An excellent fast and safe experience

We would like to thank Colton and Mike. They made the process of building a new home go by seamlessly. Mike was always available to help on the buying side and Colton was always near by on the build side. Since this was my first time buying a new home from scratch, I was there daily, observing every step of the process. It’s very exciting watching your home come together and then finally getting the keys. We are very pleased with our new home from Pulte!

We are thrilled w our Pulte home- and the number one reason is our construction head Lee Roy! Throughout the process, he kept us informed weekly & always returned our questions in a timely fashion. Professional with a great smile, Lee Roy put us at ease and made us comfortable & confident in the process. He made our house a home. Thank YOU- Lee Roy!!!!!

Our project construction manager was amazing. He kept us informed throughout the building process along with Hanna our sales consultant.

We came in buying a completed spec build. The sales rep Craig was great, gave us a great deal and very helpful along the way. The site manager Brian has been a wealth of knowledge and very responsive to small little things we noticed even after close. Overall great experience and we are enjoying the house!

The new home was a perfect design for our needs. It provided a bedroom and small living room for our daughter to live in.

The buying process was good and smooth. The associates and builder representatives are friendly and efficient. Everything went well without major blockers.

Fine quality homes and exceptional Pulte Team service!

My experience as a first-time home buyer was amazing from the moment that I walked into the sales office! I was greeted by the sales agent Jacqueline and immediately felt comfortable zero pressure or sales tactics, didn't even consider looking at any other properties I chose the model on this property but Jacqueline did want me to see other homes on the property before I made my decision, I appreciated the fact that she took the time for that before just jumping on closing the sale of a higher priced unit. still chose the higher price and I love the home and property highly recommend Pulte Homes ...
