questions. Looking forward to the completion of the project. I love the high ceilings and 8 ft doors, many windows for light. I highly recommend this builder.

Communication was amazing every step of the way

Very happy with my new home and I know it’s not easy to pleasure everyone but in my case I’m very pleasure and want say thank you for the entire team for the hard work!!

We had a really great experience with Pulte from start to finish. The process was quick and smooth and our project manager Stephen was really great with communication and so pleasant to work with. There were a few minor things that needed to be fixed after we moved in and Pulte made sure to get them taken care of as quickly as possible. We are very happy with our new home and impressed with the entire process.

We appreciated the communication from the sales office and field manager throughout the buy/build process. We were never surprised with any issue and all of our comments/concerns were attended to quickly.

Entire process from initial purchase to house closing was very smooth and executed in timely manner. Pulte teams from sales, construction & title departments were very friendly and cooperative. Pulte team stood to the commitment and timeline as promised. House construction norms adhere to quality and guidelines defined by official authorities.

We closed on our Pulte home in December 2022. Our salesperson Jennifer Eckhardt was terrific and went above and beyond to keep the completion date on schedule. Like any new home build, we have had some minor issues but we are extremely pleased with the quick response that we have received when we have reached out. Our project manager Mike Haight has been great to work with and is very responsive. We look forward to our continued partnership with Pulte!
