We had a very pleasant experience right from the first visit to closing. The team was very responsive and supportive throughout the process. We have worked with other builders and Pulte is by far the best. High quality materials, knowledgeable and supportive staff, great walkthrough and effortless closing. Overall, great experience!

Work very closely with all the pulte employees, don't be afraid to ask questions. They will help you and guide you through the whole process and put your mind at ease.

Expected better attention to details. Doors not fitting properly, shingles loose, nails not nailed, bathtub cracked, window frame cracked, sloppy caulking or no caulking, and unpainted exterior wood. Many of these details were taken care of when we called.

We had a great experience with our building process from selecting our lot through the build and closing. We’ve had a few warranty items to submit but all have been attended to quickly and completed timely. Love our Pulte home.

Morten, Pulte Sales and Jordan, Pulte Home Inspector were great throughout the whole process, whether it was taking pictures of our home during the building process, answering questions or assisting us with changes, they were always a text, call or email away. Very responsive, always knowledgeable and helpful, they made buying our 1st home a painless process and we appreciate that! Not many companies have employees that go above and beyond to ensure a customer's satisfaction but Pulte excelled in this area. Great job!

Couple of issues but overall it’s good

Overall, building a home with Pulte was a good experience. We hit a few bumps in the road towards the end of the process with supervisory turnover. Had great customer service and communication from both assigned site managers and our sales rep. We are very happy with our new home from both the quality aspect and the overall appearance.

As a first-time home buyer, Pulte did an amazing job walking me through the steps and ensuring I knew what was going on at all times. The house is perfect, and the people at Pulte made the process easy.

I have put in several work order emails. Tino has come out and was helpful but I’m still waiting for several other emails to be answered. For example work order about drywall tape, a hole in my slider where you can see thru the top of the door.

We didn't get truthful information about the number of basements in the addition from the sales person and that is why I am giving a 1 star review on trustworthiness. I feel like this is basically a good home, but we can't get some of the last detail work completed which is why I am giving a 1 star review on responsiveness. I'm also frustrated because it's early June and one of the few sunny days we've had since we closed in April, but there are no landscapers working in the addition. At this rate it's going to be fall before we get sod and landscape.

We purchased the Mooreville Plan from Pulte. The home has good features and the finishes are of a high quality. Overall we are satisfied with our choice.

We purchased a new Pulte home at Epperson Ranch just over a month ago. It was a quick move-in home so we didn't have any input into the finishings or design. Nevertheless, we liked what we saw so we went ahead to purchase it. Although it was a brand new home, we decided to pay the extra $$ to get a new home inspection done, and we were very glad we did! Although the home itself was structurally sound, he found many areas that needed to be addressed. These included nails protruding on the roof, unfinished painting on the outside and inside, missing/malfunctioning door stoppers, incomplete sealants around the sink and so forth. It had a lot to do with sloppy workmanship. We were very surprised by the number of flaws that were identified by the inspector considering it was a brand new house. We shared this information with Pulte about two weeks before closing and they agreed to address everything before closing. We met with building supervisor three days before closing and even though they said they addressed all the issues, when we did the walk through it was noted that not everything was taken care of. The supervisor promised that it will all be fixed before closing. We met again few hours before closing and did a final walk through. During this time, the remaining issues had been addressed and we proceeded to close later that day. It was just disappointing that a new home had so many flaws. Love our house. Every one we dealt with was great

I was kept informed of progress every step of the way. All of my concerns were addressed promptly, the builder truly went above and beyond my expectations.

We love our new Pulte home! It has luxuries that we never dreamed we could afford. The home is affordable and comfortable. The new neighborhood is also very nice and well planned. Our realtor has been very helpful.

I wish I could give this more positive review. Initial Purchase: Plain. Nothing special to speak of. Our sales agent was very lackadaisical. Could care less if we bought or not. Design and options selection: stressful experience. Very rushed and not enough time given to make informed and carefully weighed selections. During the build: this might have been the only fun part. Did receive regular updates on what was happening week after week. Final Inspection: this was a hot mess. The Builder was not prepared even after given 4 weeks notice. Lots of "critical" problems identified by our inspector. Quality of home: I've been in this house for 2 months and I can hear the plywood creaking when I walk on the second floor and up and down the stairs. Many of the 2x4s within the framework of the house are in poor shape (black). The quality of materials used for this home is terrible. Value of home: What I have for what I spent is sad. I would have expected a whole lot more for almost $450K. Builders team: this team was divided into two people . One person was communicative and helpful, the other wasn't and just simply did not deliver. If I had to answer the question, did they do what they promised? That answer would be no. Did they respond to me in a timely fashion? Yes Would I buy from this Builder again? Absolutely not. No accountability for the subcontractors. Sloppy and hurried work is apparent throughout. ... More
