Overall we had a great experience purchading a Pulte home. We now are enjoying it.

Overall, great experience with the salesperson and the construction manager. They were transparent, quick to respond, accommodating and showed great integrity. While I'm very satisfied overall with the home, there are several less than quality finishes that are requiring repair. I have not received service although the person at the warranty department was very helpful. This is my first experience with Pulte and I have to admit they are a well oiled machine and made the overall experience very easy. We live out of state but the well defined process, consistent updates with photos, and consistent contact made me feel comfortable despite not being able to visit often. From dimensions of home to poor build quality in each aspect of construction, they have used the lowest quality material possible to give homeowners their homes so that they will end up spending thousands and thousands in dollars in subsequent years while Pulte maximizes the profit. This kind of corporate greed at expense of consumer is appalling. Pulte and its employees are so rude and dont care about issues

Responsiveness to issues post construction has been severely lacking. Most times I don't even get a response to inquires on issues.

This started off as a great experience turned very frustrating. I hope no one else’s experience with Pulte was like mine. Please reach out to me for specifics buy quality control is very poor in my opinion.

Great construction quality, very responsible

Josh at the Pulte sales office in Asante was great. He never pressured us, but just kept giving us information every time we requested it, until we made our final home selection. The sales team made everything flow seamlessly. We were able to do everything electronically since we lived out-of-state.

The construction manager(Dorian) who built our home was awesome. He kept us updated every step of the way! We are excited to finally be settled in our new forever home!

The entire Pulte team was top notch…very knowledgeable, accessible and professional. They built and delivered a stunningly beautiful home. I wouldn’t change a thing.

The Pulte experience was smooth from start to finish. Transitions between the various components of the process was seamless and the very first Pulte employee contacted remained with me throughout the entire journey. Tina A. was an incredibly cheerleader reliable library for information. She created a calm in a potentially otherwise chaotic process. I’ll forever be grateful.

Home buying is an overwhelming experience. I had a good experience with Pulte my question and concern answered.

We started this in June and moved in January, and the entire process was seamless. Our complaints are with the trades. There are so many oops in our home that need to be fixed that we feel bad for the project manager. We have baseboards with dents and door frames with notches that clearly should have never passed final inspection. We have walls that had indents that the painters completely missed. Although we know it’s hard to find good workers some of these people really need to be let go. Eddie did a fantastic job of keeping me informed throughout the building process. The workers all did a good job with their workmanship. At the home inspection, very little was found, especially when compared to other people I know who were building a new home, so it was a quality job done.

The financing process went smooth and have to give Bryan at Harvest community 10 stars. He really has gone above and beyond to address any concerns and questions that we have had as well as helped both my husband and I feel welcome.

We upgraded to lvp flooring throughout the house, approximately $30k. When the final trim person painted, not taping or using edger, they got paint all around the flooring/trim, it is also in the wood grain of the lvp flooring. First they had lady cleaning with paint scrapper/rag, then tried cleaning with water, paint everywhere and it does not match the flooring we purchased. They also finally tried coretec recommendations, did not work. Then they had restoration company try to correct, still has not fixed the flooring to our satisfaction. For first walk through was totally appalled, worse condition of the many new homes I have bought, delayed close by a month bu5 flooring is still big issue. Would be happy to share pictures of the process all along, pictures of first/videos of first walk through and the final. What is disappointing is we kept hearing file warranty claim, it will never be perfect and to sell this as new flooring is terrible. You can see in area# where floor was scratched, attempted to fix using polyurethane, the floor is awful. Other things could be discussed but we will jus do as we heard and file claim which is very bad business after a person moves in. Although the interior of home build was discussed and reviewed, the exterior of the home was not even an afterthought. We were expecting to have a front porch but our model does not have one. This was quite a shock and there was no review of model exterior allowing us to believe the photos we were initially shown of ranch duplexes all had porches. Pulte very unresponsive to our disappointment, almost negligent. Contract allowed no room for discussion or alterations. The build was also delayed from what sales representative discussed. Lastly sales rep. said we could plant our yard with arborvitae as "it's your land you can do whatever you want". However, HOA has extreme restrictions on most plantings. Overall would not buy with Pulte again and could not cancel contract without losing $50,000 deposit. ... More

The quality of materials used is what drew me to the Pulte Homes at the beginning of my search for a new home. Pulte in comparison to the other builders, the Pulte Homes aren’t just cheaply put together. I also like that they offer the larger homes with large lots where you have space & privacy from your neighbors. The homes are strategically placed to give the homeowners the utmost privacy.

Wrong color cabinets and floors were installed. Unit was extremely dirty at walk through. Floors were not protected and dried mud was thought out main floor. Bath tub in one of the bathrooms was not protected during construction and had 1-2 inches of debris in it. Poor paint job through out whole place. Windows were not aligned because were kept open during freezing temperatures.Toilet was not installed properly. Water tank was not heating water hot enough and we had to adjust it twice and still not getting a good result. Water pressure is low. Construction debris were not cleaned up and stuck frozen around property. Construction manager was great and helped a lot to resolve some issues and smooth out a negative experience. ... More

I'd have liked to give 5 stars instead of 4 stars, but the inability to make changes to customize was an issue. No pocket door option, no custom-built closets, and having to buy packages of appliances with no individual appliance choices were issues for me. The home we built on the East Coast gave us these options. Our construction manager David was fabulous though.

Pulte has been a good experience. I would build from them again.

Excellent overall experience. Sales rep was outstanding in helping to design upgrades, house and lot choices, very responsive .

I have heard great things about Pulte which was the reason why I felt comfortable in investing my hard earned money in purchasing. However, now that the purchase is closed trying to get service to my new property—to which I shouldn’t be experiencing some of the issues I am with lack of quality of materials, outlets not working and cracks in doors already is quite disheartening.
