We purchased a home in February 2025. As we were relocating from a different state we were very happy with the willingness to work with us from virtual viewings to virtual signing. Travis in sales and Josh the superintendent were amazing to work with. Josh was available for questions and fixed every concern promptly. Would definitely buy from pulte again

Great experience with the Sales Associate, James, throughout the entire sales process. Construction Manager, Darren, provided weekly updates regarding the progress of our house being built. Warranty Rep, Sam, has been very responsive. Experience with the Title Company during closing was a seamless electronic process. Pulte builds a quality home and satisfied with the entire process. However, not satisfied that cabinets and irrigation systems are not covered after closing. Fair at best. Typically, no response unless repeated messages sent over days. Also, the various workers did not take pride in their work. They just wanted to get the work done as fast as possible and not make an effort to do a good job.

I’m about 95% happy with my new home, and overall, it’s been a great experience! Everyone I interacted with was fantastic—especially the builder and the community, which really exceeded my expectations. The only hiccup I encountered was a lack of flexibility around the closing date. Good overall experience. Faster build time than we expected. We had a few issues that were addressed as they came up throughout the building process. I wish they had better quality appliances as their standard options and I did not like the vendor they partner with for technology equipment and installation (security system and TV wall mounts).

Is anyone actually reading this review? Never hear anything back after submitting reviews. Sales personnel, design center personnel, and title closing personnel were all good to work with. Lack of caring about quality by contractors and project managers is evident. 1. Paint all over vinyl flooring (still there) 2. We are among several new homeowners who do not yet have our sod. We were somewhat disturbed to see completed, but yet unsold homes get sod prior to our lots. It is not a good look for your company. It is not the way to treat your customers.

Do not go with Pulte Mortgage even if they are offering incentives. Their rates are way high compared to other sources. In addition, the sales consultant at our community is the really bad with communication. He kept us waiting without confirming accurate details that led to delay in closing and costing us with late fees. Its a good community but the experience with Pulte hasn't been great!
