Every document was well explained and the overall process was easy

Great experience building a new home with Pulte!

Will never buy through Pulte ! I wish I could go back in time! Poor workmanship and Quality.

Now is almost 2 months after closing and there are still some items such as pendant lights in the kitchen and wood panels that are not being installed.

For the most part we are happy with our Pulte Home buying experience. The house is very quite and seems well built and the people on the home buying team were courteous and responsive. However, the upgrades are far too expensive ( especially the flooring) and they don't paint the garage interior which to me, is just downright cheap for the price we paid and the landscape plants and trees are not the best. Still a pretty good experience but could have been better.

The level of professionalism and responsiveness to my questions and concerns has exceeded my expectations.

Our home buying experience with Pulte was great. My family and I are happy with our new home. We are proud of our new home. The Pulte warranty has also been extremely convenient. Everyone has been kind and very helpful.

Overall the experience was good. We were able to get the lot we wanted. Carolyn at the sales office was great and very helpful. Only issue is that some finishing details were not properly taken care of. Quarter round around the kitchen island was not properly installed and the front door paint is awful. A service request was submitted. As of today still waiting for the issue to be taken care of. Other than that, so far we are really happy with our home.

It took longer to close than I had hoped but most of the people that I met at Pulte were eager to help and make things right. Especially my sales agent and sales manager. I'm also happy with the house and neighborhood! Thank you!

Good communications. Small issues quickly got fixed.

The buying process went very well. Shout to Reem our sales consultant and Caroline with from the mortgage company. It was a pleasure working with both ladies. Construction and warranty has not been a good experience. Pending items from final walk was not completed and warranty items submitted over a month are not completed but interior and exterior. I would not recommend purchasing a Pulte home based on quality and workmanship from construction.

Kris was our project manager. He was very methodical and provided detailed explanations of the build and timelines. He addressed all of our concerns in a prompt and more than satisfactory manner.

coming from HI we must say the quality of the workmanship of the new build developer that we purchased from is so bad. Workers up here do not take pride in their work. We are paying good money for our home and yet things like crooked racks, cabinets not straight, slashed door seals, pin hole in ceiling is just a few things that was wrong in our home.

It was a long stressful process if was not for our salesperson we would have went with another builder.

The builder tries to be a one-stop-shop for all building/selling/financing/accomodation needs. There are some great additions and quality put into construction. Planning (especially electrical locations and accomodations) leave something to be required. The selling segment of the company was helpful initially but fell short when the company pushed to close on all units by 12/31/24 with less than 2 weeks notice. As a result work on punch lists were not (and still have not) been completed. Kudos to the escrow and mortgage people who performed at an A+ level. They were most helpful. Follow up with continued punchlist items still have not been resolved going on 60 days post closing. ... More

Issues from the beginning. Pulte Mortgage was a big disappointment however had to live with it.

We were living out of state and working so it was hard to coordinate walk throughs but my sister and brother in laws did the walk throughs for us and Pulte representatives were great. We did meet with Garrett and the warranty representative after we were moved in for three weeks, they were very informative. We are going to send in via the service link as directed items we have seen since we moved in.

The experience was overall very positive. A miscommunication and incorrect marketing material led to a disappointing omission from the home. Still waiting for restitution.

The sales office needs a new rep, Craig’s lack of knowledge in real estate is only surpassed by his lack of professionalism. Brian, site manager, could care less about getting “punch list” things taken care of - basically if the structure hasn’t fully collapsed, you’re not getting much attention. The craftsmanship was clearly below average. Measurement markings left behind, unfinished wood work, were all just left to be after closing. It doesn’t seem to be a tall order to have everything completed in full at the end of close. The unit had multiple stains in carpet prior to closing, Brian said it was taken care of - plain as day they still exist. We get it, this community is a cookie cutter development for Pulte to build homes as quick as possible to turn a profit. Somewhere in the process, it would be nice to show genuine support for the customer. Nothing too over the top, just taking care of YOUR shortcomings. Pulte has good and cheap qualities. It looks good outside looking in, but once you buy and see the fallacies, you'll be disappointed. With the money you spend on housing, you'll just expect more! A lot of errors!!

SOOOOOO many issues. Not only with poor craftsmanship and materials, but with Pulte Mortgage and Title too. My recommendation: CAREFULLY review your Settlement Statement as well as EVERY detail in your home BEFORE signing ANYTHING. As things stand, Pulte under paid me $1,188 in property taxes. Given I took title 5 days before the end of 2024 I didn’t think much of Pulte crediting me $1383 for 2024 taxes. That is until I learned the taxes for 2024 were $2,571. When I called Pulte Title to understand why they didn’t cover the entire sum (minus my five days of ownership), I was told, rather defensively, that the $1383 was based on a 2023 estimate and that given I signed the document, I agreed to the 2023 estimate. That is just wrong. At that point in the year Pulte could have easily accessed the correct 2024 tax information from the county website. I'd like to talk to my neighbors to see if this was their experience as well. And yet it’s still not over. Because though Pulte Mortgage alleges they transferred $1,285 (or first-half taxes) from my escrow to the county a month ago, the county has no record of receiving it. I’m now three calls in with Pulte Mortgage to resolve the issue and facing delinquency charges if they are not paid by March 3. What is most interesting to me is that I never would have discovered any of this if I hadn’t had such a hard time trying to transfer water from Pulte to me and had to reach out to the county. Regarding the construction issues, I feel I am making some headway in getting them resolved. So far a broken shower tile has been fixed as well as most (but not all) of the “wood” trim damage, toilet paper hardware has been installed, and varnish drippings have mostly been removed from staircase poles. Dry wall issues have been flagged (literally all over my home with green frog tape) by a Pulte customer service rep, but I have yet to see a work order. There are more items, but at this point I plan to wait until my one year walk through. In the meantime, it will be interesting to see what awaits me in spring when I’ll have a chance to take in the outdoor construction and landscaping. ... More
