Cheap paint and construction on interior and exterior walls. No attention to detail by the contractors. Design features and options are good.

First time home buyers, Pulte made the experience easy and exciting! Great communication from the Pulte team.

Need to make sure you are looking as the construction gets done. Some major framing issues with our condo.. Things are being corrected but I was a little surprised at how the place was not finished or cleaned properly when we closed.

The field manager ignores our repair request, we are very upset about his attitude to customers.

The finishing of the house is below average and the price paid for the house seems pretty high. The corners are very rough and not finished as per expectations. Those were not smoothen for a nice look. The baseboards were left with holes; though the field manager send someone to fix those but those are still looking pretty rough. The paint on the baseboards is not smooth; it is still showing the filled holes different from the paint. The transitions and turns of the baseboards are not aligned and shows big gapes. The woodwork on the stair doesn't seem to be done by a professional at all; the nail holes are filled but are very prominent and can be seen easily at a first glance. The window frames were left very rough and were not smoothen for a nice look. I believe the house is completed in a rush and lot of things to be fixed are left without any attention. Very bad experience,I wish I never buy from this company ,from the moment they give you the keys ,nobody there to help you like the low voltage company,I need to have another company to fix they mistakes

I am so happy with my house, it is my first home I've purchased and every step of the process was great. I am really in love with my kitchen its my favorite part of the house all the colors/tones are perfect for me. The final walk through was great and the Pulte team did a great job meeting my expectations and accommodating my needs as I came from out of state for the purchase and wasnt able to just come by anytime. Overall I'm just over the moon with my house and I know I made the best decision with my choice.

Be sure to do a thorough walk through before closing. Maybe hire an inspection company to do the inspection. Give the builder plenty of time after inspection to fix any issues before your closing date. After closing you have to deal with the warranty company and make yourself available for workers to come to your home and fix any issues not found during your initial inspection.

I am in love with my new house. Colton, who took over my construction halfway through, was always there to answer any questions or address any issues I had. My house turned out gorgeous and all my friends want my floor plan now.

From start to finish this company was the best. The employees all work together as a team. We love our new home

Everything went great and according to plan. Our sales rep, field manager, mortgage group and title company were amazing. The only negative comment I have is the quality of work from the painter. It was disappointing seeing the finished product of work and quality that they did. I recently had to go and purchase more paint for both the outside and inside of the home to touch up his mistakes and where he forgot to paint.

Very responsive on issues after closing

Pulte is a one way street to no and is completely out of there depth building in Las Campanas.

We were very satisfied with our Pulte home experience. Expectations were established from the beginning so there were no surprises along the way. The weekly updates from the Pulte staff were ideal. Zachary and Nick were always pleasant, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the process. We are very happy with the quality of the home. Pulte's ability to stand behind its warranty is very important to us as well. We would recommend Pulte to anyone looking for a reputable production builder.

There are a lot of little quality issues. I felt rushed through and not truly given a punch/quality walk through. Now have a safety issue and rather than discuss the issue with me people just showed up and in a poor attempt to fix without any notification the work was going to be preformed. I think communication has been horrible since we have closed.

We are very satisfied with the purchase of our Pulte home. The Field Manager is a very able and pro-active person. Always willing to listen and ready to solve your problem. The same can be said for the Warranty manager. Had a few minor issues and was taken care of in a timely manner. Will recommend any buyer to purchase a home built by Pulte

Pulte did not meet our expectations with respect to the quality of workmanship of the house. There were so many drywall issues before closing which Pulte didn't bother fixing and asked us to close the home first and rest will be taken care right after closing. It's been 6 weeks since we moved in and our drywalls were not fixed as promised. They kept postponing dates and only performed temporary fixes and not resolving the issue as a whole. Due to this we are unable to settle down in the house as quickly as we could. If I could build a home all over again, I would go with a different builder.

The sales transaction, the build and the loan processing was super easy and without issues. The Pulte staff was very responsive throughout the build. I would recommend Pulte to anyone buying a home.

Our Sales associate was excellent. Very knowledgeable about the homes, the products and services. Our Super (person in charge of overseeing our home) is excellent. He is very responsive to my call and texts, gets things done in a timely manner.

Every Pulte employee was a joy to work with from start to finish. All were clear, concise, professional, and friendly. Up until closing weekly updates were given and appreciated. In my opinion, workmanship and materials used are far from excellent. This includes sheet rock, paint, flooring, studs placed at 24 inches, lighting selections, and energy efficiency. The wind blows right through my front door. Since closing it had Ben difficult to get information and timelines for exterior work such as grading and concrete. The development is going to be beautiful and the location is perfect for me.

Pulte responds to minor issues in a timely manner. However, I have no driveway, only rocks and front steps that are pressed wood. Very unsafe. Have lived here almost a month and they say “soon.” Why? It’s almost June. My back porch is about 4 feet off the ground. No railings.

3rd time building a Pulte home. This last home building experience was terrible. Workmanship was terrible and the materials used super cheap. Nothing was done on time. If you are not persistent nothing will get fixed. You hear the same complaints from the neighbors. No flexibility on adding options after the build is started. Example additional lighting when the electricians have not started wiring the house. I’m shocked Pulte would not reach out or try to accommodate a 3rd time customer. I would not recommend Pulte this time.

Overall, we love our new home. We were sold on the floorplan almost as soon as we walked into the home the very first time - we definitely feel like Pulte has listened to people and designed a home that truly works for families. Our Project Manager Ian was fantastic to work with - he kept us updated about the project and how we were progressing. He took care of the concerns we had and did everything in his power to ensure issues were resolved in a timely manner. Unfortunately, the cast of sub-contractors left something to be desired at times. We did not feel like some of the crews respected this space as our new home. There were multiple messes made throughout the project, with trash and food scraps left in the home at the onset of the project all the way through a drywall mess dropped all over our newly installed gas cook top. It was disappointing that the men that call themselves tradesmen and craftsmen were willing to leave their work in such poor conditions. We would have greatly appreciated just a little bit of care and respect from these crews. To be clear, there were some trades that were very respectful of our home and took the proper measures to show their respect. We understand that at times there is little that can be done to correct the actions of these contractors, but their actions do reflect poorly on the overall building experience, in our opinion. At the end of the day, we would recommend Pulte to our friends and family members if they were considering them as a builder. I believe the people that work for Pulte truly cared about us and our experience and did everything they could to help us enjoy this experience. ... More
