Very impressed with the home and team. Specifically Dale was great.

We moved to South Carolina from Oregon. We wanted a quality home where we could continue to raise our children in a house that embellished the beauty and splendor of the Low Country. We had no intention of building but happened on Pullte models in Malind Bluff in Okatie, and my Wife and Daughters and I fell in love with the Colonial model. Once we committed, we were excited to see the progress from the first shovel-start all of the way to "key day". We cannot say enough good things about our builder Hampton. He immediately earned our respect, confidence, trust, and eventually our gratitude with the finished product of our HOME. Hampton did what he said he was going to do throughout the process, was attentive and responsive, and was acurate with his time estimations. Once we moved in, Hampton told us that we might discover things needed to be addressed as we settle into our house. He told us he was there if we needed him. Hampton has been amazingly responsive to these issues, which I can honestly say, have been minor in nature. Our home is well built and of high quality. When Hurricane Debbie blew through South Carolina, we were a week in our home. We felt safe and had "0" issues. I feel like we got what we paid for in our HOME and more. Construction manager, Tyler was great. I live about 900 miles away. Every week, Tyler sent pictures to show the progress. On the final walk through there was a problem with my kitchen sink. Tyler had it replaced immediately. I'm so happy he was assigned as my construction manager.

The experience was great. I had updates every step of the way. It was a long 6 months of waiting for my home to be built but I loved the process. Everyone was informative and answered all the questions we had.

Our home buying experience was great from the minute we met our sales rep to the day we picked-up our house keys! Every team member was knowledgeable, respectful, and always responded quickly to our questions and concerns. After we moved in the follow-up to make sure all was well was excellent. We were very impressed with the whole organization.

Pulte salesman Bryan was so easy to deal with, and he explained everything and answered all questions. He was exceptionally patient and knowledgable, and went above and beyond during the entire process. Construction Manager, also named Bryan was also exceptional. He explained every detail of the building process and was immediately available to answer all calls and texts. I give them both 5 Stars!

Hello, Please be aware that Chris the Construction Manager made my experience as an out of town Buyer seamless and without stress. He answered all my questions at walk through and followed through with everything that needed to be corrected. He texted and sent me pictures showing this, even after Closing and after I had gone back to my home state. I am a realtor of 18 years and can highly recommend all the professionals at Pulte I interacted at with.

There were a variety of floor plans and options to choose from, making the design center experience enjoyable. Receiving email updates with pictures of the building process was a nice touch. The final walkthrough before closing was a helpful opportunity to identify any issues to address before completing the sale.

Mick was responsive to all our needs. He planned regular visits for us to see the construction. He listened and made changes we asked for. He has come by several times to help with irrigation and answer questions. Top notch person. So personable.

We have been in our home for 30 days now and love our decision. We had a wonderful and seamless experience through the building process and appreciate the level of attention we received from start to finish. I would absolutely work with Pulte again.

Sales representative Cheryl was very informative, told us of options and responded to all of our questions and concerns. Our Closing was seamless and only took 40 minutes. The project manager, did our Walkthrough and addressed 2 minor concerns we had. Overall, so happy with the Pulltie systems and processes. Js

We had the most wonderful experience with Javier! He answered all of questions and always went above and beyond. On the warranty side we have dealt with John who has always been wonderful to work with.

This is second house purchase from Pulte. Love the construction , trust and response for any questions. All process went well smoothly.

I relocated to Florida from New York. The Pulte Home is the Ideal Home for living in with Love and Peace of our family to reside in. We will introduce our friends and relatives with Pulte Home when they want to relocate to Weslyn Park. Michael

Everything went smoothly with my new homebuying experience with Pulte from sales, options selection, good quality construction, and good communication with construction manager.

Myniesh in the Sales office was great! She deserves all the credit for my good experience. From day 1, she took the time a year and a half ago to talk to me when I was not ready to buy. I told her I was planning a move and although I wasn't ready yet, she encouraged me to come back when I was. I came back a year later, to put a deposit on the home but had some hurdles with selling my other home; I was contingent. Myneish was always there as a great support and she helped me so much with the process! The Pulte Loan process was great and they were very competent and efficient. They really know their job and they made it so seamless for me! Mauricio was great too when we did our walk thru! He had my home ready quickly and was so good at sharing the features of the home when I did my walk. The house itself is amazing and I am so lucky to have found Pulte Homes. As a first time home owner I was confident the entire way and felt like everyone working on this project was easy to trust. They catered to all my questions and needs and were true professionals.

I had a great experience with purchasing my Pulte home! Any issues I had or if there was anything not to my liking during the building process my construction manager was great about getting them addressed. There was constant communication as my home was being built with weekly updates on the progress. I would buy another Pulte home in the future.

Our contract and buying experience with Erik was a pleasure. Erik made us feel valued as new home buyers and every step of the way was ready to handle and help us through any challenges or concerns we had. Billy was our construction manager, and we really feel like he went above and beyond to ensure we were built a quality house. We did experience things during the process that were outside of Billy’s control, but he was very quick to make those things right to the best of his ability. On a side note: the painting sub Pulte uses in Allen Ranch is horrible, and they need to find a new painting sub. The paint in our new house has workmanship issues and the painters make terrible messes including but not limited to runs down walls and trim work, paint on upgraded hood vent and 30k marble counters, paint on flooring and driveway pavers. We moved from Ca to Tx and this new home experience was superb! Pulte associates were very friendly and informative the entire time! We had a great experience. I would certainly recommend Pulte to others. Raymond, our construction manager, was particularly great. He was attentive to detail, listened to our requests, and answered all of our questions.

My builder Garrett made all the difference in my Pulte experience. When the sales team dropped the ball, he stepped in to make sure my house experience met my expectations. Even after moving into my house, Garrett made sure to answer my calls and make things right. He is still answering my calls to make sure my house is perfect. This is what buyers want from a builder. Someone they can trust, even after the closing date.
