Our sales rep., Gita Adib, was lovely and very helpful. Our field manager, Shawn Turner, was very nice and responsive to our concerns. We have to say that after closing, responsiveness is NOT good. We were given 30 days from closing to email a list with cosmetic concerns that we wanted addressed. Most, if not all, of our concerns were noted at our "Celebration" walk through and not taken care of. A representative from Pulte, Brad, was sent to take a look at our requests and he set up two appointments with us. He seemed very nice and understanding about the things we wanted taken care of, going so far as to say that he and his wife wouldn't accept the things that were of concern to us. On the day of the first appointment, no one showed up to do the work. When we called, we were told by the person who answered the phone, Sadie, that there were no appointments scheduled for us but she would have Brad call us back. That was six days ago. We have phoned every business day since and the first two days we followed up we were told that Brad was busy and he would call us back when he can. The last two days, our calls have been sent directly to voicemail, with no call back from Sadie or Brad. Very disappointing. Someone we know built a Pulte home in another development and had the same problem. She finally wrote to the corporate office and finally got someone to call her back. Pulte is an amazing builder with beautiful work.

Our build manager was absolutely incredible. So responsive, attentive and thoughtful throughout the process.

The process was so easy we were preparing for something to go wrong or get delayed. But we were pleasantly surprised when we closed earlier than expected. Highly recommend the Pulte Finance team too, they were awesome to work with and made it easy to understand our options.

Corey has been very nice and responsive. We have a few more items outstanding but I feel confident that everything will be resolved.

I had the most wonderful experience with the purchase of my new home. My wife and I were both thrilled about the customer service we received. My manager was outstanding and was always there when we needed him. His name is Alan and he is an amazing person. I would highly recommend a Pulte home to anyone.

From our initial walk though of the model homes to the contracting of the build and design center, everything was great! Both our sales representative John and our construction manager JT both kept us up to date and invited us to be a participating part of our home construction. We are very happy with our purchase and would do again.

Tyler the job supervisor is great however the vendors are not. The appliance vendor is terrible. They set the refrigerator with shims instead of leveling t without telling anyone. Then they broke off a support leg without telling anyone. They came back and left the frig set 2 inches higher on one side than the other. Finally the came back with a new frig. They damaged the walls, railings and floor transition in the process. They got dirt and grease all over the doors, frig and cabinets without cleaning them up. Miserable vendor who should be fired. Quiet neighborhood, good quality homes for a decent price.

The finish job on our walls is very disappointing. I have never seen such a sloppy finish. Because of that I would not recommend a pulte home.

Every meetings from signing the contract to move in were so helpful and useful, made the buying procedure clear and smooth

We had never built a house before. The salesperson was informative and offered advice and suggestions as we were making our decisions . We never felt pressured. You will only get out of this experience what you are willing to put into it. We tend to be people that plan far ahead. We visited several Pulte communities looking at how our preferred model was being built. We kept a photo library of the various selections and construction results from the houses we visited so that we could show them how we wanted certain things done. Some things we did ourselves (installed our own under cabinet lighting, installed our own cabinet hardware, bought our own refrigerator and kitchen faucet etc) because we either did not like the options or believed we could do it cheaper and/or better). We knew that we wanted to install some Smart items that work with Alexa and we never thought we had enough outlets in any of our rooms so we added about 18 outlets throughout the house. We lived about 20 minutes away from our new house and we constantly made trips to the new site to watch construction and note little things that needed attention which they happily mitigated or explained. The final walk through held no real surprises or disappointments. A freak wind storm hit the house about 2 weeks before closing. They had the missing shingles replaced well before the closing. Our house broke ground in October 31 and we moved in mid-March. Since the roof was installed in the dead of winter the shingles never had a chance to warm up and bind. We also just got our asphalt driveway and trees and shrubs put in today because you can't do that in the winter. We love our house and wake up each morning very happy with our decision. ... More

Looking forward to getting "30 day walk through" issues resolved next week

While Pulte Homes are rated one of the highest quality homes in the home-buying field they are amazing. However the pulsing Mortgage Company is less than to be desired. Our sales men and our construction manager we're also very good I would recommend Pulte Homes we love our new Dream Home.

Perfect

Disappointed in some of the bathroom fixtures, about as cheap as they could get. Frustrated that homes that have not closed have their cement sidewalks and driveways in and we have been hear over a month and still do not have our cement. Still are not graded either so we cannot plant grass. When painters came in to fix items they rushed and did not do a quality job. Front door repair looked like a 6th grader did the work. other homes being built in subdivision, so nails and screws all over the street and no-one ever cleans them up except me. Takes like 10 minutes, someone at Pulte could do it, as a result I have had a flat tire already. The paint is frustrating because it is easily marked and cannot be cleaned, must repaint. Disappointed in the return venting, rooms have vents above door instead of return vents in rooms, so allows noise and light in. ... More

Pulte was awesome to deal with throughout the entire building and buying process. Great people and made everything a joy and very easy.

Will never have Pulte build me a house again

The homes and community are very interesting. You can count on Pulte to finish what it started, unlike other builders who initiate a community then end up leaving parts of it to another builder that the community looks hodge podge in the end. The sales and design process was great, but execution leaves more to be desired though.

We were told our house would have a door from the garage to the back door. It does not. When we asked they stated it was mark off of the plans we signed. Yes marked off AFTER we signed them. They have yet to really attempt to fix this. The workmanship in the house is lacking. There are foot prints in my driveway and metel rhubarb is showing through. They laid my drive way very inefficiently. We cant even get into the third car garage without driving over the sprinker that they set right at that corner. The other houses on the block have a much different angle for their drive way.

Would recommend pulte to anyone, the process was quite easy and the kept me in the loop all the way.

Pulte builds a great home....the workmanship is top notch and they make sure it is done right. The homes are somewhat pricy, but if you value a home that is built to last, they are the builder for you.
