Pulte home I highly recommend

Overall the construction process went pretty well. They were highly responsive to any issues we had and met all requirements to my satisfaction.

We had a fairly seamless experience, and so far, aside from some small items, which is to be expected we have not had any issues. One thing that has been a bit bothersome is how loud it is inside when the outside water is on. I am not sure why that is, but it is pretty loud.

Buying with Pulte was an easy and smooth experience. In what is a stressful time when purchasing a home, Pulte made the transition effortless. I would buy with Pulte again. They have a great reputation for a reason!

Exceptional service assisting us switch home model and location. Well built home. Final inspection had some small problems which were handled expeditiously.

In Covid Era, Builder was able to get the home ready with few change orders as supplies were limited. The home is build very nicely and we are happy with our lot and all the upgrades we selected.

Everyone that we have dealt with during our experience from the beginning of purchasing to completion, was extremely knowledgeable in their area each one was polite, respectful, truthful and helpful through each phase! We couldn’t be happier!

We had a great experience, especially dealing with Alex, our salesman. His follow up skills are great and he's always ready to answer questions and resolve problems, even on his days off. This was our second purchase experience with Pulte Homes and we're already planning a third one in the near future:)

Excellent builders very great home

From the very beginning, meeting Kelley and reviewing the home plan options, selecting the perfect lot and finalizing finishes was truly a great experience. The quality and value of the home is everything we hoped for and more. Tim was excellent with the build process, sharing updates throughout and very clear on all the details, especially preparing our home for move-in. This was truly the best home buying experience!

I recommend working with Pulte. I had only owned my house for three weeks when hurrican Ian came on shore. My house withstood the storm with minor pool screen damage. Amazing.

The person I worked with was very responsive and addressed all the issues.

This was the best build we have had. Communication throughout the build process was excellent. The quality is superb.

I am moved to spend my time writing this review because of The Builder- Mark- I had a rocky start with Pulty initially but this justifies the adage that goes - all is well that ends well! The builder did a great job. During the interviews,I had the opportunity to see how my home is built. The builder explained the process in such a way that the average man was able to follow what was going on. The builder displayed patience, compassion, and excellence. The builder, Mark reassured me that my home will be impressive when done. And it is! The builder kept to his word and that is what really matters Thank you so much Mark for the good job you did.
