Matthew Wemple And Sabrina Lozada were amazing. The process was so easy, straightforward, and stress free. The whole Pulte team really did make this a smooth experience.

The house seem to have been built well. There are few issues that were promised to be complete by the we closed, which they weren't due to trades team availability, even though they were on site at neighboring new builds. We are finding quality issues as we live longer in the house, but that is expected with the new builds. We've also experienced issues with the solar company not being responsive and we've had few issues where the house lost all power due to SunRun configuration. Reaching out to SunRun support , we were told that they aren't able to help and that we need to hire an electrician to fix the electricity configuration issue. We had to hire an outside electrician to come and correct the issue and adjust the configuration that SunRun misconfigured for our house. ... More

Some communication issues initially, but team was very responsive to address our concerns and we ended up happy with the home quatlity and finishes.

Jared our construction supervisor was excellent to work with. He answered all of our questions and went above and beyond to make sure we kept up to date with the building progress. He made sure the home was closed and cleaned up each and every evening. Brad also went above and beyond with any issues that needed to be taken care of during our walk through and any warranty issues. We had a few issues after moving in and they were immediately taken care of. The only suggestion we have noticed so far is there needs to be more plug outlets in the garage and there should be one in the main master closet. Landscaping (there is no ground cover before they install the landscaping. We have had to remove our landscaping and put the ground cover to prevent the grass and weeds.) Sabrina was awesome from the beginning. She answered all of our questions and helped with anything we needed. Jim was very responsive with any issues that we brought up.

I wish I knew beforehand the tile grout was not sealed and that I would have to repaint the house with a gloss. Overall buying experience was good.

We've bought a few new homes over the years, and this was definitely one of the smoothest. There will always be a few flaws with a new home, this one no exception. Even so, builder was responsive and was satisfied with the results.

An initial visit to Hayford collection at Pulte in September 2025 set off a chain of events ending in a custom built home that I ended on happy and satisfied with the resulting build. Without the entire team, the results, the ***** of detail required, the amount of pre-work, and the organizational process which was hair raising stress, heart pounding joy, and a mixture of blind corner surprises registering every emotion known to humanity and then probably even some inorganic emotion not known to exist. I am a first time new build homeowner, have had multiple friends buying new homes in CA, and was highly dependent on the support of those who know it best. When the time came on who to count, one friend who is painstakingly detailed and the Pulte team made all the difference. Kudos to Mishayla, sales, and James, construction manager, who saved the day for the home many times. Now nothing is perfect and I did not get everything I wanted. There's no way to be perfect in this…and with the one year warranty, there remain to be some adjustments and repairs. Kyle is the guy that has brought the post warranty and he cares as do the rest of the team. I was lucky to have all of the team standing by. It also helped immensely by having a real estate agent that has gone through the process multiple times and can call the Pulte National office and other things picked up by her experience. She ensured my voice was heard and worked so well with my assigned Pulte Team. I could not love a team more. Well maybe some family and friend members but that's blood and decades of events. I was not prepared for the pre-work. DO THE WORK. Walk each inch of the house…where do you want lights, outlets, furniture size…every detail matters and you won't know until you find the room that's too dark or doesn't have the desired look and feel. The Pulte designers have experience to guide, but they cannot read your mind. And prepare to ask yourself to build or buy. And know that each post purchase build will be discussed with Pulte. The funny thing is even with some items missed the Pulte team picked up the slack. Just know that there are deadlines. You miss what grout color? They will probably be able to pick out the cleanest look given their experience. But if you want highly personalized neurotic? That will be lost in translation. If you aren't spending at least 15% of your time on this throughout the build, you are relying on the Pulte team to make most of the decisions. Which is fine…until it isn't. If you cannot get along with the Pulte team member, discuss with your sales member. If your meetings with design are less than 15 minutes? You are not getting the full experience. Use them as your life depends on it bc a home that will stand the test of time requires your full attention. A choice can be made to do no customization and *****. I chose to customize and not ***** because, the 1 year warranty to fix and also to have people who have done it on the same model over and over is worth the premium for me. I've discussed with neighbors who did partial custom, all custom, or no custom. It's clear that all or no custom has more satisfied owners…and especially with the Pulte service ***** and warranty. Those who did some custom…they know they save money but not time. And the house flow was much harder to align leading to mixed satisfaction. My one gripe is kitchen and bathroom counters for granite and countertops. Don't assume the model will be the same as yours. ASK QUESTIONS!!! and treat your Pulte team and ***** agent with the respect they deserve. The real heroes do the work behind the scenes. I found out about some later and it made me feel incredibly supported and somewhat dumbfounded. This is home to me and not a building. Thanks Pulte and Erica!!! ... More

The Pulte team members at the ***** location were kind, knowledgeable, understanding and so helpful. Jessica, Darin and Dakota were amazing to work with throughout the process.

