The move in process and closing process was very smooth and problem free. Our superintendent Joe was helpful. The build quality isn’t the greatest, but it’s still above average. Better than any other builder we looked at for this same price range. Location is great too! After move in, we have had a few minor setbacks. The glass wall in the shower does not seal properly and lets water thru. Also, the concrete pad on the back patio is already cracking, and the house is brand new. These are minor issues which will hopefully be covered by the warranty. Only time will tell. 4/5 stars.

Great quality homes worth every dollar. However, the buying process via Pulte Mortgage was very annoying and stressful, as they are asking too many little things that honestly other mortgage companies don’t ask. I’m sure there company has their reasons to go sober this stressful process but I believe it should be reviewed. I also got same feedback from many other people that went via Pulte Mortgage. Our builder rep was good - he alone gets 5 stars. The sales rep I would not trust. Pulte does not respond - you will be referred to the sales rep only. These homes are quite basic with the lowest grade material that can pass an inspection. Buyer beware.
