We had a great homebuying experience from sales, construction, and loan were all easy and communicated well.

Rob is been the Best Construction Manager someone could ever had, throughout the whole building process and even after I moved into my new house, he has been very attentive and helpful. I also appreciate Ashley who even though was not my sales representative she has been all the time on top of every detail. I cannot forget to mention Moises my Loan Officer who was always clear and friendly within the whole time of my processing purchase. As a Realtor I truly recommend Pulte Homes!

Had good experience with while mortgage

Working with this builder was smooth, being kept informed with all that was going on with supply was great , we have built many homes and worked with other builders the Communication was never as good thank you for this it makes everything better but I do have to say our project manager Jim N was the best we have ever worked with Thank you Jim for making moving to Florida a pleasure

Everyone was responsive and detailed. Flexible for my busy work schedule and helped a ton with technology with viewings through the process.

Our supervisor Jim was great He was honest with us, kept us updated, sent pictures, phoned us and met with us on site. Any questions we had , he would get back to us in a timely manner. We were very pleased with his interest in us and our new home.

Nothing can be 100% perfect, Pulte did meet my expectation with 95% !! Quality is good so far in one month, I guess it all depend on the contactor manager and in my case Bob was excellent to listen and response. So far I am happy with everything.

From the first day that we toured the model to being in our new home for a month, Pulte has been wonderful to work with. Between Khalid and Ali, every single question has been answered, our worries were taken care of, and they have been there for every step of the way. This process was beyond simple for us and we are so thankful!

Quality & after closing exp is very good.

Our new house was everything we expected and more. The attention to detail was amazing. Our choices were made easy at the Design center. The community is very welcoming and close to anything you need.

We have received an excellent home built with good quality materials and done on a timely basis. Our superintendent, has been an outstanding help through the whole process. He is followed up meticulously with open items and, has gotten the punchlist down to one glitch. However, that glitch is your painting contractor who’s work has been substandard and his responsiveness has been terrible. We have been in the house for six weeks and there are still two unfinished items on the outside of the house and he has yet to come back to do the touchup that was promised the week of closing which was May 27. Liked the experience purchasing a home with pulte everything was communicated timely and the build quality met our expectations

This was a wonderful experience. The sales persons that we worked with were patient and helpful. The construction manager Chadd, was helpful with weekly updates and quick replies to my emails. There were some delays due to the winter weather but construction construction progressed quickly. The only stress was related to our other home to be sold and planning for moving. I feel that everything possible was done to help us get into this home. We would come by occasionally to check on progress and all the construction teams were very friendly and helpful as we watched their work. We did not enter into the home buying process looking for a new build. We stumbled across Pulte by accident, but what an amazing accident it was. The sales associate (Tim) was great help throughout the showing, answering all of our questions. The Pulte mortgage team was also great, the process a little tedious, but their incentives and final price could not be beat. The home is amazing and all the warranties are great and easy to access. Overall, we are incredibly happy with our home and can't wait to spend many years here. I highly recomment Pulte.

We were very pleased with Colin and the Pulte team.

Frank was amazing to work with from the start of the build all the way until the day we closed! He was always making sure we were informed of the processes our home was going through and was easy to reach for any question we had. Truly a great experience!
