Had a great experience end-to-end with Pulte homes. Traversed thru the process as a first time home buyer and got amazing support from Pulte that ensured everything went well without any major hitches. Very happy with the quality, experience and the end product.

Go over the floor plan layout with a fine tooth comb before you go to the design center. Sit with your sales rep to go over every single detail. Do not assume anything. The model may not exactly represent every feature of the home you are having built. .

Everyone from start with salesman to finish with after move in attention was terrific!!!

Buying and building with Pulte Homes was a great experience! All Pulte employees were professional, courteous, and friendly. My family and I felt informed and comfortable throughout the home selection, financing, design, and build process. We were provided with helpful information and regular follow-ups after the initial walk through of the model until we received the keys to our new beautiful home. It was an exceptional experience and we are super satisfied!

If you are considering a Pulte home, I would strongly encourage you not to! This experience has been nothing but a nightmare. Quality and attention to detail are severely lacking. After spending a significant amount of time after closing having contractors correct items, they actually have created more issues and damages because no one from Pulte is managing the process. Pulte relies in the homeowner to find things or otherwise they hedge on it being overlooked.

From looking at homes to financing, everything went smooth and as expected. Follow up after move in was also helpful by having weeks to live in the house to notice issues and have them addressed. This was our first new build and would certainly recommend Pulte as a builder.

We had an overall good experience purchasing our home with Pulte. Throughout the process, the availability of staff was amazing and they answered our many questions. We were pleased that Pulte provides/partners with multiple services such as mortgaging and insurance. It helped make the process smooth as all of those parties can then communicate with each other. They also offered very competitive pricing in our situation. Some feedback I would give to new home buyers, especially in new construction, would definitely be to know what you want in a home, and what options are available for homes. The base structure of the home is very simple, so adding on options is almost necessary. The realtor does not know every single possible option (since there are so many), so it is definitely helpful to know what you are looking for. They have a list of available options handy, but even then, there are some options available that you can see if they can accommodate. In some cases, at least for our situation, there were items that overlapped each other and I feel like there could have been instances where we paid for two separate things, but really having one of them, covered the other (this happened a lot in the smart home aspect). Also, after moving in, there are some things where I think "oh I should have got that." But it wasn't something that was mentioned as an option, so it was hard to know everything in the beginning. The process definitely moves very fast. The craftsmanship was very good. They definitely put up a lot of quality homes, so they know what they are doing. Obviously mistakes can happen, so its important to speak up as soon as you notice an issue. I would say that there are some items that still need fixing after closing, but once you close, I feel like the responsiveness and timeliness of getting these things done definitely slows down as they are already on to the next house. ... Gary, Peter and Bob have been wonderful. Gary and Peter have gone out of their way to fix any issue that has come up. Always, polite, friendly and willing to lend an extra hand. Bob has kept us informed every step of the way of the construction delay. Everyone took into consideration our circumstances and Made our move as easy as possible.

We love our new home , then home loan dept was so kind and friendly , our field manager was so kind we felt as if we were working with a family member , our home sales rep was wonderful at answering all our questions . the title company was so amazing they were on time and answered any questions we had that made our home buying experience fun and stress free . I would recommend Pulte Homes to my friends and family because Pulte Homes are built by families for your family . What a better way to say Welcome Home .

Our home buying experience with Pulte was wonderful, from start to finish. My Loan Manager made sure the loan processing aspect was smooth and efficient and our building superintendent did well managing our expectations and communicating.

Once in the home, my customer care rep has been super. Helpful, understanding and attentive to details. My only issues are with the purchasing process. I was told some things by the sales rep that were not true and the whole buying process is geared to designing and building a home. I purchased an already constructed home but had to follow the same process as someone who was building. That simply does not work well and is quite frustrating since you will find yourself making decisions without all the information you want and need to properly determine the best course of action. When you are purchasing something that is already built, you want to first settle on a price, then get an inspection done and then move on with financing. With Pulte you can't do that. Needs to be fixed. The house itself is of very good quality and with the warranty in place there are protections. But I have very little experience on an ongoing basis regarding execution of any warranty items. I am still in what I consider punch list phase but can say that at this phase, customer care has been great. ... More

Quick response to issues. Stayed on schedule to meet the projected closing date!

Watch your house being built as much as you can. Sub contractors are not the best tradesmen. Many issues during the build and more with the finished product.

This was a top notch buying experience, from the sales office and all the way through construction. All Pulte personnel, from labor to management, were very attentive and dedicated to the satisfaction of me, the customer.
