You only find what you dig up. Mortgage experience was beyond awful. The only good thing was the incentives. Thank god my servicing has been transferred. Pulte Mortgage is AWFUL. After taking items apart for home improvement, boy the things I found had me disappointed. Overall, the home is in good shape, but it is a traditional home built in scale.

Everyone thru out the home buying process has been wonderful.

The process was taken longer than expected but it worth the time.

Our home buying experience started out great but we ended up regretting our purchase. At a quick glance the homes seem well out together, we noticed issues during our final walkthrough that weren’t all completed by the time of closing. Once we moved in we have not enjoyed our home. Outside of the lack of quality workmanship on details such as paint, trim, and drywall. The home is freezing. Our heat has to be almost up to 80 while wearing long pants and a sweater to be comfortable. Our 1 year old daughter has to be bundled up to eat breakfast in the morning. When you sit on the sectional you can feel the cold air blowing on your feet and neck. There is condensation on the new windows. Having owned a home in the Chicagoland area that was 6 years old we never had these issues, and our previous home was on a slab and it never felt this cold. I had several issues coming already in new built home, one of such issue is air coming out from doors poor insulation. Hardwood floor is damaged and many more

Buying my new home with Pulte has been a great experience. My sales consultant Nadia was great and answered all questions and helped me with everything. Nate who was my construction manager was amazing. He sent pictures with all updates and explained everything and answered all questions. This made buying a new home from scratch an experience I really enjoyed.

Mary was great to work with throughout the whole process, responsive and always answering questions in a timely manner.

We weren’t necessarily looking to buy a new home, but had spoken with Jason in the Pulte sales office and he kept an eye out for us. When he found what he thought was the perfect home for us, he reached out immediately. He was right! We love the home. Leo, the construction manager, did a great job taking us through the home, the inspection process, warranties, registration of certain appliances, etc. He was incredibly thorough and responsive, just like Jason was for the sales portion. These guys are great. Highly recommend.

Overall experience was decent. Some of the procedures needed for the mortgage were cumbersome but that's probably the case everywhere. There were a couple communication breakdowns that had legitimate consequences but they did what they could to make things right.

My sales rep was amazing. There seemed to be a rush in trying to close so they were fixing minor things after closing. When you do a walktheough, you should take notes of those areas because the contractors seemed to miss some things or just remove the tapes without doing it. I gave up after a while of finding issues. However, they are minor issues like paints. The master shower floor had stains that I've been trying to get out even after a month. Make sure you look at it during your walkthrough. This is my 4th home and the experience wasn't great. They have great standards and you really dont need that much options unless you want too. Not sure if it's the materials but you can hear everyone, no matter which room they are in. The sound is terrible. Our project managers were amazing! Great communication and fast responses. They made the whole process so much easier for us!

We had a great experience with our salesperson Marissa. The house is ok but we are not impressed with the materials and built quality. Responses to issues have not been so great after closing day, we still have pending issues that we are waiting to get solved for a month.

I was literally cheated with Sales Person. I was not told when i am signing a contract. I bought a corner lot and charged $10000 extra for lot premium saying that i would get extra fencing in back and sixe yard. After construction they mentioned that lot was key-locked lot and dont get any extension for my corner lot. Sakes guy simply said sorry.

The home-buying process was average overall. While the transaction went through, there were several cleanup issues that required more attention. There are nails sticking out under the bar that need to removed immediately. The gate was falling down after a few days of moving in. We still need the directions on how to set up the thermostat to our phones. Additionally, the lack of a thank-you gift or gesture from the Pulte realtor felt impersonal and left a lukewarm impression. This could have been handled with more care and attention to detail. We bought a million dollar home and the quality of material used is very sub standard and thats not what is expected. There are issues which were reported during walk through and have not been resolved even after one month of moving in. Lastly, the experience we had was very bad in comparison to other builder we have bought before.

It was easy making the purchase and I like the location in Wilmington …I’ve only had a few issues (nothing major) which I guess is normal with a new build. Been here a little over a month and I still find things that aren’t very satisfying but that’s my fault shoulda caught it during the Inspection.Overall happy with the fast responses from contractors when anything mechanical breaks down

There are numerous small issues, including problems with interior and exterior paint, door knob installations, roofing, stucco, and more.

Make sure all the items in the Checklist has been covered

Project engineer Keith was great. Kept me informed on all construction updates and with pictures.

Jason the agent and Leo the site contractor supervisor are both excellent at what they do. they helped me thru the process of buying a new house and getting it built to my specifications. I really appreciate all they did along the way
