Brandon provided excellent service for us. He responded to our inquiries in a very timely manner, always had satisfactory answers to our questions and helped us immensely throughout our inspection and closing process.

Our construction manager, Jim, was fantastic. He went above and beyond to respond to us at all times of the build. He was thorough with our walk through and made sure we were satisfied. His knowledge of the house and pulte put us at ease. He even provided us with a packet of his most recommended cleaning and basic handyman suggestions for our house as we told him we had some fun projects we wanted to do after move in. Our interactions with him were the highlight of our process and he made it so much better. Thank you, Jim!

We had a great experience. The only issues is that our construction was delayed. But this was a supply issue that Pulte told us about ahead of time.

I worked with Harmony as my sales agent and Crandall as my construction manager throughout the building of my new home. They kept me informed throughout the building process and sent pictures and videos weekly of the construction stages.

Overall the construction process went pretty well. They were highly responsive to any issues we had and met all requirements to my satisfaction.

We had a fairly seamless experience, and so far, aside from some small items, which is to be expected we have not had any issues. One thing that has been a bit bothersome is how loud it is inside when the outside water is on. I am not sure why that is, but it is pretty loud.

Exceptional service assisting us switch home model and location. Well built home. Final inspection had some small problems which were handled expeditiously.

In Covid Era, Builder was able to get the home ready with few change orders as supplies were limited. The home is build very nicely and we are happy with our lot and all the upgrades we selected.

We had a great experience, especially dealing with Alex, our salesman. His follow up skills are great and he's always ready to answer questions and resolve problems, even on his days off. This was our second purchase experience with Pulte Homes and we're already planning a third one in the near future:)
