Workmanship is poor, at best. Windows were different measurements resulting in blinds not fitting, Finish work from flooring to sanding and painting is substandard for new home expectations. Loan consultant would not return my calls AND emails. It had been a terrible experience and wish there was a lemon law for new home purchases. The home will be on the market as soon as the rest of the developers is closer to completion. Buyer beware.

Easy and professional, Appears to be High quality

Post closure issues needs to be addressed quickly. Visiting vendor should be very polite with the home owners ( I have had a bad experience with the NWR electrician at AMS)

Our construction manager was very responsive and engaging. The process was seamless.

Poor workmanship, finishes were poor and currently having flooring issues and filed ROC Complaint. Our construction manager was great but the overall experience was poor with the quality of the build and the accountability by Pulte as the contractor

Pulte Mortgage is incompetent and very inefficient!

Chris was super responsive during punch list and final walk. He was professional and did a fantastic job.

We have had a great experience with Pulte Homes!! During the building process, any minor issues were caught by our Construction Managers, Blake and Anthony before we even noticed. Their teams did a great job during each stage of the construction process. It was an exciting process for us. It was a big move for us. Closing was easy and went smoothly. Our new home is AWESOME!! We love the neighborhood. We are very happy that we made the decision to build here with Pulte! Thank you Tom, Maureen, Blake and Anthony and the rest of the Pulte Team!

Very satisfied with the experience with Pulte. Everything was very transparent and well informed. Chris part of sales team was very co-operative and informed us on all important updates on timely manner. Construction manager (Alejandra) made sure house is built with highest standards. Thank you both for seemless experience.

Sales and contractor as well as design studio is not sync in between. So lot of communication gap. Material used for build this home is not as expected, lot of material things are not finished in our home. No proper finishing of base board paint grout and door handles. Our first floor is totally vibrating a lot when walking slowly. Our floor is EVP still we fill when we walk it is not properly installed.

Zero stars. 1) My wife's foot was injured due to Pulte's poor workmanship and intentional neglect of a known safety hazard. They still deny it now. 2) They laid down straw and seed despite knowing that temperatures would drop below 32F, completely ignoring common sense. 3) There is water leakage and a strange cracking sound behind the wall, which Pulte insists is normal. 4) I have tons of other issues I could go on and on about.

The layout worked well for our family and allows for both adults to have their own offices.

During the final walkthrough, I reported several issues, including dirt marks on windows, marks on the walls, and the need for repainting. However, most of these issues remain unaddressed after closing. It has been very difficult to communicate these concerns with support again.

Really impressed with our entire experience. Tyler was a great communicator throughout our purchasing process, and was very responsive. That continued at move-in. Walt is very knowledgeable about the Pulte home build process and any questions or concerns he has been prompt to address. We didn’t expect the follow through we have received, but it has really eased our minds and solidified that we chose a great builder and a quality home!

We have been living in our house for over two months now and it is still under construction fixing things that should have been done the week of closing. Quality of trades are poor, tape removed from our walkthrough without being touched.

Pulte made the buying process quick and simple.

The design is good, quality is good, service is good! Overall is good!

Ashley showed as everything of the models, the floor plans and was very patient with out questions. She answered in a timely manner. She helped us with details about the home. Kyle was the building manager. Same high level of attention. Answered questions. Advised us on things. We had 2 inspections, pre and post drywall. Only minor issues were found that were corrected promptly. The design center was lovely and the people there helpful. There was no push to sell to us or rushing us through the process. We are very pleased with the whole experience.

Aaron and his crew went above and beyond completing the home to our picky satisfaction! I would love to work with Aaron and his crew again in the future!

Pulte has an amazing team members. From the beginning, they guide and help me through the whole process. They made it so easy. Kudos to Rachel, Jaffe, and Clay. They are amazing.

This unfortunately has been the worst home purchasing experience. From the beginning to the end. I have purchased several new build homes and by far this has been the worst experience. The one highlight was the project manager Armando. He made the walk-through enjoyable. When purchasing a new home, the experience should be memorable and exciting. This was the opposite. From the sales agent to the mortgage personnel. The worst service I've ever experience. I'm still having issues and concerns about the home and things not working properly and the response is so slow. If I had the opportunity to do this over, I would purchase from another builder. ... Buying experience was smooth. Throughout the process there was some conflicting information given about a few issues found with the tile flooring, but eventually it was corrected. Since moving in, found additional Issues that need to be fixed and corrected. Emailed the superintendent over a month ago and never received a response. Additionally, I’m not happy with the quality of the work of the flooring. The tiles are not all level, creating a sense of unevenness all throughout the home. It’s subtle, but noticeable when walking around the home without shoes on. Was also an issue when we had an appliance repair technician come to the home to adjust the doors on the refrigerator and was unable to perfectly align the doors due to a slope and unevenness in the tiles under the feet of the refrigerator. The layout and options available in the houses are great. However, I do wish Pulte would offer more customization on certain things, such as HVAC choices, shelving in closets, allowing multiple interior paint choices, and just interior design choices in general. We have a lot of small issues in the house and a couple of bigger issues, but Pulte has so far worked with us on a lot of them. Something that’s rather frustrating is that you have to really stay on them to get things done. Sometimes they’ll push back but if you’re persistent then they will work with you. Lastly, the quality of some the work they do is sub-standard, especially trim work. Some of the trim has gaps in it, is uneven, and a lot of it has gashes or scratches. Pulte says they will address this at the one year mark, so I cannot give them a complete review until then. How did you feel about the entire process, from initial purchase to final move-in? How would you describe the quality and value of your new home? We had a great experience with the builder’s team. They did what they promised and always responded in a timely fashion. Having purchased a couple of new homes in our lifetime, we knew that the final result is always dependent upon the subcontractors used and how well their work was supervised and inspected. The construction manager for this development was always on top of things. The result was that we had basically nothing to complain about. Based upon our previous experience with builders, we knew what to expect and our expectations were met and exceeded. We felt good about the entire process from initial purchase to final move-in. We were able to purchase a waterfront home with great views at a fair price. The quality and value of the home is good and we were presented with a home with great features such as heat pump HVAC & hot water systems, network pre-wiring, and solar panel system. The downside of the solar system was that it was purchased from SunPower who declared bankruptcy before the home was completed. We are struggling to get the system activated and because the system was technically purchased from a third party although it was part of the purchase contract, Pulte is not getting involved. ... More
