This is my first new home so i did not know what to expect but everyone was very helpful and always answered my questions no matter how many i had or how often i emailed or called.

Our construction supervisor Jack S. and our sales rep Jeff S. were AMAZING! As first time home buyers they made the entire process seamless! We never felt unease when working with them. They truly went above and beyond to support us throughout the home buying process.

I love the design, very luxurious and spacious. The quality of materials is great. The house was finished in the anticipated time frame. Overall, very happy and would recommend Pulte!

When we had a question or problem, Steve always got back to us as soon as possible. We were also pleased with Jeremy who did our walk through in our new home. Smooth process, great people to work with.

I recently purchased a townhouse from Pulte Homes and I am extremely happy with my purchase. The process of buying the townhouse was made easy with the help of their dedicated sales team who were always available to answer any questions I had and guide me through the process. The townhouse itself is beautifully designed and built to a high standard. The layout is practical and efficient, and the finishes are of good quality. The community is well-maintained and offers a range of amenities such as a playground, pool and a clubhouse. The location of the townhouse is also great as it is near to grocery stores, restaurants and other amenities. Pulte Homes also offers a great warranty and maintenance program, which gave me peace of mind knowing that any issues that may arise will be addressed promptly. The whole process was seamless. Everything was explained to me along the way. I highly recommend buying homes with Pulte.

Overall, I appreciate the attention we were given by senior leadership in a tough environment for home building. We had delays but we were kept informed along the way.

There was a roof mistake during the construction but they offered us compensation and fixed the mistake. Good experience overall

Buying my home from Pulte was a great experience from start to finish. Both CJ and Justin went above and beyond to answer questions in a very timely manner, take care of issues on a pro-active basis, and advocate for us every step of the way. My experience with Pulte has been very positive. From Jennifer E, and Kyle T at the site they have been outstanding and have always been responsive to any of my requests. The community is wonderful to live in and the quality of the product is good. Minimal noise (from construction and daily traffic). I would recommend a Pulte home to everyone!!

Sales consultation was excellent, and the home delivery was done very well. Warranty on the home is a nice plus.
