Peter was very helpful during the process. It was really comforting to receive photos of the house during construction, since we were out of town buyers. Bryan was really great during the building process, understanding our concerns and alleviating them. He was very understanding of our situation and really reduced our anxiety with being so caring.

Very disappointing experience from start to finish for this process. We were made to feel as if we did not belong in this neighborhood from the first day we came in to view the model home. The person walking us through picking out electrical gave us bad advice which will cost us more headaches and money in the long run (an electrician or contractor should be walking people through these decisions, not someone from sales). Then we got a new sales person halfway through who never checked on us and was hard to get ahold of. Post closing we have had issues in our home that have not been addressed in a timely manner and we are still waiting to get a driveway (2)+ months after moving in - with no access to our garage for over a month. We have been down to one car since one of our vehicles is electric and it cannot sit outside on the street for months on end. ... More

From the first inspection, my wife criticized the floor's finish, and the response was that it was a lack of cleanliness. We moved in, and it looked the same. My wife tried several products, but nothing worked.

I'M EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE DEAD TREES AND SOD FILLED WITH WEEDS THAT YOU PROVIDED. AVOID DOING THIS TO OTHERS;

Pulte is not maintaining the quality anymore. They are just in a hurry to close no matter whether the house is complete or not. Once closing is done, you have to chase the builder or raise the tickets to fix the issues.

Bob was fantastic throughout the build process, any issue or concern that was brought to his attention was handled appropriately and swiftly. He made the entire process smooth. We were thankful to have such a trustworthy person staying on top of our home build, including meeting deadlines that were necessary to close on time. I highly recommend Bob from Pulte Homes!

The lack of quality control and the incompetence of Pulte homes contractors is beyond frustrating. Ten drywall holes were left to fix various issues ( water pipes , cabinets and more) after closing, and the response time for repairs is horrendous. Multiple follow-ups are required just to get anyone to show up. The shower floors have air pockets in them, causing them to break—this has already happened three times in last couple of months. The cabinets are poorly installed and misaligned, making the kitchen look like a disaster. The upgraded kitchen range burners are constantly malfunctioning, which is unacceptable for a new home. The garage door doesn’t open properly, and one of the panels was bent. Several windows have noticeable scratches, making them look cheap and poorly handled. The surround sound wiring is faulty and shorted. To top it off, the walls in this house are visibly curved at few places, which is something you’d never expect in a new build. The foam trims around the windows outside are misaligned with the stucco, making the exterior look sloppy. There are multiple breaks and cracks in the stucco, and the inside roof drywall finish is a complete mess with nail pops and bad finishing. This is just the start—there are countless other issues that i am not writing here. It’s clear that there’s no quality assurance in place, and Pulte Homes couldn’t care less about the product they’re putting out. They rush you to close, then push you off onto a customer support team that’s completely overwhelmed by the same complaints across hundreds of other homes. I bought this house hoping for peace of mind, but in the last three months, I’ve had more contractors in and out than I’ve seen in my entire life. Honestly, it would have been a smarter decision to buy an older home than to waste my money on a new build from Pulte Homes. ... More

The build quality for a home in this category is quite high. Some of the electrical breakers were popping off without provocation. The builder was quick to respond, and replace the faulty breakers.

This home is beautiful & well-built. Pulte’s team provides the support needed & is responsive to any concerns. From the sales rep to project manager to warranty care manager, promises are kept to ensure the satisfaction of the customer to maintain the standards of quality expected. Please let me know where I can offer suggestions for any minor improvements for the future.

During the final inspections of the house, be careful not to be touched by Isaac De Pulte in Tohoqua. He is an irresponsible person who promises to fix every detail in your house and does nothing. Be careful, Pulte. He should see these reviews and take action first. He is the customer.

If it wasn't for Lisa our Sales Consultant, we would not be in our amazing new home. Thank you Lisa for going above and beyond!

You need to argue any warranty items. Finding the cheapest way to fix an issue without actually fixing the issue.

How did you feel about the entire process, from initial purchase to final move-in? How would you describe the quality and value of your new home? Sales team was professional and post contract transitioned to Construction team. Construction team was understanding and helped understand the process in detail. Post move-in warrenty team is engaging and supportive. Customers do notice different teams during the life cycle. Would be great if a single point contact was available as this could be once a life time investment.