Great experience with Pulte. The entire home building process went very smoothly.

Start to finish was great and easy to complete. House is very well built and had a lot of options. Only area that could improve is the underwriting team, they seemed to ask for items that have never come up in previous purchases that we not relevant to home buying. All worked out in the end and would still highly recommend Pulte. Building my manage Joe was amazing.

I'd say they are all about getting their high ***** reviews right after you close but the follow-up for the few minor things I've had has been way less personalized with this portal. Kevin is just a QR code never seen or heard from since brief initial pre close review. There are some things reported to Pulte and ***** concerned on over lot next door and then to be putting in a French drain as the lot doesn't drain well which seems to pull into my lot. My driveway well after a rain the pavers are still soaked wet while my neighbors next door have dried out?

My experience with Pulte was exceptional from start to finish. From Brandie C. my salesperson, *****, my project manager, my insurance agent all were communicative throughout the build process, through to my closing. I am so pleased with the entire process and the final result, in knowing I have a beautiful, quality built, Pulte home. A truly wonderful experience! Thank you Pulte Team for my beautiful new home!!

The construction manager was very helpful during the whole built. The sales rep Elliott was very responsive too. A great experience overall so far

Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience so far. Everyone has been great to work with and responds promptly if an issue arises. We have only had 2 warranty claims and both have been responded to expeditiously. Kayla and Nick have been a joy to work with. Very happy with our experience!

Our sales consultant and construction manager were wonderful, very knowledgeable and helpful. Our design center experience was perfect. We only moved in last week even though we took possession in mid May. I'm unable to comment on warranty work yet. We are pleased with Pulte and would recommend.

Overall the experience was very good. It is definitely easier for customers to use the Pulte services but is not necessary. When I moved in some things needed to be fixed and this was done without complaint. Stand-out individuals were Andrea and Holly at the closing office. They were completely helpful in every way. Also Jamie the ***** came to see the issues with the condo (minor) and a lot of useful suggestions including finding the garage door openers!! The condo itself is well made and has all sorts of features that make it special including the neighborhood itself

We are truly thrilled with our Pulte home. We watched the entire process and were met with open and honest communication throughout. We feel our home was built with quality! My huge issue is warranty.. Pulte is refusing to fix our cracked driveway.. it extends from the garage to the street. While not their fault, it falls on them because of who they contracted concrete with. Very poor quality and beyond upsetting when we've spent this much money. So my biggest piece of advice.. try to get things fixed before closing.

The construction of the home is ok but the first 2 weeks I lived in the home I had no ac. There is a known issue in the neighborhood with the Lennox units with multiple homes. The contracted ac company should of replaced the unit instead of making me wait for a part. The response to the fact I had no ac was subpar even when I escalated the issue up the Pulte ladder. The units are clearly ***** and should be replaced. The purchase of a new home should of been an exciting time but was one of the most miserable few weeks of my life.

I recently brought town house with Pulte. Till buying and signing everything was really good but after moving in, I felt service is not good. I had two doors to be fixed on my final inspection and the contractor even wrote someone will reach out for appointment to fix them but since 1.5 months no one contacted me. While contacting them back, I received no response. Also, many trees in frontage of house were dying when I moved in. Initially I thought they would replace them but they didnot move any of them and neighbors had experience receiving standard response that those things are out of scope after sale. ... More

Homebuying experience was very good. Quality of workmanship was average, however the painters are horrible. The decks in this development were not finished and have exposed wood, which looks horrible and leaves us scrambling for material to finish the job because the color has been discontinued. For the price of these homes, that is embarrassing. I gave an average for trustworthiness because we were very much interested in another model because of the first floor master and was told that extending the deck (which is riduculously small and insulting for the price, was not an option, however there are homes in here that are extending that very same deck on that model. Several other answers became obvious that were incorrect. Responsiveness to issues is not perfect, but thus far, Dan ***** and Kelley ***** have been wonderful. The warranty is very limited and I am still dealing with a water issue and drainage issue that, should be corrected properly, but remains to be seen. With all that said, I do enjoy my home. We have spend thousands correcting the things that will not be covered (like the crap painting) and hope that in the future, the landscaping will be addressed as the landscape company clearly does not give a damn. Some areas (ie.3rd bath-cheap plastic insert) could be better. Builder agents refused our request for pocket doors. Any changes other than builder options were refused by agents. Some customization would be nice. Sod contains tunnel grass which will eventually take over the ***** grass-use different source for sod.
