Great home, building went longer than planned… communication in that area lacked.

Really like my home and its features. Appreciated the efforts to close earlier than planned. Title company error caused closing to take 4 hours. Warranty issues taking too long to resolve. Communication about warranty issues could be better. Great neighborhood and sales experience.

The process from beginning to end was seamless and pretty much hassle free. Everyone at Pulte was responsive and very helpful with all aspects of the project.

The title proses was very smooth and easy, closingday was accommodated to my work scheduled.

The number of issues with home quality is not acceptable for a million dollar home. The electrical issues have been constant for several months. There workmanship is below average in many areas. The field reps were professional but clear in their lack of ongoing concern. Very disappointed thus far in many facets.

Great experience from contract signing, selection of options, communications during the construction process and closing with their title company. Home delivered on time per the contract. Pulte's staff very helpful and always responsive

Our experience with Pulte was excellent. Dave was great to work with. Shawn really put us at ease as he explained every detail about the house and was very responsive to our questions. So far, we are very satisfied with everyone we have encountered with Pulte.

Chris, our project manager was responsive to our needs and made our move in experience pleasant. Within 10 minutes of our taking possession of the home, he came to our rescue with a snow shovel and addressed our lock issue. Chris is awesome and he is a wealth of knowledge and an asset to Pulte Homes. He addressed our issues and concerns prior to move-in. Amy in PGP Title was helpful with our closing and has been helpful in proper allocation of funds for our HOA's.

Whatever you do, don’t use Pulte Mortgage. My loan advisor, who didn’t do any advising completely dropped the ball and I wasn’t able to lock into the terms that I signed up for. Brenden wasn’t apologetic nor helpful during any part of this process and neither was anyone else.

The Pulte buying experience was great. The only complaint was the selection of options. When you start the process you have no idea what the different levels mean. You can't see the options in every level so you have no idea what you can actually choose. When you get to the design studio they show you mostly what is in your level. So I was not able to know all of my options. Did not realize this until after the process. I would have picked things differently had I known.

While it may have been a spec home (very well appointed, I might add), we were still treated with the utmost care and concern. Everyone from the sales, mortgage, and insurance team(s) did a fantastic job of ensuring we were well informed, comfortable with our purchase, and valued as a customer! The warranty team is also fantastic; easy to reach and responsive. The whole experience has been leaps and bounds better than our previous experience with another builder.

This is our 2nd time building with Pulte Homes. The first time back in 2008 was SUPERIOR and this time was less then stellar. We had a great time designing the home and hoped it would be like our last. Upon delivery we were shocked at the low quality of our home and the errors that have been overlooked. We have reached out to our on site person to no avail. We saved our money for years to move to this location out of our home state and to be honest, we wish we had built with another company. For the HUGE amount of money we paid for this home with all the upgrades like our last, this house has been a huge disappointment. In the last few years since we build our last home clearly Pulte has gone down hill in value and fast. I would sadly not recommend anyone to build with them again. We have friends looking to build and I would advise them to go elsewhere. Pulte really let us down. We wish we had looked a little longer before we put down money to build this new dream home that has become a nightmare that no one seems to care about. To much going back and forth the quality does not match the price.

The Pulte Team of Danielle, Eddie, Dylan, and Jeanette have made this experience very smooth. Biting at Eagle Run was a great decision and the house is perfect, today!

Sales office staff & builder are very helpful. Five Stars ! As for overall process, I don't feel safe in my new without a functioning Ring doorbell or fence for my dog which is a long process & waiting time. The company has not activated the Ring after several calls & 40+ days

My new Pulte home is perfect. I love the floor plan. The project manager was very diligent with progress updates as my home was being built.

My construction manager, Donato was wonderful to work with.- he thoroughly explained everything to me and made sure the subs completed everything to his high standards - he oversaw this like it was his own, which I much appreciated - even came and took pictures several times to send them to me as I was not able to see the building process as we commute from Ohio - A Plus Donato !

The sales agent Tracey is amazing. James the construction manager is on top of everything and very attentive to your needs and any issues. It was a very pleasant experience working closely with them both.

Overall was pretty easy process. I paid cash so i didn't deal with there mortgage company. Everything eas completed on time with no delays. I purchased everything base with no upgrades. Materials are sub par but I was getting it gutted anyways. My personal upgrades cost about the same but were far superior.

The overall experience with Pulte and the construction manager was great, The CM was really detail-oriented, and was always on top of every small detail

Need more over sight when being built. Can tell they were rushed.
