What I would tell prospective homebuyers would be to run far and fast away from Pulte homes! This is my 3rd Pulte home and it will be my last. The quality of the work in the house is abysmal! There is basically zero responsiveness to issues. If there is any sort of followup it’s only when asked multiple times and then the work still doesn’t get completed. The finishes are sloppy and careless and if I couid go back in time knowing what I know now I would never have purchased this home.

Too limiting on what we could do during construction. Choices were not all first class. We looked at the cost associated with several changes and decided to do that after we moved in. I wish we had been able to order appliances other than the signature brand (i.e.Wolf)

The purchase of our Pulte home was very enjoyable experience. Everyone we worked with were very helpful and took care of any concerns or questions we had. Our on-site construction manger (Danny) was extremely helpful with every question or concern we had! All issues were taken care of to our satisfaction! We are now enjoying our new home!

Practically every wall in the home is crooked and/or out of plumb, the tile floor we paid nearly $30k to “upgrade” is laid so poorly that it has to be completely torn out and redone, the framing is so out of square in the garage that the garage door hangs off the slab by inches, windows damaged, paint drips and overspray everywhere, garage insulation and office sound deadening options we paid nearly $10k extra for simply weren’t installed, the cabinets are damaged and misaligned, windows are damaged, door trim is beat up and damaged, lights installed a foot off-center in the bathroom, the ...

Construction manager changed last minute so very little continuity in support. Closing date was also randomly set without any room for negotiation which was ridiculous.

We had built previously in carpenters mill and were excited to build again with Pulte. This experience was even better than the last (which was also great!). Cannot recommend a Pulte home more.

Be sure that you know what you’re going to get for your final product. Our home was to include a two car garage. Due to poor grading of the lot, extra stairs were needed to get into the house through the garage. And therefore two cars do not fit in our garage. And Pulte is not willing to compensate us for the loss of value for our home.

Construction team were very impressive and took care of all the issues that were open. Didn’t had a great experience with pulte mortgage. There was lot of gap between pulte mortgage officer and title company.

Travis is the guy you must talk to if you visit “6 Creeks” in Kyle. He is the man! He went the extra mile to take care of us and he guided us through the process like we were family. From my initial visit to the development of new homes to finally purchasing the home, the whole process was very smooth. The initial sales agent worked with me at every step, ensuring my transition to the new home was accomplished in record time. I was able to.move into a move in ready home with many amenities and incentives. Everyone was and has been very helpful, including the construction manager.

We purchased our Pulte home with the understanding that we were buying into a gated community. This was stated on the website and confirmed by our sales agent. This was a major factor in our decision, and we were extremely disappointed to find out after signing our agreement and deposit that this was not the case. Beautiful community with great resort style amenities and very friendly people. The Pulte sales person Derek was great and the quality of the homes are above average. Although we had a very good buying experience with Pulte, I would definitely not recommend using Pulte Mortgage for financing.
