Pulte was great and very helpful

The home is gorgeous. My wife and I are proud to call the home built by Pulte as our home. Trusting it was built with care consideration is in question. Material seems to be high quality but the workmanship is below average. We found areas that were not sealed, parts damaged such as shelves that were cleverly hidden, the trees died outside within a week of moving in, windows scratched with a knife (assuming to remove the plastic cover), and the list goes on. It hasn't been even a month yet. The saving grace is the responsiveness of the build manager. Pulte gives a 30 day support after closing to take care of issues we find. The build manager is very positive and willing to help. From the build manager I can tell Pulte hires their direct employees with focus on experience. Really great experience from the initial inquiry all the way to closing. Was kept well informed of the process, and the team was a pleasure to work with. The few (minor) issues we have experienced in the month since move-in have been addressed quickly.

As with any construction there will be some issues. Pulte is very responsive.

3 main issues throughout the 19 month construction process...yes...19 months. 1.) Poor communication throughout the organization 2.) Poor timeliness in the building timeline 3.) Quality of workmanship was below average. If you're looking for a builder with a lack of attention to detail, poor communication, and blatant basic construction flaws, then Pulte is your company. A company that is clearly interested in THEIR bottom line. Worst buying experience I've ever had in my life.

From the initial sales team to the closing team, everyone I worked with at Pulte was kind, patient, and helpful in addressing all of my questions and concerns. We now have a great house with peace of mind on its quality. For anyone considering a new build, I would highly recommend Pulte.

Home and process was overall good.

Pulte goes over everything very carefully from buying process to finished home.

The home materials used and workmanship are high quality, the Pulte team of people have been excellent to work with. Their support was crucial since our move was cross country and the team delivered! During the construction process there were virtually no major issues causing delay. The timing was accurate and home was well worth the value for the money.

Our construction foreman was fabulous, over 20 years with the company and he communicated all the time and was very responsive to our needs. We found the process from lot selection to finally inspection seamless and completely acceptable. Communications with sales, finance and project manager were excellent and never felt in the dark about the process. Closing was completed in 30 minutes, a new record for us. We would recommend Pulte to anyone looking for a custom home for a fair price.

Pulte homes has one of the best customer service. And it gives me peace of mind. Usually, after closing, you don’t hear from the builder anymore. But pulte homes have a 30 day window to check if there’s any other issues after closing.

I asked a lot of questions because I am a first time buyer. Pulte was very responsive and answered my questions no problem.

The position of ceiling light is not reasonable, I bought a 8-bed house, but there is no light above the dinning table, very strange.
