I have been very impressed with my experience with Pulte. I have been in my home for a month and am thrilled with the quality of the build. Our construction manager Tommy clearly takes pride in his work. He kept us informed throughout the process and was always available for questions. For the little fixes around the house, Gianni was amazing. Super responsive and helpful. I love my new home so far and can't thank Tommy and Gianni enough for their assistance.

Initially I thought it, new build home will be tough one. But Pulte made that process little easy... I'm happy with build material quality and build team support too. The sales team updated the build process on weekly basis and mortgage team helped me to get that home on time...!

I cannot praise Frank and Jason enough. They are responsive and professional!!!

The build manager was Jackson and he’s knowledgeable , enthusiastic, and prompt. If you get him you’ll be in good hands. The build progressed at a good pace. We hired our own inspector and he caught a couple of things, but nothing major. The flaws were rectified and we love our home!

Buying this home was a fairly smooth process. Our salesperson was great and handled our concerns in a timely fashion. Our project manager did a great job. Of course there were obstacles that came up but they too were handled to our satisfaction.

Edward, my construction manager, is always polite and professional. What’s more, he is from my observations a very hardworking working and knowledgeable supervisor. Overall, a great homebuying and building experience with Edward. We have a beautiful new townhome and are pleased with our neighborhood. Yes, there remains a checklist of moderate and small issues to be corrected, and I am expecting that the Pulte process will have a fully satisfactory result.

The entire process is seamless. Alicia our Saies partner was unbelievable and so responsive along with our construction Manager Ken. You couldn’t ask for better partners in responding to questions, feedback and overall communication.

I walked in to the sales office and a great guy Lance S took care of me . I told him I needed a home as soon as possible and he sold me a permit ready home in which he was able to fix a price for the base buy immediately . Once the house was under construction my contact Javier was also really terrific , Javier was responsive and always informed me of progress on my home . The build took longer than promised but due to Covid and supply issues it was delayed about 6 months . My home is beautiful and so well built that when Ian came thru nothing happened to it except for a palm tree outside having to be realigned . The delay cost at least 2- points on my mortgage which is an act of banking not but I am not blaming Pulte for that . There were very minor things after the closing that Pulte has addressed . ... Starting with Eric Hill in Sales, followed by Bob Uphouse who managed the construction process -- both did a great job! They were responsive, and we are very satisfied with our new home. It's beautiful!

We love our House, everything is great quality and great customer service. Even when we brought a third party inspector he mentioned that Pulte did a great job in our house. Since day one the people involved in all the construction process were great, they communicate well and were really responsive and kind. Also the customer services goes above expectations. We had an incident cause by Spectrum and the builder was helping us all the way even though we had already closed. Their customer care program is also great! they take care of any unforeseen items that may come up after closing, it really brings us peace of mind. I think the house price is worth every dollar.
