We were very satisfied with our Pulte home experience. Expectations were established from the beginning so there were no surprises along the way. The weekly updates from the Pulte staff were ideal. Zachary and Nick were always pleasant, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the process. We are very happy with the quality of the home. Pulte's ability to stand behind its warranty is very important to us as well. We would recommend Pulte to anyone looking for a reputable production builder.

There are a lot of little quality issues. I felt rushed through and not truly given a punch/quality walk through. Now have a safety issue and rather than discuss the issue with me people just showed up and in a poor attempt to fix without any notification the work was going to be preformed. I think communication has been horrible since we have closed.

We are very satisfied with the purchase of our Pulte home. The Field Manager is a very able and pro-active person. Always willing to listen and ready to solve your problem. The same can be said for the Warranty manager. Had a few minor issues and was taken care of in a timely manner. Will recommend any buyer to purchase a home built by Pulte

Pulte did not meet our expectations with respect to the quality of workmanship of the house. There were so many drywall issues before closing which Pulte didn't bother fixing and asked us to close the home first and rest will be taken care right after closing. It's been 6 weeks since we moved in and our drywalls were not fixed as promised. They kept postponing dates and only performed temporary fixes and not resolving the issue as a whole. Due to this we are unable to settle down in the house as quickly as we could. If I could build a home all over again, I would go with a different builder.

The sales transaction, the build and the loan processing was super easy and without issues. The Pulte staff was very responsive throughout the build. I would recommend Pulte to anyone buying a home.

Our Sales associate was excellent. Very knowledgeable about the homes, the products and services. Our Super (person in charge of overseeing our home) is excellent. He is very responsive to my call and texts, gets things done in a timely manner.

Every Pulte employee was a joy to work with from start to finish. All were clear, concise, professional, and friendly. Up until closing weekly updates were given and appreciated. In my opinion, workmanship and materials used are far from excellent. This includes sheet rock, paint, flooring, studs placed at 24 inches, lighting selections, and energy efficiency. The wind blows right through my front door. Since closing it had Ben difficult to get information and timelines for exterior work such as grading and concrete. The development is going to be beautiful and the location is perfect for me.

Pulte responds to minor issues in a timely manner. However, I have no driveway, only rocks and front steps that are pressed wood. Very unsafe. Have lived here almost a month and they say “soon.” Why? It’s almost June. My back porch is about 4 feet off the ground. No railings.

3rd time building a Pulte home. This last home building experience was terrible. Workmanship was terrible and the materials used super cheap. Nothing was done on time. If you are not persistent nothing will get fixed. You hear the same complaints from the neighbors. No flexibility on adding options after the build is started. Example additional lighting when the electricians have not started wiring the house. I’m shocked Pulte would not reach out or try to accommodate a 3rd time customer. I would not recommend Pulte this time.

Overall, we love our new home. We were sold on the floorplan almost as soon as we walked into the home the very first time - we definitely feel like Pulte has listened to people and designed a home that truly works for families. Our Project Manager Ian was fantastic to work with - he kept us updated about the project and how we were progressing. He took care of the concerns we had and did everything in his power to ensure issues were resolved in a timely manner. Unfortunately, the cast of sub-contractors left something to be desired at times. We did not feel like some of the crews respected this space as our new home. There were multiple messes made throughout the project, with trash and food scraps left in the home at the onset of the project all the way through a drywall mess dropped all over our newly installed gas cook top. It was disappointing that the men that call themselves tradesmen and craftsmen were willing to leave their work in such poor conditions. We would have greatly appreciated just a little bit of care and respect from these crews. To be clear, there were some trades that were very respectful of our home and took the proper measures to show their respect. We understand that at times there is little that can be done to correct the actions of these contractors, but their actions do reflect poorly on the overall building experience, in our opinion. At the end of the day, we would recommend Pulte to our friends and family members if they were considering them as a builder. Still have issues with the refrigerator and light switches in the kitchen. Also, master bath shower surround has scratches that need to be addressed.,

Do not buy a Pulte home unless you like fixing things yourself or having contractors coming and going once you move in. Our home was not nearly complete yet our scheduled closing was fast approaching. We were assured that it would be done in time. Pulte scheduled what they term as a "Build Quality Celebration" AKA final walkthrough 3 days before closing (side note - there was almost zero leeway as to the time and date Pulte required this to be done). The walkthrough was anything but a "celebration". The LACK of quality workmanship and things that were not complete was appalling! We made a list of everything that needed to be fixed or completed in 3 days and let them know that we would not sign closing documents if the home was still a mess. We were informed that we would be in breach of contract if we did not close and that we had 30 days to let contractors into our home for any "punch list" 0repairs. Our question to them was why would we take time off of work and let contractors back in to a bang around, and make a mess when they couldn't get it right the first time? Their response was that they don't send the same people. So they save the GOOD contractors when there are complaints? Seriously? I wish that I could post photos of the shoddy workmanship. If you have dreams of building a new home and think that it will be beautiful when you move it, do NOT buy a Pulte home. ... More

Landscaping and hydro seeding could be more timely, outstanding issue on Dryer Wall Outlet resulting in potential Dryer Warranty Issue.

We were rushed into a quick closing and we do not presently live nearby. So far, we are simply dissatisfied with the warranty department and their inability to resolve urgent issues quickly. We had a flood of water come through the front door May 6, in a rainstorm. It’s rain season and this isn’t fixed yet. This issue has not been taken seriously as we thought it should have been resolved by the end of that week the latest. We would say that we have some lack of trust with Pulte Homes. As well, it’s difficult to speak to anyone without a message machine. That’s not working too well either. There is no comfort in waiting for a return phone call. ... More

Not trustworthy, they ignore issues that are brought to their attention. Rude foreman, lied to us several times. I will not buy from them again.

Working with Pulte on my new home build was absolutely amazing. From the beginning of this process from the sales associate Nick to the project manager Ryan to the design team and especially all of the excellent construction workers who took out their time to pay attention to all of the special intricate details of my home. I would recommend Pulte to anyone looking to purchase a home.

It was a pleasure working with Pulte Homes throughout the entire home building process. The Pulte team was easy to work with, responsive to questions and very helpful. If you’re looking to build a high quality, new home, I highly recommend Pulte. The company is truly a class act.

We had a very pleasant buying experience with Pulte Homes at Boca Flores and we are very very happy with our new home! The sales team is very knowledgeable and helpful. We purchased a spec home from Pulte with many nice upgrades. Consider a spec home here if you need to move in soon.

Overall great experience from start to finish. We are very happy with our new home. The hardest part was determining what options we would choose. Cost was the deciding factor on what options we chose. Pulte has been great to work with. They took care of all our concerns.

Quality is deteriorating than earlier deliveries. I moved from 14 yr old Pulte home to new home built by Pulte and next day onwards started having water leaks, A/C faults, un-wired utilities, site grading issue and the list goes on. Should never get into agreement that has a potential to close at Quarter end - they rush and deliver sub-standard homes.

Good experience and amazing project manager. We just felt the pride we paid didn’t equal the quality of material used to build the home.

Make sure your electrical outlets are not put in the corners where walls meet in the bathrooms. Get salesmen’s promises in writing. Don’t buy a model without speaking to an owner of one. Be prepared to be at home for “Punch lists” to be addressed.

Bought our house in the Sterling @ West Hills community in California back in March 2019. The experience was very positive from the sales process, thru the closing to delivery. The value we received for the price we paid was excellent! So far all service requests have been fulfilled in a quick and professional manner! We are very happy with the choice we made with Pulte Homes!
