From start to finish we found everyone to be very responsive to our questions, needs and moving challenges. From Tina in Sales to Dennis and Brian on the information and support side just before and after purchasing, we feel like we invested in more than a townhome. Every single step was easy and I had everyone in the Pulte team help whenever I needed help!

We closed on our home last month. Being the first home in a new development can have it issues, the Pulte team was responsive to everything.

The sales process went well. The start of the build process also went well. We decided to build with Pulte since we had a great past experience with them. Different area, different people and service I guess. The quality of the workmanship was below average. It looked like they just did the work without any care. It definitely shows that it was just a job and not have any care in what they do. We still are waiting for issues to be fixed after a month and multiple inspections.

I am very Thankful for all the hard working and excellence of Pulte during the entire process of building my new home. It was a privilege and I am sure I chose the right builder.

We had an excellent experience buying the home at 408 Encinal and Jon Schink was super helpful in answering all of our questions and moving the process along. I am sorry that we did not respond sooner but the survey was not sent to both of us!!! Happy to be part of the pulte homes home owner :-) we are 100% satisfied and looking forward too seeing other communities you are building in the future.

The Pulte team was always available for questions and feedback. They genuinely wanted to build us a great home.

We are generally satisfied. But Pulte as a company has communication issues with customers and within the organization as a whole. It is an absolute necessity for a new home buyer to stay on top of the entire home building process as much as possible and document everything (Special Requests, Exceptions, NSO's, etc.). The actual subdivision supervisors (Wayne, Scott, & Alex) and the sales representative (Chris) were outstanding and all deserve 5 stars.

Overall things were pretty good. The only real negative was the nickel and dime charges.

Not thrilled with everything for the price. One coat of paint on all the walls. Giant knot holes in wood of basement steps. Carpet racks poking through carpet. Construction seems very rushed. Not what I thought was going to get for the hefty price tag.

We purchased a house we both liked, had it built and are about to move in.

Just moved in 3 weeks ago, some issues came up but were addressed promptly. House looks more beautiful than envisioned.

Price not worth for the quality of work done. Spent money on upgrades to get good quality/brand new items not items that are used somewhere else and items repaired due to damage done while transportation or installation. Issues are pointed out multiple times but never been looked into.

From the sales office to closing, we received incredible support from Pulte. The offered us the opportunity to be apart of the building and delivered us with an impeccable home. We are grateful for this company after we have heard so many horror stories from friends that have gone through the same journey with other companies.

They made my home purchase experience smooth and easy. They are always available and following up to resolve any issues. As a first time home owner, Pulte Homes honestly gave me a stress-free and trustworthy experience.

We bought a townhome ready to move in. The whole team was very helpful in describing the design and energy saving features, upgrades and warranty details. They delivered what they promised and took care of all punch list items in a timely fashion. Diane and Jacob were especially helpful.

Our overall experience with Pulte from lot selection to home construction was pleasant. Nice people with which to work who were always quick to answer our questions. Disappointed in lack of some options available however (brick border of front porch, upgraded exterior paint, more choices in interior colors). Field project manager was exceptionally helpful and concerned with our satisfaction at all stages of construction. My independent inspector help to identify small but important items to be corrected. No problem from Pulte. Inclusion of fence, sprinkler system and USAA discount very nice bonus. Warranty info good and few post purchase issues. I would build with Pulte again. ... More

I will say we love the home and it's location, and I believe with only being in the home less then a month makes it hard to give honest assessment. We have run into a few issue's that require attention one of which is gutters that continue allow water to run behind them or overshoot completely. (this item has an active work order assigned to correct the issue, we will see). second and what I will call a major issue, our open web floor trusses have a tremendous amount of bounce and deflection. This has been noted to the builder with an eyes on inspection done of missing strongback bracing, cut bracing and improperly installed bracing. We are currently awaiting a corrective action response. I will also like to give kudos to the HVAC contractor who has been very responsive when called upon. I'm only giving a 3-star on the quality of workmanship due to the issues noted. The floor truss issue may make the rating go down the longer the issue is unresolved. ... More

Pulte did a great job in building my new house as the superintendent (Dominic) was very responsive to my questions and managed the construction to a very high quality as my separate 3rd party inspection did not result in any findings but insignificant cosmetic items.

Still waiting on my lawn to get replaced as promised 30+days ago.

I love the floor plan and how it was designed. I'm having issues with a design flaw reference the master shower. Hopefully it gets corrected.

I enjoyed the experienced of working with their agent Shard and builder Chase Pence. I had a terrible experience with a previous builder DR Horton. I normally would not mention names but clients need to know that Pulte can give them a better homes.
