Good experience overall and Nick was great with my walk through and rectified a few last items

Highly responsive. Great customer service attitude. Friendly, and of course knows his stuff.

So people that works for pulte homes care and some people just going to that type of person.

Communication is always great. Any issue that popped up, Zack was all over it.

I recently purchased a new home in Arbor Oaks. Overall I am very happy with the home. I do think the quality of the workman ship could improve. Even after inspecting the home before we closed and having a lot of cosmetic issue's fixes we are still finding a lot more that need to be fixed. Most of what we are finding is just sloppy work. Pulte is very responsible to getting items fixed but if they were to do a better quality job to start there would not be a need to come back to make these repairs.

From the initial appointment to closing and beyond Pulte has been amazing. We are very happy we went with Pulte!

Within the first month of living in the home a pipe burst and leaked to the first floor and damaged new furniture

We wouldnt recd Pulte as a builder. Numerous things had to be redone before move in due to shoddy workmanship first time or two. Wrong replacement door sent 2x. Still waiting on replacement. Pulte-provided refrig missing shelf we've ssked for 5x. Poor floor plan wastes a lot of space ( have the architects ever lived in a house?). Very short time alotted to make decisions with little recourse to modify unless Pulte needed to change. MAJOR months long hoopla to get ADA shower grab bars approved (even though we were paying). Millions of Americans from disabled vets to folks with knee and hip injuries need grab bars. Get into the 20th century Pulte (yes 20th C). Floors very dirty for "move in ready" and construction mgr could hardly compel cleaners to return. Sales office response was to one-up us on how filty their own Pulte home was for move in. Why would sales person brag about Pulte inability to turn over clean home at closing? We're the 3rd home we know that had to have garage door repaied within week of move in. Yes, they did respind quickly. Overall would not recd Pulte as builder. We will say eventually our construction mgr worked hard to get things right for us once he knew we would not stop advocating for ourselves. And wait until the rains, alot of the subdivision is not properly graded for runoff. Does Pulte know about civil engineers who specialize in drainage? We only bought here in Broadmoor Heights to be close to several family members already here. Perhaps we've been ruined by working with and buying from better builders over our 45 years of home ownership. ... More

I would highly recommend not to buy with Pulte homes They use cheap quality materials and worst behavioral construction team. Once you close the home then you will be screwed up. Don’t trust sales and construction team words at any stage until you satisfy DON’T close the home.

I truly had a positive experience with Pulte Builders throughout the entire process, until the last day of the closing, which went through very quickly without any issues. They were very attentive, helpful, and always available to help. My family and I are thrilled with our new and pleased with Pulte builders.

Upon moving in, we had outlets without power. Within one month after moving in, the air conditioner stopped working and needed parts replaced. The online service portal where service requests are made has a slow response time so I just ended up calling customer care to escalate these repairs. The customer care personnel is pleasant and helpful.

We had an amazing experience! From beginning to end. Zak was amazing, he really sold us on the features of the home. Bailey the builder was GREAT! Heidi our loan officer worked well for us. Such a great team to work with. As a first time homebuyer, this experience was so much better than I was expecting. I recommend Pulte to anyone looking to buy the perfect home! I can’t explain how smooth and stress free this process was working with Pulte. We viewed properties by other companies and NONE of them compared to Pulte.

From the initial process, beginning with Sales, Loan Processing, Initial Walk-thru and Closing, this has been the best home purchase experience we've ever had. All the deadlines were met and fulfilled. We feel extremely good about the purchase and would highly recommend the Watershed Team to anyone on the market looking to purchase a home.

Pulte has 10 yr old same designs. You will not have contact from any management outside of sales person and property manager. Bad documentation Bad design studio that not accessible as per customer needs. Explanation of packages is horrible. Pulte expects Customers need to come prepared from a horrible design doc and select options in 2 hrs. One good thing is their team on ground is helpful. Their contractors don't follow a standards Pulte mortgage and Pulte insurance is another horrible company that doesn't care about customer experience and value business.

From the first contact with the construction company at the sales stand, demonstration of the model home and conditions of sale of the home, we were interested and everything went better than we expected. I am very happy with the purchase of the home and the realization of our dream in the USA.

Initial contact with Pulte salesman was positive till we quickly determined he was making mistakes and telling us things that were not accurate. Met numerous workers on the job and none spoke English. Fit and finish of home was average.

I was concerned going in without a realtor and to my surprise it was an overall great experience. I had someone every step of the way clarifying, guiding and communicating next steps. I will go for a Pulte Home anytime am in the market. Thanks to the team that made it happen.

We would like to share our recent experience with Pulte Homes regarding the purchase of our new home. While we had high expectations based on Pulte's reputation, certain aspects of the process and final outcome left us feeling disappointed and stressed. 1. Tile Work Concerns - During the construction phase, we noticed issues with the tile work and promptly reported it to the construction manager—this was nearly three months prior to closing. Despite raising the concern well in advance, the problem was only addressed a week after closing, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience. Given the time available to address this issue, we feel this could have been resolved before closing. 2. Paint Quality Issues - We also observed that the paint quality used in the home appears subpar. Minor scratches easily strip away the paint, revealing an overall lack of durability. We expected higher-quality materials to be used, especially given the investment involved. 3. Customer Service Response- While the local sales representatives in Santa Fe were excellent, the supervisor from the selling department fell short in addressing our concerns. When we raised the issue regarding the tile work, we were advised to "redo the tiles ourselves"—an unacceptable suggestion, particularly after paying $18,000 for a tile upgrade. This response left us feeling dismissed rather than supported. 4. Bathroom Fixture Problems - We acknowledge that we selected the bathroom fixtures, but we did not anticipate functional issues such as water leaking around the pull-out faucet, which is damaging the surrounding board. When we reported this, the plumber's recommendation was to "avoid splashing water around the faucet," which is neither practical nor a lasting solution. 5. Repeated Pushbacks and DenialsFor nearly every issue raised—whether related to tiles, faucets, or paint—Pulte representatives have provided pushbacks and denials, citing these issues as meeting "Pulte Standards." Unfortunately, this response does not address our concerns and leaves us questioning the standards being applied. 6. Quality of Workmanship - We cannot help but feel that some of the subcontractors employed may not have delivered the level of workmanship expected. There is a noticeable lack of attention to detail and an unfinished feel throughout the house. Interestingly, this seems inconsistent with the quality of Pulte Homes in other parts of the country. We share this feedback not to be overly critical but in the hope that it highlights areas for improvement. As customers, we expect quality, durability, and professionalism—values that Pulte Homes is known for.
