I have put in several work order emails. Tino has come out and was helpful but I’m still waiting for several other emails to be answered. For example work order about drywall tape, a hole in my slider where you can see thru the top of the door.

We didn't get truthful information about the number of basements in the addition from the sales person and that is why I am giving a 1 star review on trustworthiness. I feel like this is basically a good home, but we can't get some of the last detail work completed which is why I am giving a 1 star review on responsiveness. I'm also frustrated because it's early June and one of the few sunny days we've had since we closed in April, but there are no landscapers working in the addition. At this rate it's going to be fall before we get sod and landscape.

We purchased the Mooreville Plan from Pulte. The home has good features and the finishes are of a high quality. Overall we are satisfied with our choice.

We purchased a new Pulte home at Epperson Ranch just over a month ago. It was a quick move-in home so we didn't have any input into the finishings or design. Nevertheless, we liked what we saw so we went ahead to purchase it. Although it was a brand new home, we decided to pay the extra $$ to get a new home inspection done, and we were very glad we did! Although the home itself was structurally sound, he found many areas that needed to be addressed. These included nails protruding on the roof, unfinished painting on the outside and inside, missing/malfunctioning door stoppers, incomplete sealants around the sink and so forth. It had a lot to do with sloppy workmanship. We were very surprised by the number of flaws that were identified by the inspector considering it was a brand new house. We shared this information with Pulte about two weeks before closing and they agreed to address everything before closing. We met with building supervisor three days before closing and even though they said they addressed all the issues, when we did the walk through it was noted that not everything was taken care of. The supervisor promised that it will all be fixed before closing. We met again few hours before closing and did a final walk through. During this time, the remaining issues had been addressed and we proceeded to close later that day. It was just disappointing that a new home had so many flaws. Love our house. Every one we dealt with was great

I was kept informed of progress every step of the way. All of my concerns were addressed promptly, the builder truly went above and beyond my expectations.

We love our new Pulte home! It has luxuries that we never dreamed we could afford. The home is affordable and comfortable. The new neighborhood is also very nice and well planned. Our realtor has been very helpful.

I wish I could give this more positive review. Initial Purchase: Plain. Nothing special to speak of. Our sales agent was very lackadaisical. Could care less if we bought or not. Design and options selection: stressful experience. Very rushed and not enough time given to make informed and carefully weighed selections. During the build: this might have been the only fun part. Did receive regular updates on what was happening week after week. Final Inspection: this was a hot mess. The Builder was not prepared even after given 4 weeks notice. Lots of "critical" problems identified by our inspector. Quality of home: I've been in this house for 2 months and I can hear the plywood creaking when I walk on the second floor and up and down the stairs. Many of the 2x4s within the framework of the house are in poor shape (black). The quality of materials used for this home is terrible. Value of home: What I have for what I spent is sad. I would have expected a whole lot more for almost $450K. Builders team: this team was divided into two people . One person was communicative and helpful, the other wasn't and just simply did not deliver. If I had to answer the question, did they do what they promised? That answer would be no. Did they respond to me in a timely fashion? Yes Would I buy from this Builder again? Absolutely not. No accountability for the subcontractors. Sloppy and hurried work is apparent throughout. ... Be very careful of doing a contingency with this company. They will start building the home prior to the contingency expiration. Get things in writing from your sales rep so that you have proof of what they tell you. Upgraded cabinets to a level 3 and they were not installed correctly. Placed hands on stair railing end piece, with some weight behind me and it broke (inside is pressed board). Paint used on walls is poor quality (1 wipe with a washcloth and it comes right off). The only highlight to our home was our Project Manager Mike was friendly and is working hard to help fix our problems. We are currently setting up our new home with 2 holes in the wall a broken pendant light and several spots that still need fixed. Main regret is we wish we would have went with a different builder. If you decide to use Pulte as your builder take the time to meet and ask questions to the other residents in the development regarding their experiences (most of our neighbors our unhappy with the quality of the homes) if we had talked to any of them beforehand we would not have purchased a home through Pulte. Also, be careful of picking out your lots... ask detailed questions about will it look the same when my house is built on it... Lot was flat when we picked it out... they created a berm in our backyard that took away about 6' x 68' foot of our yard and now we have to pay and add'l 10,000 dollars for a retaining wall. I am very happy with my new Pote home. The building quality is excellent. The only negative is that Pulte rushed me through the process of selecting structured and unstructured items. The turnaround was too quick,, which was two and three weeks. For such a large price investment, we need more time.

Basic construction pretty good. Finish work less than expected. Only been in house for six weeks so still discovering the “warts”.

Pulte were very transparent with us throughout the process and I felt like they looked out for my interests as well as their own. The home is fantastic and we feel like we got good value. The sales rep and site foreman were both extremely professional and helpful. I couldn’t recommend them both more.

Scott was incredible throughout our entire building experience. He sent us images every Friday so that we could see the progress since he knew we weren't able to visit that often. He also kept in close contact with us and let us know of any urgent updates along the way. Scott even went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us when we asked him to add an outlet outside! Carlin (at the front office) was also wonderful to work with! She was personable and so easy to work with through the home purchasing process. We love our Pulte home!!

We enjoyed our purchasing experience from the first time walked into the sales office to the day we got keys in hand. Everyone was fantastic to communicate with as wel. Thank you, Pulte!

Our new Fans Pulte home is everything we hoped it would be! The quality is amazing and the look and craftsmanship are awesome! We loved that our project manager Chris was on top of everything and in close contact with us always! The build was a very easy and rewarding experience and we couldn't be happier with the finished product!

Overall we were pleased with our new home.
