Great shopping experience, it was not difficult to find a home design that really worked for us. Of course I would have picked every upgrade available, if we didn’t have a budget! Construction process was smooth - even though we are new to the experience (and have heard horror stories about other builders). All is great, and we made this house our home. Excellent experience.

Lack of appropiate supervision throughout the building process. Several constructions issues associated with finishing work, plumbing problems( Such as pipes making noise), among other concerns.

Overall a good and happy experience, some minor issues we came across after closing but are being corrected in a timely and professional manner. Suggestions would be to change out the air filters as soon as possible after closing, register appliances and begin a list of items that need to be addressed for the first year warranty.

This is the 3rd home we’ve had built, and it was by far the least stressful and most beautifully crafted home. The contractor team of JT and Jordan were beyond amazing. Their attention detail surpassed my own and I have complete trust in their team and expertise.

Pulte Homes is a great company. I would definitely do business with Pulte again.

Very please with the quality of our new home. We had an issue with the hot water heater and the service provider was at our home the same day we called in the problem. Can’t ask for better than that.

Attention to detail was lacking, the quality of the materials and workmanship was not those of the price tag of the home.

This home is beautiful, but since it was still being built upon purchase (we did not build this home), we relied on the sales team to ensure we understood everything about the home. We were told/shown that our yard would be a lot bigger than what it is. The fence was put in seemingly rushed and uneven. The in-home WiFi was a HUGE selling point by the sales team, but 6 weeks later NO ONE knows how to get them to work and now I’m being told it wasn’t part of the “package deal” that the sales team NEVER pointed out. Additionally, upon move in, multiple items that were pointed out during the final walk-through were not fixed. The tile of the home is an absolute pain to maintain and was stained with black marks upon move in, so 8.5 month pregnant me was on my hands and knees with a magic eraser trying to scrub the marks off but they inevitably return since the tile is rough and was not sealed. We were very pleased with the entire process.

Multiple issues addressed prior to closing were not resolved. Closed in March issues not resolved until May - this included a leaky roof. Would not purchase from Pulte again.

Bonnie and Dylan where very good to work with and they did everything in their power to make this a wonder experience!

Ron is extremely responsiveness to any concern we have or need repaired. He has gone above and beyond to make us love our beautiful home even more!

In my case, the home was already designed and built. Was impressed by the solid build quality. Issues and questions raised during final inspection were quickly resolved.

Pulte homes are nice homes but leave a lot to be desired. Sub contractors are sloppy and problems are not corrected prior to settlement. Project manager was not responsive to problems.

Construction foreman was very helpful with our questions and concerns.

As this being my first home buying process- Pulte made the experience enjoyable, contrary to all the horror stories I've heard with home buying. The staff was very responsive and knowledgeable. The Builder was also very pleasant to work with. Everything that was promised was delivered with great quality and satisfaction. Not once did I feel I was getting the run around or receiving false information. The quality of the home superb and I'm happy to have them as my first home builder.

Pulte company and builders made the transition very easy and the work came out beautiful. I would hire this company again, if I ever decide to move.

Realistically priced and good to very-good quality of materials and workmanship, Pulte Homes are truly built to be lived-in. The designed living spaces feel like they are made with real-life conditions and not model-quality living. I found the people who work for Pulte are very friendly and down to earth. The only suggestion I would give to new home buyers is to do a regular inspection of your home during the build process and you will save yourself a lot of future frustrations.

We are not happy with the quality of the house built by Pulte. Our previous home was also a Pulte home and was in a great condition after more than 10 years. We are disappointed to see that the quality has gone down with the new house even though it is a more expensive home. There were many errors in the building process that we caught and had to bring to the field manager's attention. There were still many issues that need to be addressed after the closing.

Pulte builds homes in a factory, but the fit and finish is done by local craftsmen. Some are very good, others are not as good. Fortunately, Pulte is very responsive to fix any issues, but the buyer must do the work of identifying and listing problems. An inspector is helpful to look for major faults, but things like painting errors require careful examination by the buyer. Do not blow that off!!

This was my first home to buy so expectations were somewhat fulfilled!!

we actually started off with J.T. as our site manager and we loved him ! then around the time of our drywall inspection we got switched over to Hector and we were hesitant just because this was not only our first "new build" but our very first home buying experience. however once we met Hector and talked to him for a bit we were relieved at how amazing he was. he made sure to always get back to us whenever we reached out and over all we just got the feeling that he really cared about everything that was going into our house. Hector is just awesome overall and i really hope every customer Pulte has gets the same experience that we got with Hector. The only reason we gave the 4star on quality of workmanship was we just feel some things (mostly paint) was rushed a bit. just had alot of splatter on like baseboards light switches etc. ... More
