We find minor blemishes in the new house we purchased. Which would be nice is to be able to report such conditions in a systematic way using a web application with a way to comprehend the estimated time of a fix. This would minimize customer anxiety of anticipation.

Small details that matter like painting job done in the doors, the installation of the material in the bathrooms, the refrigerator door dented, the finishes in the balcony (terrace) demonstrate lack of detail orientation or care for final output and are not aligned with the price paid for the upgrades. Since I still have to follow up with the community manager I can not in all fairness give any rating to trustworthiness since I am waiting to see if the company follows through with the promise to complete the work in question.... please consider trustworthiness as my believe that they have every intention to honor their word and will follow up. ... Great experience, dream come true.

Pulte provides the perfect floor plans. The entire staff are both professional and knowledgeable. We have been satisfied with the whole process from beginning to end. Kudos to the Sales Consultants, the Design Center staff, Construction Site Manager, and Mortgage/Title Department.

The process was pretty smooth and Issue that we had was addressed immediately.

Field Manager and sales consultant were wonderful, and made the experience easy!

The Field manager we had was/is awesome. Field manager oversees construction from beginning to end. Inside the home every effort I feel was made to complete on time and with quality. There were things I thought could have been done better that I did not notice until after closing. Mainly outside. The landscaping was rushed and is done to a fair to good standard not to a high standard. Pulte builds good quality homes. I had to keep in mind there are luxury not custom homes.

The sales team, the design team, the construction team and the subs were all about doing a good job for us. During the design phase, Quick response to questions, experienced advice and speedy custom quotations were the norm. As a result only 2 change orders were needed and these were custom component speciation upgrades. During construction, Discrepancy’s with specifications, workmanship and finish - big and small were addressed during construction and final finishes completed before closing. Follow-up on issues that were not completed at closing has not been in a timely manner.

Just The finishing touches to be a bit better but they were/are very good at helping resolve any of those issue.

Overall, I love my new community and home. When I moved in there were minor issues that were addressed immediately. However, I do feel with the amount I paid for my new home, there shouldn’t be defects in the molding and doors and the painting that I paid extra for should have been done better. I would like to commend Rodney, building supervisor, and Regina, sales rep, who were fantastic to work with!

Marc my sales rep was fantastic keep me updated throughout the process. Still minor open issues that is why the 4 stars instead of 5, plus your pool vendor Arrogon is terrible. My suggestion is to get a new vendor so it doesn't reflect on Pulte.

The Pulte team that worked with us to build our Vanderbilt model at Chapel Cove was excellent. This includes the sales rep, design team, build team and field manager, as well as the mortgage team. Everyone was very responsive to our issues and were attentive to our questions/requests, especially as we weren't local and were only able to visit the home site on a few occasions. They addressed any issues that we identified and have even been helpful post-close with any questions or concerns that we had. Great support from everyone I worked with. Very impressed with the quality and attention to detail throughout the process. If I ever buy a new home again, I will definitely look for another Pulte home.

Think the price for the home was good the extras I have always thought are too much for what u get.

The process of purchasing a Pulte Home was an awesome experience. The Pulte Team is amazing to interact with and extremely responsive. From the time we signed the contract to purchase to our closing, every person was extremely customer focused, responsive, and a joy to converse with throughout the closing process.

My experience with Pulte was as a first time buyer and the first time working with a builder. I had heard about being on your toes with builders but Pulte truly cared about my opinion and their perception the whole way through the process. From selecting the model, to the lot, to the interiors they constantly made sure I was comfortable. During the build process, I constantly received updates from the project manager along with pictures and had a standing invite to come see the house whenever I wanted. Again, all the while being constantly asked for my feedback. My only negative experience came from the Pulte title company which couldn't be bothered to communicate with me about my closing until the day before. Overall, I couldn't have been happier with my experience and would certainly recommend Pulte to friends and family. ... More

We had good communication with our builder and they are very responsive

We love our home. Fell in love when we first walked through it. Bruce is an amazing salesman and was spot on through the whole process. We appreciate the guy tremendously. Materials... we are finding some here and there issues, but nothing detrimental. We do think that some of the contractors used should be reconsidered; however, we are happy nonetheless. The construction crew... Kelly... we adore. She knows her stuff and we feel as if she is the cherry on top to the experience. After the sale.. not extremely happy with our sales team here at our home site, but totally looking past the unprofessionalism displayed. Pulte Mortgage.. Tylene and Jeff.. AMAZING! Pulte was great and very helpful

The home is gorgeous. My wife and I are proud to call the home built by Pulte as our home. Trusting it was built with care consideration is in question. Material seems to be high quality but the workmanship is below average. We found areas that were not sealed, parts damaged such as shelves that were cleverly hidden, the trees died outside within a week of moving in, windows scratched with a knife (assuming to remove the plastic cover), and the list goes on. It hasn't been even a month yet. The saving grace is the responsiveness of the build manager. Pulte gives a 30 day support after closing to take care of issues we find. The build manager is very positive and willing to help. From the build manager I can tell Pulte hires their direct employees with focus on experience. I'm not sure they do the same for their contractors. Coming from California where a home like the one we purchased would be 4 times the price. We'd recommend Pulte. ... More

Really great experience from the initial inquiry all the way to closing. Was kept well informed of the process, and the team was a pleasure to work with. The few (minor) issues we have experienced in the month since move-in have been addressed quickly.

As with any construction there will be some issues. Pulte is very responsive.

3 main issues throughout the 19 month construction process...yes...19 months. 1.) Poor communication throughout the organization 2.) Poor timeliness in the building timeline 3.) Quality of workmanship was below average. If you're looking for a builder with a lack of attention to detail, poor communication, and blatant basic construction flaws, then Pulte is your company. A company that is clearly interested in THEIR bottom line. Worst buying experience I've ever had in my life.
