Quality of workmanship is very poor, I expected a little better quality for almost a million dollar home. Just moved to new house a month ago and already noticed a lot of issues.

Did not value the buyer concern and lacks of communication. Overall didn't have a great experience.

We'd been searching for new homes for more than a year & visited almost all builders available in our area. We really liked the open plan of Pulte quite a bit. The whole process was reasonably good. As this is a process of creating a complex property, there are going to be some issues. But Pulte team has addressed them reasonably well so far, except for may be 2-3. As this was our first home buying experience, we felt that Pulte should try to allow the following: 1. At least 2 visits to design center for customization of home than 1. 2. At least 2 visits during pre dry wall process than 1.

My gave my overall buying experience a 2 star it might have been lower based on the actual house but my loan processor Ray did a good job and others I spoke with in the office including management and title were very helpful . Our builder did communicate well up until we had issues that we still need to be fixed on the final walk through. We went through and made a list and very little got done and is still left unfinished. Our brick in front looks terrible it was cut poorly and should have never been used it is embarrassing .We have looked around the neighborhood and none of the other houses with the same brick look like ours I believe it mostly should have been scrap brick used. I can’t honestly believe that it is pulte quality. Numerous bricks are fully cracked and chunked as well and they lied and said it is just natural stone.Other than that we have had electricity issues with our oven on thanksgiving of all days. It was a power supply issue that was supposed to be already addressed according to builder fixed . The warranty person is very unhelpful on top of it .There is also chunks missing out of our front door step driveway and sidewalk. It is brand new? There is a lot of gaps in the flashing out front that could get water and pest entry through in my daughters window. No caulking behind my bathtub my transitions to the carpet in my bedroom needs to be secured and it can poke the foot if stepped on and the hood in the kitchen is crooked. The water in the bathroom sink’s sprays everywhere out of sink and wets clothing. And there was never a cap put on my internet green box thing outside either along with a few other things. Although our builder said this would all be completed he dropped us after continuing to ask us over and over for a positive 5 star review on the first survey which after completing and giving a positive review as he asked he continued to ask me to submit a review repeatedly and did not complete any of the work asked. Overall I am happy to have the house but unhappy with the way things have gone since moving in with pulte and am extremely unhappy with the quality of the stone out front and feel it should be fixed along with the other stuff I listed before the one year walk through. I do feel we overpaid considering the quality of some of the home materials used. I would appreciate someone to reach out in anyway possible to remedy this. We purchased a quick move in home with Pulte in Lakewood Ranch FL and we love our new house. High quality craftsmanship and finishes throughout. There are a few imperfections but the managers have been wonderful about repairs and respond quickly with great attitudes. Would buy another house from them. Would recommend working with them if you’re thinking about buying a new construction.

Kevin did a great job on our home. He was very patient and explained everything to us. He also proactively updated us throughout the process. Will highly recommend.

Me and My wife purchased a Pulte Home back In September. We still love the house the the easy process with Pulte Mortgage made the experience better for us. Would definitely recommend Pulte Homes to friends and family.

This was my first home purchase and my builder, Sean, was super responsive every step of the way. He kept us informed throughout the process and quickly resolved any minor needs prior and through closing. My overall experience with him and Pulte was great and would consider purchasing another home through them.

Had a good experience with the whole home buying experience.

1) The quality of the work is really worst The garage floor is full of cracks while handing over The back yard is having only uneven stones which renders the backyard to unusable until we spend more money on it. The counter top was provided without polishing The quality of the carpet work was worst and there are of places where the carpet is not even covered over the concrete floor There are cracks on the floor in front of the garage and the construction manager is simply ignoring them when raised to fix it.

We have a great experience with Dillon at Pulte Homes. Last minute we decided to get a larger home after we left the area. Dillon hand selected one of the spec homes that was move-in ready. He picked a great location and send us videos. He didd a great job. I would recommend Pulte.

I am happy to say that every single issue or question I have had since my move has been handled quickly and courteously by ADAM. The construction crew have all been friendly and have kept the necessary construction mess away from the homeowners as much as is possible, for which I am grateful.

Happily things moved quicker and smoother than expected. It seems that after the foundation was laid we were already moving in. We specially loved our weekly build phone calls with Sara & Charlette & email follow ups. They were very thorough and professional. The whole experience exceeded our expectations. All the way to the very end with our celebration walk through. They went through all our warranty information with us. This made us feel completely at ease with anything that may come up in the future. Thank you for a such a wonderful home build experience! David & Michelle M.

Overall construction is good. Fit and finish is ok, the subs workmanship is mediocre. Sink in guest bath not level, front door threshold not sealing properly. Kitchen cabinets are low quality and constructed poorly. Microwave oven broke twice (poor design), use a different supplier. For $600k I would expect better. Design center was not very useful, poor job of helping you understand the finished product and how it will look.

It is very difficult to get problems fixed using the service request section of the website. On several occasions it has taken multiple submittals to get any response from Celina Y. It shouldn’t take 24-48 hours to get something scheduled that’s way too long.

Thanks so much to your sales and home construction team. Lara in sales was very helpful and Nathan the construction supervisor for our unit was excellent and very helpful. Great job. We are quite happy!

When we purchased the home , wife and I were put a very slow , non- communicative, treadmill, moved in with no information or instructions or any normal helpful tips.

It was not very easy going through all the paperwork and all the phone calls, But it started and ended on time and successfully. Thanks all.

I've purchased three new homes, and my experience with Pulte was the worst compared to Shea and Lennar. The entire process—from loans and communication to workmanship and customer service—was disappointing. Despite my familiarity with home buying and real estate, Pulte failed at every step. Issues remain unresolved, and communication is virtually nonexistent. Receiving the keys felt confusing and lackluster, unlike the special experience new homebuyers should expect. The loan process was frustrating, especially without a rate tracker. The sales team misinformed me about upgrades, and the home walkthrough revealed unfinished work that still hasn't been addressed. Post-closing support was poor: I had to follow up multiple times with escrow and dealt with unhelpful customer care. Vendors sent by Pulte didn’t follow up, and I had to fix my dishwasher myself within the warranty period. Construction made exceptions for neighbors but ignored my needs. While I love my new home, I would not recommend Pulte to anyone. ... More

Overall a great experience with a professional caring team esp TJ !!!!!,Felicia !!!!! and Isabelle!!!!! So blessed to have these people in particular assist me with the home purchase. They are a great Pulte team.

We were excited that we booked our custom home with Pulte but it was not a greatest experience. Below are few areas we had issues with: 1. Since beginning there were delays. Delays to get the permit, could be Govt issues or may be Pulte didn't submit the details correctly. 2. Due to Permit delay, construction wasn't started for approximately 2 months. 3. Once, the construction started, they dig the foundation way back on the lot(lot size more than 10K sq ft). For such a big lot, we didn't have much space in the backyard. We complained and after too many back and forth communication, Pulte finally agreed to move the foundation only 10 feet forward, even though it can go more, but they didn't. They also didn't give any reason why they can't move further. 4. Due to the foundation issue, again the construction was delayed by month or so. 5. Finally construction started, but I think they lack planning the construction phase. I think they need to focus more on the weather and phase of construction. For example, if the house is ready for the roof shingles and it is going to rain heavily next week, please don't wait for the rain to ruin the wooden floor, plan ahead and get the shingles done before the rain. 6. Finally, the home was completed and we moved in. Now, we are finding more issues in the house, for example - Floor is cracking, too loud water gushing sound(no or less sound insulation on pipes), annoying noises from the house, etc. Overall, I am not satisfied with the Pulte homes.
