Amazing Customer Service! Everyone has been great. Angel helped me through the sales process, Heather went above & beyond in my closing, & Lincoln did the same when it came to initial move-in issues. Absolutely HORRIBLE workmanship. Building the house was a nightmare, my floor plan was messed up multiple times, my items that were installed were incorrect multiple times, the paint is cheap, the walls were not all the way sanded down, the work looks cheap and there are multiple things that still need to be fixed including the leaking pipes. Would love to share pictures if you give me a link to upload. Not worth the 1.2 million dollars and would not recommend to anyone I know.

Overall we are happy with the home. However, the more time we spend on our home, the more realize that the builder materials and workmanship isn't exactly as we expected. Paint is basic and cheap. Landscaping have issues that they don't agree to fix in full. We are starting to notice concrete issues as well that they want to patch up but to me it seems it's just covering bigger issues with the concrete.

Viewed house physically several times before purchasing with a virtual closing.lots of on line paperwork. No real walk thru until after closing, several issues needed to be addressed that were shown to agent before closing not addressed until we were present.

We worked with Christina from Pulte on our home in Avalon Park. She is very knowledgeable and went above and beyond in answering our questions and concerns making the purchase on our home smoothly and less stressful. Our home inspection went very well with Anderson who took care of every detail that needed attention. It was all completed in one day and he had the cleaning service come to clean our home so we walked in on closing day to a beautiful brand new clean home. Can t thank both of them enough!

Last minute change in closing costs to offering incentives to investors at 5.75 but making the investors that trusted the brand to pay for points at 6.5-6.75 rate is insane. Lost my trust in pulte . Never felt stressed in buying a home with any other builder like how I felt on this home. Prices do go up and down but if an incentive of interest rate1% less than what you offer to new investors to investors who have not closed, ethically what you did by not matching the rates is absolutely wrong

Not meeting any expectations. When you ask them about providing quality of work they will mention that these are not customized home we are production builders. Not recommended

The home building experience was great. They gave update every week. Andrew toured the house before drywall and post drywall. He paid attention to every detail/issue provided by the predry wall inspection report and inspection post house was complete.The pantry could be bigger, the towel holders are not installed by default, the sweaky noise when walking on 2nd floor. The sod were dead initially, i complained and Andrew had it replaced it in a month. The salesperson should show other designs as well and not only focus on three model houses.

What was supposed to be an amazing fresh start in a new community is suddenly feeling like "a cash grab" by the builders. First, the house looks amazing, feels amazing, but then when you really get moved in you start to notice the poor craftsmanship of the house. Our first week, fire alarms constantly going off. Our second week, vents falling off the wall because not properly secured on the drywall. Our third week, I noticed how badly of a job they did on our oak staircase. My ticket was opened up 2 months ago now. The first attempt to fix it, the person came to our house for 4-5 hours ...
