Second pulte home I had built and must say that the first time was a Much more Pleasant experience for a Number of reasons: sales Was not familiar with the new models (cosenza) so some things that were told to me turned out not to be true. I felt very much rushed and pressured during the closing process and pulte Was not flexible on modifying dates for closing even though I mentioned I had a death in the family. Don’t like that pulte mortgage sells my Mortgage. On a positive not pulte seems to still build a pretty decent home however this interior flat paint seems to be cheap as it stains, rubs off and flakes very easily. After walking countless model homes and trying every which way to get builders to off ya what we wanted and needed for our growing family, we came to Pulte and got everything and more for well below what we had found everywhere else! Pulte gave us our dreams and made them a reality! From all the different team members, to the ease of doing business, we couldn’t be happier!

Pulte Builders and the entire team are professionals at what they do. Each team member from the Sales team to the onsite leads are attentive, and care about customer satisfaction. They are open and reactive to questions, and once in our home we were proud of the home and all its workmanship and quality products that Pulte stands behind.

Over all the updates on the build was excellent. If something doesn’t get done by the move in date it takes forever to have the items fixed after that.

Everything went very smooth. Very helpful and responsive sales and field manager. Thanks Jennifer M and Michael G for making buying and moving look so simple and smooth. Very happy with the house so far.

Nice and Decent Gated Comunnity!

I really like the home but the communication from the field team completely stopped at closing. Driveway and yard are still a work in progress due to weather but I only know something is going to happen when someone shows up knocking at the door. A heads up seems like it should be in order ‘hey, don’t drive on the concrete for x days’ versus it just being poured, roped off, and no discussion.

Can’t seem to get issues that were supposed to be fixed prior to closing fixed over 1 month later.

Pulte homes are very functional and have great open floor plans. I'm overall satisfied with the purchase of our home, but if you are looking to purchase a Pulte home be aware during the final walk through. I started noticing the the quality of the paint, tile and overall build which is not excellent, but average.

Blair and the team have been awesome! Very accommodating and helpful throughout the process. Home was expensive, but happy with it so far.

After submitting an offer that was excepted, a deposit was made, and a very important item that was agreed upon was taken away. It’s tough and I could forfeit my deposit I was told I would not get the item after three weeks into this and there was nothing they could do about it. I was told I could forfeit my deposit if I didn’t like it. I was hoping after communicating back-and-forth for weeks on this item that it will come to a resolution that I was very happy with and unfortunately it did not. Another frustration I have concerns a privacy fence request that I submitted weeks ago. I have been told that my fence request and anything to do with ARC is on hold because we have no HOA. I don’t understand this as the majority of the homes being built in the same neighborhood are all getting fences. In conclusion I was disappointed with the sales team and management of sales, but very happy with the efforts of the of construction and project managers. Keeping in mind that this is a tract builder, the experience was fairly good. The construction foreman and sales agent were both vey good to work with. The foreman addressed every issue we had during the construction. I will say that if we had not been diligent in our inspections during construction that the experience would have been much worse. There were multiple issues that needed to be corrected as we went along. Having said that, everything was corrected to our satisfaction.

Excellent Service through whole process

I have found the workmanship quality on Pulte Homes is terrible. I would never purchase a Pulte home again. Very unhappy with the quality of workmanship. We hear nothing but excuses as to why things are not done right.

THE APPROVAL IS GRUELING, BUT I GUESS THAT'S A GOOD THING.

For us, this was a lateral move within the Anthem Merrill Ranch community. We looked at other options before purchasing our lot, but everything about our experience these last nine years has been positive, so we simply wanted to move into a much nicer house at a much better location. We've been very pleased with everything about the house. We are confident that not only will it serve us well as a home, but will also retain its value (at least) for a time in the future when we put it on the market.

Beautiful homes for reasonable prices

We love our Pulte home. Well built and energy efficient. The layout is functional and visually pleasing. The minor issues we've had after the build have been handled promptly by our field manager. Really great experience!

Pleased with Pulte Home

So many things.....if I could do it over, I would’ve bought in Fair Oaks Ranch. Pulte Mortgage is a joke. The sales consultants don’t keep your finances private. They also don’t tell you once you sign the note, the HOA sucks and has too many restrictions.

The sales agent and project manager were very attentive and helpful, however they have left the company, so now that I’m moved in, I will have to see how helpful Pulte is to any problems associated with the house. I do have a pest problem and have contacted HOA, but have not heard back regarding outside spraying for insects

Make sure all items are addressed prior to signing.
