Have had a gutter issue since purchase. Finally someone responded this week. Grass was dead at time of closing waiting for it to be replaced.

There were 6 square feet of shingles missing, irrigation system leak, AC air leak in the attic, and wiring issues in the ceiling fan and pendant light prewires. So I can't help but wonder if there are hidden issues elsewhere in the house. I understand that building a house is a very involved operation, and requires a lot of different crews to coordinate together. So some problems are expected. But I can't give 5 stars to something with these types of problems. Otherwise, the house SEEMS to be well built. But hire a good home inspector to make sure everything is like it should be.

Pulte homes are built so quickly and with the cheapest materials. They sacrifice quality for the sake of completing the home to turnover quickly to satisfy shareholders. I have a full page list of items that need to be repaired, a stained kitchen sink, a broken drawer, paint on tiles, hinges, carpet, dead plants, etc. Scheduled the repairs with warrantee department but they never showed or call. Found out later that AG was on vacation. Suggest looking at every tile, molding, well everything. before closing or buy from another builder.

Excellent experience up until 8 weeks before closure. However, the closure and now 6 weeks post closure has been an exhausting experience, with the need for me to become a project manager of all the open issues in my home. I’ve had contractors in DAILY for repairs- electrical, plumbing, CAT wiring, drywall, painting, duradeck, cooling system, security systems, GApower.....and before an escalated email to a Pulte VP, it would’ve continued. No postal mail service for last 6 weeks and still unresolved. The communication from pulte, pulte mortgage and post closure to the ga customer care and field managers is nonexistent. Pulte has a wonderful reputation and they did not disappoint! Start to finish has been a wonderful experience.

From the Sales team, to the construction managers, and now the warranty supervisor made the whole building process pleasurable. Communication and the response to issues was done promptly and professionally. I highly recommend Pulte Homes. We love our home and the location!

Poor workmanship, untrustworthy, unresponsive to all issues

Team at Parmer crossing is a great team. I was really impressed bu the support they showed during whole process of delivering house. The house was delivered on the date confirmed. I am really impressed with team Lamonica, Josh and Shaun and Project Manager who started our home.. Great Thank you to all for making our first home.

My wife and I had such high hopes when we started the process with Pulte and after closing and moving in we are extremely disappointed in the building team and the service provided. It seemed to be the epitome of bad service and very poor customer service. From the design center to the building team and management. The process throughout was more than frustrating. We took the time to walk through the designing stage and were given our upgrade options. We picked out several upgrades and signed off on a contract with the designer to then be told that an important option we signed off on could not be done. What seemed to be an easy fix became confrontational with the designer and builder. It is hard for me to say anything positive about the building team. Prior to closing we had a list of more than 10 things that needed to be addressed and we were told it could be done. Come to closing and 90% of it was still not taken care of. Some of the things that were addressed had to be re-done. Some things I pointed out I was told they could go to the model home and get what was in there. I understand that was the quickest solution but not a good one to suggest. When you pay for a NEW home you want NEW material! Because of the lack of concern on Pulte and the buildinging team we closed on an incomplete house which required me to schedule several days off from the field and working at home. This was very frustrating because it all should have been done. We have been in our home almost 3 months and we still have issues that need to be addressed. Seems to be no urgency or care at all. After closing and having to continue to call, I was told by the building team and management to not expect perfection. After this I cannot recommend Pulte to anyone. We purchased our home about a month ago. We are very pleased with this purchase and Pulte team were very professional and helpful with the loan process. Any issues we had were fixed in no time.

Nice home builder. Missed minor details but overall good quality.

Pulte built a beautiful home. We are overall happy with our purchase. There have been some issues in first month of move in, but so far pulte has tried to take care of issues in a timely manor. We looked at many homes and builders during our home finder process and overall pulte was the best quality for money with large lot size. Would recommend.

We recently closed on a new condo from Pulte, and overall, we are very very happy with our condo and the experience with Pulte, and can definitely recommend them as a builder to others! New construction always has issues here and there as the ground shifts and the structure settles and we've found Pulte's response to our "punch list" items to be prompt, efficient, and done in a high quality manner. The price we paid we considered fair at time of purchase, but our local market conditions have changed since then, so I can't write that our condo was a 'steal'. However, even though we live in a high-cost area where "value" is very very difficult to gauge, we are confident that Pulte will work with us to help protect the value of our condo and the others in our new development! ... We moved in a month ago and Everything has been great from the sales and building process all the way to follow up for any little thing. A special shout out to jay and mark for being so great!!

The sub contractors could do a much better job of cleaning up after themselves!

Overall good experience

The built process started ok, the foundation was laid without letting me know, so by the time I learned about it, it was already laid so I missed the opportunity to see the first step. Then the whole process went as offered time wise but the materials and the workmanship has been poor, walls crooked and with lots of paint drippings and scratches, finishes with multiple problems, the cabinets in all kitchen and bathrooms of really poor quality and workmanship, crooked or scratched. There was a big bump on the border of the roof above the garage door that the PM didn't see either, that had to be repaired. All the outside walls had multiple cement and pain drips that needed to be repaired. All the vents and bathroom fans are of incredibly low quality, so be ready to replace them all, the upgrade options were limited and poor, no flooring option but carpet for second floor, I upgraded to the smooth of the walls and it was done very poorly, so I have to invest money in repairing them, the customer services even try to excuse the bad quality because this is a process done by hand. The problem is that I had remodel a whole house before and they seemed to believe they can fool me. Make sure to be on top of your construction, specially on top of your Project Manager, mine was not reliable, I had to constantly point out things that were done wrong, and submit pictures to get them corrected, even the kitchen cabinets had scratches like they were used before, and they didn't get replaced up until I moved. The refrigerator of the brand for all other appliances in the kitchen didn't have water/ice dispenser so I had to choose another brand, and I had purchase the built-in option for the kitchen and the cabinet was not corrected to align with the different height of the other brand refrigerator. Also the glass on the master bathroom shower was taken out to repair something else and then re-installed so poorly it was unacceptable, and it was only re-installed when I let the Project Manager know. The screen in the patio was also poorly installed and later replaced but only after I had moved in. After I moved I was expected to go through the house and mark the parts that needed repair with blue tape, it was a lot of time invested, so make sure you go through the house every week and document everything. I unfortunately had a death in the family I was away for 5-6 weeks, that I missed so it accumulated. I would not have moved in until all was corrected but my closing was delayed and my other home sold very quickly, so I had no choice. Make sure you have plenty of time to go through the house before moving in to ensure all gets repaired before you move in. Now, that I have opened about 50K additionally the house is up to the standards I should have received it in the first place. We selected to build a Pulte home because of the available options, which were not offered by all of the builders in the community. While there were some hiccups along the way, we are very pleased with the house and can't wait to make it a home.

All around, hands down, best experience!

i was please with the interest rate, and all the incentives i receive. Pulte homes worked to see that every concern i had was taken care of quickly. Great group for home buyers.

Very disorganized (if not a total mess) and stressful in your loan processing. Almost missed the deadline, and we had to switch program at the last minute. The actual footage is over 10% smaller than advertised.

Managers are very friendly and cooperative.
