This was the best build we have had. Communication throughout the build process was excellent. The quality is superb.

I am moved to spend my time writing this review because of The Builder- Mark- I had a rocky start with Pulty initially but this justifies the adage that goes - all is well that ends well! The builder did a great job. During the interviews,I had the opportunity to see how my home is built. The builder explained the process in such a way that the average man was able to follow what was going on. The builder displayed patience, compassion, and excellence. The builder, Mark reassured me that my home will be impressive when done. And it is! The builder kept to his word and that is what really matters Thank you so much Mark for the good job you did. The personnel at Pulte were a pleasure to work with. They were all knowledgeable, helpful and responsive. I like the way the home was built. This is my fourth new home build, my first home build with Pulte and the most enjoyable experience. There is no home build out there that is cheap. There was other value put into the home whose cost could easily be dismissed. In our case, stove dishwasher, microwave, lawn, sprinkler and landscape were included. Because of their size, build delays were minimal and still delivered as promised.

The whole Pulte team was great during the home buying process.

Built to last. Other than a newly planted tree, not a single bit of damage to this new house. Amazing!

My wife and I originally wanted to go ground up as far as our next home was concerned. The neighborhood we chose wouldn’t have anything ready until next spring and with the way interest rates were rising, that wouldn’t have been smart. We were shown a spec home that checked 90% of our non negotiables and made an offer. The home has been spectacular thus far and can’t wait to continue to make this space ours for years to come.

Pulte made our build experience great even though we were not in Florida. They kept us well informed throughout the process with weekly updates and pictures and there were no surprises when we closed on our new home.

Communication was huge for me. PulteMortgage kept me well informed of progress of my home being built. The builders were amazing.

Laura and Jeff are easily approachable and kept us informed from day 1 till our move in. Jeff scheduled regular video calls and kept us up-to-date with the status of construction. He completed the home on time and within schedule which helped us tremendously as we were moving from out of state and selling our home there. They did an excellent job and the work was done in a timely and professional manner. We felt welcomed in our new home and all credit goes to Jeff and Laura. Thank you for making our house a home.

The home we purchased is beautiful and with great quality. During the home building process, we got updates and outstanding services from building supervisor, Ivan. It took a little longer than expected to get the home built. But we are satisfied overall.

Aside from a slow start out of the gate and delays due to materials, we have been very satisfied. From Mario our responsive salesperson to Adam our amazing construction site manager and the Pulte customer service people we have spoken with since moving in, this has been a very good experience. We love the home and feel it is well built and built to last!

We love our new Pulte home and Gretchen was extremely helpful during the buying process. We closed escrow in less than 30 days. I would recommend buying a Pulte home. They are very well built.

The Engineer construction named Grant ,he is the best .He always did what he promised.He worked hard from the beginning to the end ,house finished on time.The sale man Mike,he is friendly,happy answered all our questions.Great team ! Good work !

Pulte group has been great! The friendly team has always been reachable and responsive throughout our journey with them. Since they have all the sister-companies to take care of all the concerns of home-buying needs such as Title, insurance, etc. The warranty support and maintenance has been great so far. There were some delays due to COVID-19, Supply shortage, labor shortage, etc. However. Pulte kept us updated on what to expect.
