My husband and I had a very smooth process in purchasing our beautiful home. The layout is beautiful and perfect for our lifestyle, and we were very happy with the service provided through the Pulte team.

Great staff and excellent process.

This was our 8th home/condo purchase in 50 years.. Pulte did a fine job thru the whole process. It was definitely one of our best experiences.

Great community, hard working people

Pulte delivered!! Jesse was awesome. Andrew was a godsend. We were overwhelmed moving from another state and both of these Pulte employees made sure we were informed; eased our anxiety and built trust in the process. Our home is exactly what we expected. Our design elements work so well together (thanks Shane) and the quality is top notch. Andrew in sales answered EVERY question I had even if it wasn’t his “domain”. Jesse tended to every detail. We made friends in this process and we highly recommend Pulte Builders to anyone looking to customize their home building dreams!! Thank you Pulte!

Probably a less common experience as we purchased a spec home. Home was finished about 10 days before closing. Overall happy with the house/value. We had a few issues noted before closing that were fixed but it took over 6 weeks after moving in to have the issues resolved. Issues were with contractors showing, being late, or miscommunication. Two months in we are loving the house and haven’t had any new issues. Would recommend

The construction crew, customer care, sales agent, morgage team, closing and insurance teams are always knowledgeable, professional, and quick to respond. I Would definitely recommend Pulte Home to any of my friends or family as they are quality builder that I can trust!

We said we’d never build a new home as friends of ours told us it was very stressful. We are pleased to say that between the excellent help and steadfast communication between our realtor Monica at the Raines group in New Albany, Dana at Pulte Sales at Nottingham Trace, and Leigh the Construction Manager we had a wonderful experience and are now moved into our forever home. Our home is comfortable, beautiful and great quality. We feel confident they would deliver a stress free experience for you.

So far Everything has been Great

We are very impressed with the quality of our new home as well as our sales agent during the process. Michele, our sales agent, has been incredibly responsive at all times of the day and is very pleasant to work with. The construction manager Joe is also fantastic and wastes no time getting things fixed if any small issues come up. The mortgage arm is another story, unfortunately. It was incredibly stressful and there were at least 3 separate times during the process when we felt it would be worthwhile to pull out of the purchase and eat the lost deposit in the house. It seems like there were daily changes in the valuation of our assets and reserves and no clear communication as to why this was happening. We also believe they were too lax in the pre-approval process. They decided to ignore a huge chunk of our assets near the closing date because they felt like it. We spent several late nights trying to justify how Pulte Mortgage came up with the valuation du jour. even after closing, we learned that we had two homeowners insurance policies and Pulte Mortgage never told us and also didn’t tell us that our insurer had sent several notices to them regarding a lack of payment. From the minute we obtained our lot through the closing process, everyone we dealt with was professional, knowledgeable and very patient. We would especially like to mention Sammy and Colton who walked with us every step of the way.

We looked at a lot of new builder homes for 6 months prior to buying our Pulte Home but we just kept coming back to this home / tract. Pulte had so much more to offer from the design and the layout of the home to the included patio. The Pulte Experience starting with the Sales Office to the Construction Supervisors and finishing with the Customer Service Department is thee best!
