House looks great and they build very quickly

We absolutely love our new home and are very pleased with Pulte!

They made my home purchase experience smooth and easy. They are always available and following up to resolve any issues. As a first time home owner, Pulte Homes honestly gave me a stress-free and trustworthy experience.

We bought a townhome ready to move in. The whole team was very helpful in describing the design and energy saving features, upgrades and warranty details. They delivered what they promised and took care of all punch list items in a timely fashion. Diane and Jacob were especially helpful.

Our overall experience with Pulte from lot selection to home construction was pleasant. Nice people with which to work who were always quick to answer our questions. Disappointed in lack of some options available however (brick border of front porch, upgraded exterior paint, more choices in interior colors). Field project manager was exceptionally helpful and concerned with our satisfaction at all stages of construction. My independent inspector help to identify small but important items to be corrected. No problem from Pulte. Inclusion of fence, sprinkler system and USAA discount very nice bonus. Warranty info good and few post purchase issues. I would build with Pulte again. ... More

I will say we love the home and it's location, and I believe with only being in the home less then a month makes it hard to give honest assessment. We have run into a few issue's that require attention one of which is gutters that continue allow water to run behind them or overshoot completely. (this item has an active work order assigned to correct the issue, we will see). second and what I will call a major issue, our open web floor trusses have a tremendous amount of bounce and deflection. This has been noted to the builder with an eyes on inspection done of missing strongback bracing, cut bracing and improperly installed bracing. We are currently awaiting a corrective action response. I will also like to give kudos to the HVAC contractor who has been very responsive when called upon. I'm only giving a 3-star on the quality of workmanship due to the issues noted. Pulte did a great job in building my new house as the superintendent (Dominic) was very responsive to my questions and managed the construction to a very high quality as my separate 3rd party inspection did not result in any findings but insignificant cosmetic items.

Still waiting on my lawn to get replaced as promised 30+days ago.

I love the floor plan and how it was designed. I'm having issues with a design flaw reference the master shower. Hopefully it gets corrected.

I enjoyed the experienced of working with their agent Shard and builder Chase Pence. I had a terrible experience with a previous builder DR Horton. I normally would not mention names but clients need to know that Pulte can give them a better homes.

We find minor blemishes in the new house we purchased. Which would be nice is to be able to report such conditions in a systematic way using a web application with a way to comprehend the estimated time of a fix. This would minimize customer anxiety of anticipation.

Small details that matter like painting job done in the doors, the installation of the material in the bathrooms, the refrigerator door dented, the finishes in the balcony (terrace) demonstrate lack of detail orientation or care for final output and are not aligned with the price paid for the upgrades. Since I still have to follow up with the community manager I can not in all fairness give any rating to trustworthiness since I am waiting to see if the company follows through with the promise to complete the work in question.... please consider trustworthiness as my believe that they have every intention to honor their word and will follow up. ... Great experience, dream come true.

Pulte provides the perfect floor plans. The entire staff are both professional and knowledgeable. We have been satisfied with the whole process from beginning to end. Kudos to the Sales Consultants, the Design Center staff, Construction Site Manager, and Mortgage/Title Department.

The process was pretty smooth and Issue that we had was addressed immediately.

Field Manager and sales consultant were wonderful, and made the experience easy!

The Field manager we had was/is awesome. Field manager oversees construction from beginning to end. Inside the home every effort I feel was made to complete on time and with quality. There were things I thought could have been done better that I did not notice until after closing. Mainly outside. The landscaping was rushed and is done to a fair to good standard not to a high standard. Pulte builds good quality homes. I had to keep in mind there are luxury not custom homes.

The sales team, the design team, the construction team and the subs were all about doing a good job for us. During the design phase, Quick response to questions, experienced advice and speedy custom quotations were the norm. As a result only 2 change orders were needed and these were custom component speciation upgrades. During construction, Discrepancy’s with specifications, workmanship and finish - big and small were addressed during construction and final finishes completed before closing. The remaining punch list items are very minor and will be remedied in short order. Overall, Pulte is a staffed with Quality Professionals that do Very Good work. ... More

Follow-up on issues that were not completed at closing has not been in a timely manner.

Just The finishing touches to be a bit better but they were/are very good at helping resolve any of those issue.

Overall, I love my new community and home. When I moved in there were minor issues that were addressed immediately. However, I do feel with the amount I paid for my new home, there shouldn’t be defects in the molding and doors and the painting that I paid extra for should have been done better. I would like to commend Rodney, building supervisor, and Regina, sales rep, who were fantastic to work with!

Marc my sales rep was fantastic keep me updated throughout the process. Still minor open issues that is why the 4 stars instead of 5, plus your pool vendor Arrogon is terrible. My suggestion is to get a new vendor so it doesn't reflect on Pulte.

The Pulte team that worked with us to build our Vanderbilt model at Chapel Cove was excellent. This includes the sales rep, design team, build team and field manager, as well as the mortgage team. Everyone was very responsive to our issues and were attentive to our questions/requests, especially as we weren't local and were only able to visit the home site on a few occasions. They addressed any issues that we identified and have even been helpful post-close with any questions or concerns that we had. Overall, we had a great experience building with Pulte and would definitely look to them to build any homes we may want in the future. I would highly recommend others to go with Pulte. ... More
