Our construction manager was incredibly awesome and worked through all the details of my new house!

There are several issues found a month after move in. a. The head/air doesnt blow to the two bedrooms farther away from the Furnace. Did Pulte test air flow out of the vents. I am confident anemometer was never used. Now running through Pulte hoops to get someone to look. Understand all my neighbours are having similar issues. b. The water pressure in shower and several taps is not adequate. Pulte sent a plumber, who cleaned up something here and there. They dont measure preassue or flow. c. The landing area hardwood is shoddy, looks like a novice did the Hardwood. d. Pulte Warranty is run by robots, cannot speak to a person. They have a basic questionnaire, and endless robotic options. We really enjoyed our home building process with Pulte! We had to stay on top of getting the minor things fixed and prioritized along the way, but we are super happy with the end result. Would definitely recommend this community to others.

Even though it’s a new home, get a home inspector. We did and they found several things that Pulte missed or didn’t make sure they were corrected.

Even though it is a brand new home I recommend hiring a independent inspector. He was able to find things we missed or would not have become aware of until down the line.

I love my new home. They did a great job. I hate Pulte mortgage. I spent two and a half days finding, printing and scanning my financial documents, but that wasn't enough for them. They wanted another dozen documents. I gave up and paid cash.

Clear communication, but workmanship is a bit mid tier.

After looking at SO many other homes, I walked into a Pulte model home and laughed out loud, saying to myself, “This is it.” I’ve been very happy with the quality and workmanship of my home. Because of supply and labor issues, a lot of small builders can’t deliver in today’s market. With Pulte you can trust that you’re going to get a great home for the price expected.

We have had nothing but positive experiences with Pulte so far in our home buying journey. Everyone has been so responsive and helpful, especially as we are moving in from out of state and so many things are different here.

We would do the whole process over again. It was so easy and everything was very organized and professional from start to finish.

From the beginning our sales rep Ashlea was fantastic at sharing information, going over the information needed to help us with our home. Jeff B was amazing general manager for the project. He kept us informed throughout the process.

I liked the interactive floorpan with measurements along with the furniture tools. This was helpful to plan for an unbuilt home. Seeing a model with furniture is also helpful. I feel like the home is solid/well built. The tile floor was done perfectly but the bathrooms are still being worked on. If I had to do it over again I would have chosen the tub shower route - the huge expensive walk in shower is not worth the money. There is no hand held shower, and it feels like a waste of space. I also thing the secondary bedrooms are small and the master closet and dining area are huge - space could be allocated better but overall it works. I did like the option to have the three car garage not be tandem and have the third bedroom with its own bath but it also feels like a totally separate pert of the house - could be good could be bad. I really wanted a fenced area for my dogs and thought I had that figured out - after closing and after the landscaping was already in, it became much harder. I would have done my pool differently. I think there could be more communication between the builder and the other entities that are brought in - pool folks, tech guys, etc. The tech guys are the most confusing as they have different people contacting me with different company names and their services and deposits are hard to keep straight. If I had seen the model with the fence around the pool with grassy area, I would have really liked that and would have just screened in the lanai. The upgrade items are pricey! Overall I am figuring things out and happy with the home. Would have felt better to go slower since we had so much time anyway. I ended up using Pulte Mortgage but it wasn't till the last minute that they offered a better deal than a competitor. Horrible, horrible,horrible,horrible, my 3rd home builder and it was the worst.. lesson learned will never buy a Pultie home again.
