We are not happy about our experience with Pulte. There are so many issues I don’t know where to begin. Pulte could not close on agreed closing date, fireplace wrong stone color, lawn irrigation has leaks and wrong placement of irrigation heads, no mailbox for 6 weeks, no internet for 5 weeks, huge drainage problem backyard, dishwasher didn’t work, no water to refrigerator, did not clean house very well, sloppy careless work on just about everything, etc., etc., etc.

This is our 2nd Pulte home. Needless to say we're very happy with the quality of construction.

Reliable and were able to deliver what they have promised.

Very pleased with my home overall but I opted out of buying irrigation because my yard is so small that watering should not be an issue. Unfortunately the turf company laid poor quality sod over completely unprepared clay. Under the sod are multitudes of rocks and construction debris. The grass turned brown within 24 hours and now a week later, after heavy rain and copious amounts of water from a number of sprinklers I have purchased, there appears to be some hope that it may turn green. I have spent seven days outside, muddy, wet, bug bitten and suffering a shoulder injury from pulling a hose around from the one spigot on my house in an effort to resurrect this lawn because Pulte washes their hands of any responsibility for sod once installed. If it fails... it’s completely on the homeowner regardless of the quality of sod that the turf company throws down. Fresh, good quality sod, laid carefully over well prepared ground does not turn brown and appear dead within a day. This sod was not freshly cut and was hastily rolled out. Two and three inch gaps between pieces and large air pockets under the sod have prevented it from thriving. All I can do is continue to water and hope it survives because Pulte is not interested. ... Great experience overall in large part due to Bob and Jermain, the team at our neighborhood.

I recently purchased a home at 4400 West. Great investment! The design is very elegant with quality materials and craftsmanship. Lots of living space (interior and exterior) and great walking community. The rooftop loft has breathtaking views of downtown Atlanta and the notorious skyline. 5-Stars!

Everyone was really helpful even after I moved in and needed to reach out to the contractor.

Great floor plans and prime location. Process of building was good, but attention to detail by subcontractors was seriously lacking. At this price point, we expected much more from Pulte. Overall, great people to work with and happy to call this Pulte house a home.

Pulte BPC/Mudroom is very functional and serves as a second office on the first floor. The doorways upstairs are narrow and the air return vents above the bedrooms do not allow for privacy. Expected better workmanship overall for the price.

Pulte has been a great experience from the beginning of the process. I was always kept in the loop since the start of construction. The work site was always clean as the house was being built. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations along with the high quality appliances that were installed in the house. The few warranty issues that I had after move-in were all scheduled in a timely manner and taken care of with relative ease. I would highly recommend a Pulte built home to anybody in the market for a new house.

Richard, Dale and Paul have been excellent in meeting our needs and very professional and helpful. We appreciate them very much.

We had an amazing experience with Mark,Alex, Brennan, and Frenado. We would definitely recommend Plute to everyone. I enjoyed the home buying experience from start to finish. These guys had put 100% effort !! Customer service is awesome.

Some issues I noticed after I moved in. Defect on wood floor which will be fixed. Plumbing leak which’s they fixed. Cabinet doors not aligned. Some painting not done properly. Pulte has been very responsive. Hvac filter not easy to chamge

Read all of the material that you are provided and ask questions. Understand what changes can be made and what changes can not be made. Walk your property (lot) and be sure that it is a good fit for you. Enjoy your experience.

The experience with Pulte has been very good. From the iniial contact through closing the staff has been top notch.

The quality of the paint job, materials, bathrooms and just about everything was done sloppy. It’s sad because of the price we paid for the home. Then the gate at the entrance has been broken for months now.

We had a great experience so far with Pulte Homes! Zach and Autumn were fantastic to work with and responded quickly to any questions or issues we had both before and after closing.

Lot price was very reasonable compares to other builders. Our sales person was wonderful and communicated with us through out the 7 month building process. We moved in mid June, found 12 problems in the house after living there for over a month. Warranty group is great and responsive, but these issues should be avoid if the work were done it right at first place. My advice to new buyers is that they need to hire their own inspector before closing.

The Pulte building process is a well oiled machine that delivers a beautiful home.

Very quick builder and delivers home as promised

Working with the onsite Pulte representatives was a tremendous help through the process. While Pulte is not a customized builder as we've had in the past, the onsite representatives were very responsive to our needs and accommodated us to the best of their ability. The communication was excellent throughout the process and our new home was delivered within the time frame they had given.
