Our Sales person was awesome, she guided us perfectly through the beginning process. Our Building supervisor was also an awesome person, fun to talk to, but he didn't do what he had promised us , which left us no choice to see help from other management. The end result was good,...it just could have been a little smoother.

Hello my experience buying was pretty good, what comes after is the issue. A lot of little issues in workmanship come up after buying a new home. A few small issues present themselves and all has to go through the Pulte ticket system. Check out your landscape.and irrigation very poor workmanship. Sprinklers set to run extremely long. My first water bill is over $350. The cleaning crew did a very poor job of cleaning up the place. All the floors were dirty and some of the tile still have glue on them hard to remove. Overall the potention is here for a good home, quality of workmanship need to be observed and corrected before delivery to customer, The staff is nice.
