We are so very blessed to have a new beautiful home in Chasewood. The craftsmanship of the home is amazing. The entire experience from the beginning to the completion with Pulte was personable, genuine, and caring. Diane was truly enthusiastic with helping us pick our lot, explain our exterior choices, and beginning our home owning experience. We meet our on site construction managers, Jake and Mike, they always went above and beyond explaining every detail of our build. They provided a step by step explanation on the construction process in great detail. A timeline was provided to us and they did an incredible job keeping every part of this process moving along effortlessly. The communication with us was perfect. When the interior house was built, the design team was great helping us stream line our vision of our new house to come to life. There were so many beautiful choices to choose to put our own touch on our house. When our house was complete and we did our final walk through with Mike, we were speechless. He explained every inch of our house to us, provided us with comfort and confidence that Pulte built us a beautiful new home with quality craftsmanship, and cared about our future in our new home. He explained our warranty in great detail and even though our house was completed, Pulte is still there to provide us help with any issues that may arise in a new house construction. It was true….when we called Mike for a question….he was so responsive with a genuine nature to help us out. We made himself readily available at any time. Mike did an amazing job with our house, but the best part was his personality of true genuine happiness for us. He went above and beyond to make our first home construction build to honestly be perfect. We live a great quality of life because the Pulte home we purchased was designed to support modern families with high quality materials. We've had a couple of small issues and Pulte has been right on the mark when supporting us. Their new home warranty is unsurpassed in the industry. We are very happy with Pulte and our decision to invest in them.

Blake and David were in charge of our project. They were wonderful!! Honest, professional, and communicated very well. We always knew the status of our home building project. They both went above and beyond in building and finishing our home. Both Blake and David spoke highly of Pulte and what a great company it is! That speaks volumes about Pulte when you have workers who are championing the company!

Oven is broken, instead of getting a new replacement, whirlpool is replacing a piece what I think inappropriate because I should get a new oven.

We had an excellent experience from beginning to end. Choosing the home from the many offered was enjoyable. Pulte kept me informed every week during the building process. Evan, the building manager answered all of my questions as the process went on. In the end, we received a beautiful, fantastic home.

Had a great home buying experience facilitated by Salvatore. We were kept updated throughout the construction process with updates from Jack. Build quality was excellent. Closing went smoothly for our first home purchase. Highly recommend Pulte!

Richard and Lincoln was the greatest tag team duo ever. They were very open and honest about everything we walked through each phase step-by-step. If I had any questions weekly they were there to answer them and I just had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend Pulte.

Buying a home for the first time can be a really scary and stressful experience, but we would do it all over again with Pulte. Starting with Pulte Mortgage, Shawn and Chris worked so hard to help us buy our dream home. Shawn was so encouraging in the face of hardship and her positivity made all the difference for us- we will never forget her kindness! Caison, our building manager, has been helping us handle any and all issues after moving in. He has been very receptive to our needs and we are very happy to have him in our corner! Thanks to a great team, we are now living in our dream home!

I have lived here for a month, the quality of the house is very good, and the staff responded in a timely manner. It is my ideal home!