Upside experience - sales person, interior design personnel and closing group all professional in every aspect. Downside- overall home construction and workmanship & materials were substandard. Information passed on to us that layers of staff to QA relative to the building process to ensure building integrity- safety was very deceiving. There was only a pair of eyes performing this QA (James). Thus a long list was submitted of incomplete, faulty workmanship and substandard materials which needed remediation from pre closing, closing 02/26 up to this point in time 4/23/25. Some issues resolved some still remain active in a long & continuous process. Issues presented to construction manager, Customer Care Staff including the senior staff Rick. We are now on our second phase of remediation process (dated 4/21/25). Some issues were resolved but others remain and new ones discovered. The workmanship and quality of materials not in sync with the price tag and did not do justice to the person who designed this beautiful house. We have stated in the previous evaluation that workmanship was shoddy. The journey remains bumpy, stressful/frustrating & costly on our end ( in time & money as out of state buyers). But most importantly, we were deprived of the JOY & PRIDE of a Pulte home ownership. Sad to say in all honesty; Pulte's mission statement did not hold true. I do not appreciate nor cordon the way Pulte handled our final inspection. In attendance were my wife and me, the supervisor (worthless. No longer works for Pulte), the salesperson and the warranty lady. We were intimidated and overwhelmed. No questions we had were answered. Pulte needs to re-think this approach.

Had a rocky start to the home buying experience as builder kept pushing to buy lots that we were not interested in and spending a premium for those lots. Once we came to an agreement on the lot, the process with the builder Project Mgr. Nick was actually very pleasant. The design center was a little bit of a disappointment as some of the items we selected before our actual meeting were discontinued. Meetings and weekly updates by Nick kept us in the loop with what was happening and the timeline for completion. Used their Mortgage company as the incentives were hard to pass up. Settlement itself was a breeze with no issues. Build quality and attention to detail was a big sell for us. So far post settlement, a few minor issues under warranty were addressed immediately and to our satisfaction. Would highly recommend Pulte Builders to anyone considering a new home. ... More

Quality issues with vinyl siding, and CMC management is a disaster.

Everything from the beginning to the end went well with Pulte Homes. I ran into someone on my walk in the neighborhood who bought from a different builder down the road and she said she wished she’d waited a few more months to get in with Pulte because they just seem to be a better quality home. I’m so happy so far! It’s been about 2 months since moving in.

Good Morning, Honestly, unless there has been some structural changes in the way Pulte finishes a home before turning it over to the new owners, I couldn’t in good conscience recommend buying a Pulte home. On the day we closed, the home was filthy. Plus, we had tile issues, plumbing issues, trim and paint issues, cabinet issues and a bowed wall. We had workers in our home for weeks after moving in. And, there’s still work to be done. The house was not ready for closing. However, after pointing all these issues out, Pulte assigned Josh Garza to personally oversee the repairs. Josh has been great to work with. He stayed in communication with us throughout the process. He tried as best he could to make sure the repairs were completed to our satisfaction. But even with the best of intentions, Josh can only do so much. We still have tile and grout issues that can only be fixed by re-doing major sections of the tile in the master bath. I’ve accepted that’s not going to happen. In summary, the house was not ready to be turned over to the new owners. However, Pulte has tried their best to fix everything which I truly appreciate. My new home is absolutely beautiful and so well built—I'm really happy with the quality and attention to detail. Working with Andrew to purchase the home was such a smooth experience. He was super knowledgeable about the homebuying process and design choices, and kept me in the loop every step of the way, from signing to closing. It made everything feel easy and stress-free. Since moving in, the construction team—Adam, James, and David—have gone above and beyond to help. Adam, my construction manager, has been incredible. He responds immediately to any questions or concerns I’ve had, and if he is unable to help he finds someone else to step in. From the initial purchase, to the design studio appointment, to working with the construction manager has all been a very positive, exciting experience. We love our home!

I think all around house buying is a really stressful experience but Pulte does a good job of making sure that you’re comfortable throughout the whole process and they make sure you are in the loop with Every step. Jeremiah is a god send. He always checking up to make sure your home is up to par and is so attentive to his buyers.
